Parking is a bit of tough and I highly recommend not going with a car. The bus is just 5 mins away and the room came with bus passes plus the cable car. There is a very nice bakery across the hotel; but most bakeries are closed on sundays so plan accordingly.

- Brian (10/5): - Beautifully designed hotel! It is truly a gem in Bolzano and I wish that we had stayed a few more nights! We truly enjoyed our spacious well-thought-out room and the walk-in shower was definitely a welcome site since they are very rare to find in European hotels. The breakfast was great and the area where you can spread out to eat was also nice because it allows you to visit with other travelers if you so choose. The location is also perfect. It is a short walk to the bus stop and train station. The hotel also provide you a free transit card that you can also use for the gondola.

Inkludierte Bozen Card bietet zusätzliche Vergünstigungen und kostenlose ÖPNV Nutzung. Parkhaus gut zu Fuß erreichbar, würden nicht mehr vor dem Hotel entladen, um Fahrt durch Fußgängerzone zu vermeiden. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

- Birgit (10/5): Amazing and highly recommended - I’m so glad we found this place when we where looking for hotel in Bolzano. It’s the most special and definitly the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in. The people who works here at just amazing. They all want the best for you. It’s the most incredible breakfast we’ve ever had in a hotel. Everything you can ask for. The bar was brilliant, and an absolute great idea making it that way. The hotel is in the middle of city center, with everything right outside. Next time visiting Bolzano - we know what hotel to choose. No doubt!

- Rosemarie (10/5): - Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Damen an der Rezeption. Modern designtes Zimmer mit guter Aircon.In unserem Zimmer fehlte jedoch eine Ablagemöglichkeit für einen Koffer. Schönes Bad,sehr sauber. Ausgezeichnetes, sehr umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet.

- Lotte (10/5): - Mooi, nieuw hotel. Kamers zijn van alle gemakken voorzien. Personeel is zeer servicegericht en aardig. Ontbijt was heel goed en gelegen aan de rand van de binnenstad, waardoor alle voorzieningen op loopafstand zijn. Zeer ruime, mooie kamer, met een prettige badkamer.

- Nickolas (10/5): Incredible Experience! - The Eisenhut was one of the most beautiful and enjoyable stays we have ever had. The hotel is clearly brand new in renovation but ran as if it has been operating for years at perfection. The room was spotless and comfortable, and beautifully designed. The staff were warm, friendly and welcoming. The views were stunning. The location couldn’t have been more perfect. We have not one critique- which is rare. Breakfast was even phenomenal. Would not only stay again, we WILL stay again.

Lækkert morgenmad med plads til individuelle ønsker for omeletten. I øvrigt er der over alt det sødeste personale - smilende, venlige og hjælpsomme. Vi kommer tilbage.

If someone at the end of the hall closes a door a bit harsh, you bed will shake because of the noise, other than that all was amazing. Recommended if staying in bolzano

Bra frukost för Italien. Har du bil så parkera i parkeringshuset Mondschine som ligger precis bakom hotellet, säg till i receptionen så får du en QR-kod för rabatterad parkeringskostnad.

- Gautham (10/5): Magic in the dolemites - One of the most beautiful and best hotels I’ve stayed at. It’s located right go t in the middle of Bolzano, steps from the train station and all the routes to the dolemites. But you can see the dolemites from your room too! Unbelievable place, great stay, great staff, and great amenities. Constant there.

- Jessica (10/5): - This is one of the top properties I've stayed at in the last couple of years. It was clean. The food was good. The decoration and aesthetics were top-notch. Bolzano card which gave us free public transport was an unexpected but delightful bonus as we toured castles around the area. If I had to do it over again, I would have stayed longer.

- barbara (10/5): - It is a new hotel in a restored building in the old town. When we arrived it was their first day of opening. The staff were all very pleasant. The public area was beautiful and welcoming. We had a double room which included a small balcony and terrace. The only downside was the size of the bedroom. It was quite small for two people. Overall a pleasant experience. I would recommend.
- Jack (8/5): - The staff offered outstanding service and the hotel was brand new. That was one of the reasons I took off one star. The furniture was so new, that the off-gassing smell was very strong. The smoke detector (?) was clicking loudly when we first arrived & other rooms' ones were too. Once alerted the staff fixed that by the time we got back to our room that afternoon. However, an incessant ticking replaced it and my partner & I could not find the source. It was like a loud clock ticking. Finally in the am we located a fuse panel behind the furniture & alerted staff. They were apologetic but didn't offer any compensation for the annoyance of either of those problems. Little disappointed because it was very disturbing to our sleep. Probably would stay again, especially after it's been "broken in" a little more. Parking was NOT EASY and costly, be aware of that, but nothing is available on the street
