- Saul (6/5): - Staff is very nice and helpful. In the room that was given TV, fridge and telephone didn’t work. Another room was given per my request. But we didn’t enjoy to move all our belongings after we were already installed. The second room was a bit smaller than the first one. Don’t know the reason. The website shows one double room size only.

- Konrad (10/5): - Grosses Hotel, war früher Domilzil einer Gutsbesitzerfamilie, d.h. es ist z.T. alt und dann wieder modern. Ich habe die Mischung sehr spannend gefunden. Toller Sitzbereich neben dem Pool, wo auch das Morgenessen in Buffetform stattfindet. Die Zimmer sind komfortabel und modern ausgestattet. Riesiger Parkplatz und zu Fuss in ein paar Minuten im Zentrum.

- HECTOR RAUL (10/5): - El hotel está en restauración, el edificio principal lo mantienen limpio, remodelado, mezcla modernidad con tradición. La atención y la limpieza son impecables. El desayuno es básico pero cumple su función.

- Karen L (6/5): - The room was clean but last personality. As a US citizen we wash our bodies with washcloths in the hotel did not have any for 2 days. I was very awkward taking a shower with a hand towel. The architecture of the lobby was a beautiful. The continental breakfast wasn't good. And recommend having more variety

- Ruben (10/5): - Excelente ubicación y atención de los empleados. Hotel muy limpio y se ve que le están invirtiendo en renovaciones.. El que ofrezcan el estacionamiento gratuito es una excelente opción para cuando rentas auto o llevas el propio. El desayuno está adecuado.
- Bryan (8/5): - Hotel is good but not excellent. Very nice lobby and 6 floors. Super slow elevators, Did not get the VIP perks from Expedia. Rooms are spacious and recently remodeled. AC excellent and consistent hot water. Room lacks some amenities like a coffee maker and drinking glasses.Smart TV worked well. Buffer breakfast was decent but they could add some bacon or sausages and serve real juice not powdered. Staff were excellent. Odd that such a large hotel has no store, no restaurant and no bar. Hotel is about 8 blocks from the Grand Plaza and the area is walkable and safe. Overall 4/5.

- Peter-Paul (6/5): - The hotel is four blocks from the city center, which is a bit more than expected. Walking at night to the hotel is not the most convenient walk. The grandeur of the hotel has been more in the past. There is a large pool. The rooms are very spacious. The beds are very comfortable. A Mexican breakfast is served at the pool’s terrace. The staff is really struggling to cope with the service especially during breakfast. The WiFi is poor.
- Fausto (8/5): - La habitación e instalaciones parciales están excelente, el baño tenía como mezcla pegada en la pared y eso lo hacía ver como si estuviera sucio, alberca sin calefacción y elevador lentísimos, la atención en general fue buena!
- Thelma Aida Zarango (8/5): - El hotel es muy bonito y parece muy bien cuidado, Olía a nuevo. A pesar de ser un hotel antiguo. Llegamos con adulto mayor en silla de ruedas y, aunque tiene rampa en la entrada, está muy inclinada. Bajar al restaurante en silla de ruedas no es posible. A pesar de no estar directamente en el Zócalo, no tuvimos problema de llegar a pie al zócalo. Todo muy limpio, excepto que el bote de basura del baño no había sido vaciado. Pero lo considero un pequeño detalle que al avisar, se corrigió inmediatamente. Recomiendo que pongan vasos en la habitación. En general la pasamos bien!

- Leslie (10/5): - The most important part of this review is knowing that the staff is top notch. They were very kind, professional, and attentive. As a Platinum member, I was supposed to receive a free drink when I checked in, but it didn't happen. Honestly, I wasn't fussed, but the check in review asked - so I answered honestly. They sent a staff member with this bottle of wine to my room. I don't drink, so I declined it, but the thoughtfulness with really appreciated. The last day the door wasn't working properly, and they immediately had it fixed. The breakfast was tasty and filling. The front desk was always ready to help with any questions. Miriam at the spa was amazing - you definitely want services from her.
