- Amanda (10/5): - Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious, big enough for the family to enjoy without being on top of each other. The walk to the beach was probably my favorite part, it made our weekend so much simpler!
- Amarbold (8/5): - I had a pleasant stay. The location is convenient for restaurants and the beach. I had pleasant interactions with the staff, except when I checked out. The gentleman at the front desk was on the phone, so I waited patiently in front of him. Another customer entered from the back door and waited to check out as well. The gentleman ignored me and turned to the side to address the other customer. I don't really know what to make of this interaction. The other staff were terrific.
- James (8/5): Great location and reasonably priced - Staff is awesome and deserves a 5 star rating. The elevator was acting up when we checked in so we had to take our luggage up the stairs. The elevator was fixed right a way becuase the maintenance man cleanded a dirty sensor. The room was okay. Small refrigerator, microwave and coffee make was in the room. The ice maker is the old style cabinet with hand scoop. Location is excellent. Close to the beach and restaurants. Private parking lot for hotel had plenty of spaces.

Also, the staff accidentally charged us twice for the room which felt unprofessional and deceptive. It definitely left a bad feeling upon departure.

- Kajan (10/5): Great place to stay - This was a wonderful resort to stay in. Easy access to the beach and the room was great. The water pressure was surprisingly good which really helped get the sand and sunscreen off. There is so much in walking distance too which helped a ton.

The room was clean and we were able to grab the parking spot right in front of our room. The bed and pillows were ok. Again, most importantly, they were clean. The beach was 1/2 a block from our room!!!! We took a 20 minute ride to Beach Haven and had dinner at the Black Whale, which was wonderful! We would absolutely return to this establishment!!

The staff at the front desk was very polite, after a brief complaint about my first room assign we were relocated to a somehow better room. The pictures show on website and promotions are for the BEACH FRONT HOTEL, this misleads the client and tourists. Please check directly with the facility regarding rooms availability and commodity.

- Feda (6/5): - I have stayed at the Drifting Sands before, but this was my first time in the Beach House as all other rooms were sold out. I was shocked at how old and dingy the room was, how uncomfortable the beds were and how unclean the bathroom was. Drifting Sands location on the beach is great and the service of beach chairs and towels is nice. But the hotel needs to undertake serious renovations of the Beach House rooms and should not rent them out again before modernizing them. For the money they charge, they can certainly afford to do so.

The rest of the hotel is nice but these rooms are definitely the least nice- the building itself is kind of dumpy, the beds were terrible, and the bathroom sink is a pedestal sink so that’s annoying if you’re trying to wash and make up your face. The staff was nice, the amenities like beach badges and beach items were convenient, and I enjoyed the proximity to the beach, shopping, restaurants, and area attractions. We’d stay again, just maybe in the nicer parts.

- Gerrianne (6/5): - Beautiful in the beachfront lobby. We booked the beach house. Close to the beach. The walls are thin. We heard everything from our neighbors. Some loud conversations past 10pm. Our aIr condition was extremely loud and right on the sleeper next to it. The bed was creaky. We had a great price for LBI, but we would not spend a dime more during the popular season. Owners are wonderful. Complimentary coffee, beach chairs, and towels. We had a great weekend , but no sleep.
