• Thuy trang (10/5): - We stayed at 4 different hotels in Japan and this one was our favourite. We were grateful to check in earlier (1pm) rather than 3pm. The hotel has a reception that is manned early in the morning to late in the evening. It is about 10 mins walk to Kyoto Station and the area outside the hotel is quiet. Across the bridge to the right of the hotel is a train station (about 5 minutes walk) and there is a 7 Eleven a few properties down. Everything you need for a comfortable stay. The room itself isn't as spacious as others we stayed in (38 sqm) but this newish hotel has nice decor and looks very modern and clean. We stayed 4 nights and we had 1 room clean. There is a Fresco supermarket about 10 mins away. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here.

It’s located near good train lines to get around Kyoto and across to Osaka. Would definitely stay again. This was our 2nd stay at a Monday apartment and would highly recommend them for families travelling

Room we had junior suite, spacious, everything you need in room to cook, cutlery, plates, oven/microwave combo & hot plate and kettle, fridge and freezer, washing machine. WiFi good, shower excellent! If you light sleeper there is traffic noise, but I adjusted and left air con on overnight and the white noise from that helped. Would not hesitate to stay again.

They were also larger than most hotel rooms in the area, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The staff were very helpful and even assisted us shipping our luggage to the next hotel. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for families or anyone looking for extra space and comfort in their room.

We liked that….the serenity of the hotel and the immediate area, but quick to everything you could want. The hotel itself is small, but very modern and well maintained. The room was perfect for us 5. Plenty of room, a mini kitchen setup, very comfortable. Also, because Kyoto bus transportation is so solid, and there is a bus stop 1 minute from the hotel, we were easily able to get to temples, further out areas, etc.

Loved having the in room washer/dryer and kitchenette. The hotel did provide some laundry detergent so that was great. They had an instruction manual that laid out how to use the combo washer/dryer and the other appliances in multiple languages (e.g English and Chinese) . Would stay here again.

• Melodie (10/5): - We really enjoyed our stay here. We were 5 adults and 1 child. The hotel is newer, very clean, and the staff was great. Check in and check out we’re very quick and easy. Have the laundry and detergent readily available was very convenient and helpful. The hotel is by a 711, 2-3 minute walk to the blue line which is one stop to Gion. It is about a 8-10 minute walk from Kyoto station. There aren’t too many restaurants right beside the hotel but many in a still walkable distance. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Nespresso machine was nice to have as well. Staff are all very friendly and professional - very kind to our kids. The noise from the street outside can be heard at times, but it didn't disrupt our sleep at all. We would stay again.

• Donny (10/5): - I have stayed at several MONday properties during my recent visits to Japan, but my last experience was particularly impressive, especially at MONday Apart Premium Kyoto Station - Kamogawa. A special shout-out to the front desk staff, Vanesa-san, who went above and beyond to ensure that guests were well taken care of. We traveled with a parent who has walking difficulties and needed a wheelchair. Vanesa-san went out of her way to find one for us to borrow and use during our stay, which made a world of difference. Thank you again for your exceptional hospitality and for taking such great care of us. I will definitely choose to stay here again when I visit Kyoto next time :)

• HIROSHI (10/5): - 家族5人で泊まったので、ちょっぴり狭いかな？と思いましたが落ち着いた雰囲気のお洒落な空間で過ごせました。 建物自体が新しいので部屋もキレイでした！ 夜はお惣菜などを買って部屋で食べたのですがノリタケのお皿やバルミューダのレンジなど機器も揃っていて良かったです。 シャンプーやボディソープの香りがとても良い香りで幸せな気分になりました。 まわりが静かなので、ゆっくりと休めました。 周りに駐車場が少ないので少し残念でした。 また利用したいです。

