- Samson (2/5): - After driving all the way from Scotland for over 7hrs, only to be met by a rude receptionist that kept me t the lobby for over 30min with no regards for how tired i was, i decided to find a better hotel. Nd the hotel looks nothing like the images online. It was n absolute disappointment. I didn't even get a refund anyways. Perhaps the worst hotel ever i got on a business trip.
- Simon (2/5): - My Property was stolen, on my 1st day; almost certainly by a member of Staff; the Police are involved. The Hotel appears to be, recently, under new Management and they are taking bookings before basic Fire Safety has been put in place; making things worse by ignoring key Fire Safety Regulations. The rooms are ok, with a couple of 'quirks'. All in all I'd give this place a miss. I have also reported them to the Gwent Fire Safety Authority.
