• JAMES (6/5): - The front desk staff was friendly. The parking was easy and free and safe. This is a basic no frills Hotel. No coffee maker in the room. No breakfast served. No pool or hot tub. We stayed three nights and room service did not come in and freshen towels or sheets. It would have been nice to have things freshened up and trash taken once a day. It would also be nice if they supplied a coffee maker in each room.
• Renee (2/5): - The room had a dirty cup on the floor, hair in the bathroom, and the pictures online of the rooms looked absolutely nothing like the actual room. 1000% not worth the money.

• Rodney (8/5): - Overall this stay was good; the room was clean except for the bathroom which had dirty floor, and the toilet wouldn’t work right! We had to lift the top and manually flush. Staff was professional and friendly.

• Sonia (4/5): - The room was small. Carpet was not cleaned. The lobby needs much attention, one coffee table and four chairs set in a tiny nook. Coffee was awful. Stated there was a free breakfast. We did not see any such thing. The front of the building was nothing like pictured. It looked very dumpy. Wires hanging and overall not well taken care of. Grossly overpriced.
• Connie (4/5): - The contactless check in process was impersonal. Don't get me wrong, the person on the phone was pleasant and helpful. It just didn't give me a warm, "welcome to our motel" feeling. The room was clean and after a day of driving, that was a welcome sight.

• Mollie (10/5): - Very clean. Had shampoo and soap. Also had cups and trash cans ( the motel the night before did not). Most comfortable bed and best pillows I’ve had in 5 days of travel. Great stay. Parking lot could use some work but overall great stay.

Bed was very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. Very easy to locate downtown are that was very active and with great options for meals.

• Rebecca (4/5): - Shower walls were covered with hair and there was a used shampoo bottle left in there. It was obvious it hadn't been cleaned. No staff at check-in and no option to change rooms.

There was an empty tobacco can in the bedside table and stains in the ice in the refrigerator. The stair carpet wasn’t cleaned recently. I hate to be picky but I don’t think it was worth the $140 by any means.

• Brian (8/5): - After check-in, I used the rest room by the lobby and was surprised that there were no paper towels or a working blow dryer. The only thing available to dry my hands was a small white cotton towel hanging from a towel rack. Very unsanitary. I stopped by the front desk at 8:45 pm to ask a question. No one was available. No one was available at checkout the following morning at 10:45, as well. I loaded the car and went back to the room to make sure I hadn't missed anything, but my key wouldn't work. I couldn't get a working key because no one was at the front desk. It's a good thing I took everything out to the car without locking the door.

• Michael (4/5): - Selected this property thinking it was mid-range -- not too pricy but not a dive. It's definitely ... "mid." Paint and curtains don't hide the fact it's old. Beds are uncomfortable and super creaky. Bathroom fan on its last leg. Shower was short, but pressure was good. Pillows thin and limp. Just stuffy and not nice. We felt safe, but not snug.

• Verified traveler (10/5): New clean quiet - Check in was fast and easy. The room is newly remodeled. The bed is comfortable. The A/C works well. It was quiet.

• Stacey (2/5): - This hotel didnt have breakfast. The toilet in my room wouldn't flush- the handle wouldnt move- so i had to lift the top of the tank off each time to flush the toilet. My shower in the morning would not get hot. They had shampoo but no conditioner. The bed was not great and the pillows were so hard.

I was suprised to see that they didn’t use bedbug protection on the mattress. There was an old tattered sofa in the room, not sure who would sit on it. We were not impressed with the placed.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Quick overnight - Just starting one night before getting on the road again. Staff was super nice, decent coffee in the lobby and location was right next the interstate. The bed was not comfortable for my husband or me. The room did the job.

There are no elevators, the toilet was broken, there was a tissue stuffed in the door eyehole, which totally creeped me out. The chain lock was missing from the door and someone had left a juice jug with water in it in the mini fridge. It made me wonder if they even cleaned the room. I didn’t notice most of this until after I brought in three loads of stuff upstairs, and after having driven all day so I was too exhausted to change hotels and they already said they didn’t have anything else available when I asked for a downstairs room due to not having an elevator. Luckily I brought my own door alarm, so I felt slightly safe, but definitely would not stay here again.

The room was super spacious and set up perfectly for my husband and me to get a few hours of work in before hitting the road again. The property was clean, updated, and comfortable, and the staff couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful. We’ll definitely be back if we’re ever in the area!

While the hotel had been renovated, there were areas that needed more attention! Had a rain storm and the windows leaked, but staff promptly cleaned it up and luckily Laramie doesn't have much rain! Biggest negative was the beds, they needed to be replaced!!
• Tessa (8/5): - This is an old hotel that has gone through renovations. The exterior still looks more run down, but good effort has been put in to update the interior. The lobby is clean, inviting and modern. Our room was also clean, inviting and modern. It was a very comfortable room. Age was really only seen in the bathroom with the old sink, tub, toilet and fixtures - but it was clean with a new coat of paint. Staff was super friendly and helpful at check in and also when we needed an iron. No fancy extras, just lobby with coffee.

• Shayne (6/5): Just passing through - Overall it was ok for a budget friendly hotel. We booked two rooms. One room was fine the other had a few maintenance issues. Sock on floor, used soap in shower, food ledt in fridge but the main issues were AC would cut off after 30 minutes and I had to turn off unit, wait 10 and turn it back on. Made for a long night waking up sweating and the handle on the toliet broke off in the night so we had to manually flush toliet

• Clint (4/5): Don’t stay here… - The suite was just a king sized bed with a loveseat in front. This stay was for my family of 3 - and we intended for our son to use the pullout as we have done in numerous other hotels…but there was no pullout. We attempted to call the front desk, but called another room instead?!?! Still unsure how that’s possible. When we asked at the front desk about a cot, they said they didn’t have one. They gave us an extra pillow and blanket for our son to sleep on the floor. This was definitely not worth the money. In a case like this, we should have asked for a refund to stay somewhere else.
