Guest Reviews
- Sharmaine (6/5): - Fine stay no problems
- Sharmaine (6/5): - Fine stay
- Anthony (2/5): - The mattress was tilted , no WIFI , saw bugs
- Savon (4/5): - - No Wifi
- $20 "key deposit" required
- low water pressure
- no English speaking staff (arabs and africans)
- Shani (2/5): - My stay was extremely disappointing due to serious issues with both the room and the location.
Bedding: The bed sheets were in terrible condition, with several cigarette burn holes and prominent stains.
Toilet: The toilet was non-functional and would not flush.
Shower: The shower faucet handle was broken, making it impossible to regulate water temperature beyond scalding hot or freezing cold.
Location: Beyond the issues with the room, the surrounding neighborhood felt unsafe and is known for a higher crime rate. I strongly advise researching the area before booking.
Due to the unsanitary room and concerns for my safety, I was forced to check out early. I cannot recommend this motel.
- Dotan (2/5): - A $20 cash only deposit required for the key which was not clearly noted beforehand and pictures do not match actual rooms
- Donte (2/5): - Nothing dirty
- Jose Francisco Ruiz (2/5): - Never even think to stay in this hotel.
Here the issues: dirty blankets with cigarette holes, light at the bathroom with no switch, mirrors of the wall already broken in the floor, super dirty rugs, moldy curtains, bathroom full of hairs, a RAT 🐀 inside the room ( YES A RAT), people with effects of drugs in the lobby, dirty used towels, toilet paper around the air conditioner to “ seal it” destroyed in parts furniture. NEVER BOOK IN THIS PLACE!
- Nikka (6/5): - The blankets & blinds had burn holes in them. It was illegal activities & domestic violence going on all night so it kept waking me up scaring me to death lol. & when I grabbed the towel off the back of the toilet to put dwn for a shower it was two baggies of white substance hidden under it!! But the room itself did not look bad 😩
- Anthony (2/5): - Not available
- Tyler (6/5): - BEWARE THE BUGS !!
Also, toilets don’t flush correctly and the front desk clerk isn’t much help (he didn’t even know what a plunger was)
The “towels” for showering were all floor mats too.
- Dwayne (2/5): - Security needed
- Qhasia (2/5): - I paid on line and these people made me paid twice because they claim they don’t associate with Expedia. I had to pay and additional 20 in cash which they pocketed and they charger my card 5$ so I paid $182 for one day. The place was dirty the AC smelled like pee. The man was very rude the blanket had cigarette burns in it and the light didn’t work!!!! Please take this hotel off Expedia!!
- Morgan (6/5): - One thing I liked about the property was its convenient access to both the Orange and Red Line—just a six-minute walk. The staff was friendly, but the booking system and credit card machine weren’t working properly. This caused a no-show issue and led to a duplicate charge through Expedia, even though I was asked to pay in cash at the motel. The whole experience was a bit frustrating and confusing.
- Bradley (2/5): Needs improvement - Customer service skills totally poor I literally stood in the lobby which was dirty for an hour before I was able to check in and then was treated rudely by the gsr when I spoke on how long I have been waiting
- Dairim (6/5): - Take an inflatable mattress. The one sheet the bed came with exposed blood stains all over the mattress. We honestly slept on the floor couldnt bring ourselves to the bed. No roaches that we could see but you get what you pay for.
- Marlon (8/5): - I like the convenience to everything.
- James (2/5): Do not stay here if you have any decency or want -
Terrible bed, bugs, roaches, dirty sheets, blood stains on the sheets experience won’t ever do that again. I was just looking for a quick night trip to get some rest before I hit the road again and it was just a terrible experience. No refund was offered and also I had to put up a $20 deposit for remote control. Just terrible if you looking to just get laid and you know you can probably go there but that wasn’t the type of family trip still itching from the bug
- Lynn (6/5): - The property is what you need it to be, for a good rate
- Marlene (2/5): Terrible - This was by far the worst hotel I have ever been to. I am a travel nurse and needed some where safe ,clean, and comfortable. I also needed wifi. I am very disappointed. There was no wifi as shown on the website.
Tv did not work..curtains would not close. Lights did not work. Ceiling was leaking.
- Shessare (10/5): - Very close to the metro station no need for uber or taxi to go here from the airport. Good if on the budget and trying to explore the world.
- Alex (2/5): Go ahead and avoid. Sleep in your car instead. - Probably the saddest room I’ve ever gotten anywhere. Furniture actually broken, bowed warped dresser, bathroom lights didn’t work and the floor was wet. The floor in the bathroom and the carpet in the room was wet. Like wet wet, all night, near standing water wet. Nothing seemed to be actively leaking so I couldn’t figure out why.
Didn’t see any roaches though so that was cool I guess
- Quinton (10/5): - It was a great hotel
- Jessica (6/5): - The property was located nor too far fromstires however there was no remote for the tv, no fridge or microwave, not very clean.
- LaQuitta (2/5): - Don’t do it . Terrible
- LaQuitta (2/5): - Terrible
- LaQuitta (2/5): - Hated it