Overall hotel exceeded expectations for costs. Would recommend for any larger groups.
• Luidmila (10/5): - We enjoyed our stay at this newly opened apart hotel in Kyoto, which just launched in November 2024. The property is modern and beautifully designed, with everything inside feeling brand new. I stayed in a Junior Suite with my three boys (the youngest being 13), and the space was sufficient. The suite featured two twin beds and two sofas, making it perfect for our needs. The small kitchenette was well-equipped with a fridge, freezer, electric kettle, coffee maker, microwave/oven, and all the necessary utensils. We also appreciated the washer and dryer, with detergent provided. The bathroom was spacious and convenient, with two sinks, a separate shower and bathtub area, and a separate toilet room. Location-wise, the hotel is in a quiet neighborhood, just a 15-minute walk from Kyoto Station. It’s also within walking distance of key attractions like the Kyoto National Museum and Sanjūsangendō Temple (both less than 10 minutes away), and the famous Gion district is about a 20-minute walk. Overall, I’m very happy with our stay. The hotel is a great blend of comfort, convenience, and modern amenities, and I’d definitely stay here again on my next visit to Kyoto.
• Ching i (10/5): 美好的回憶 - 這間飯店真的太棒了！ 旅行出發前幾天突然發現這家飯店，原來是11月底（半個月前）才剛開幕，網路上還沒什麼評價，但原本就已留意到這個連鎖飯店的風評很好，於是立刻改訂。 飯店地點離京都車站走路約10分鐘，走路幾分鐘也可到七條站和公車站，飯店出來右手邊大約50公尺有7-11很方便。 原訂五晚「普通套房」，臥室、客廳、浴室都和官網照片一樣算大，但沒想到廚房太小了，2大2小入住的我們很難煮東西吃，因此中間補差價換到「套房」（飯店僅有兩個房型），廚房果然大一些，適合煮飯。 新飯店不只什麼都是新的，用品也很高級，包含厚的拋棄式拖鞋、Dyson吹風機、Zojirushi快煮壺及電子鍋、Panasonic 電池爐、還有多功能微波烤箱、也有提供膠囊咖啡很好喝；所有家具厚實質感很好，雙人床軟硬適中有支撐，也幾乎不受旁人震動影響；廚房用品除少了湯碗外，餐具清潔用品應有盡有。 房間有洗脫烘衣機，烘衣功能真的可以把整台洗衣機能洗的容量一次烘乾（洗衣袋裡的衣物因為無法展開所以沒烘乾），若不想使用烘衣功能者，還可以將全部衣物掛到浴缸上方的粗晾衣桿，雖然日本氣候乾燥，本來衣服就容易乾，但再搭配浴室可調強弱乾燥的功能、一個晚上衣物就全乾透。浴室有蓮蓬頭也有花灑兩種淋浴選擇，水溫調控方便、水壓也剛好。 以上物品設備，除了電子鍋只有大套房有以外，其他兩種房型都有。 飯店預定後留言問問題，幾小時內就回覆；聖誕節前入住，還有附贈精美零食飲料的驚喜；飯點人員每個都親切有禮，向她們索取備品不會刁難、很方便。小孩不小心打破一個大盤子，主動告知，飯店主管大方表示沒關係不用賠！ 下次再來，這家會是我們的首選！
• Verified traveler (10/5): コンパクトだけど過ごしやすくて最高！ - めちゃくちゃよかった！リピート決定です！接客は最小限でしたが、その中でもホスピタリティが感じられる、とっても素敵なホテルでした！こういったスマートホテルにありがちな無愛想感や接客の悪さが全くなく、似たようなコンセプトの別のホテルに前後も滞在したので、ここのホテルの素晴らしさが際立ちました！少し早く到着してしまい、荷物だけでも預かってもらえたら、という気持ちでうかがいましたが、まさかのチェックインまでさせていただけたり、子どものためにサンタさんからのプレゼントが部屋に隠されているという小さなアトラクションがあったり、ベビーベッドの貸出があったり、無料のドリンクセットのプレゼントもとても嬉しかったです！お部屋はミニマルで多少狭くは感じたけれど、かゆいところに手が届く感じで、必要十分でした。なにより掃除が行き届いていてとてもきれいでした。 洗濯乾燥機付きで、フロントで洗剤も無料でいただけるサービスもとてもよかったです！また、ドライヤーがダイソンだったり、食器がノリタケだったり、地味にさりげなく良いものを置いているのも、ポイント高かったです！！
