Ben (2/5): dirty and expensive pet fees - Hair on the shower walls and I found a necklace in the room. Plus 'pet friendly' means they charge $75/night for your pet; more than some room nights cost locally and a deal breaker for ever staying again

Timothy (10/5): - Nery nice new property, staff friendly and well trained to be attentive to guests needs. Easy parking, clean and safe lot and location, comfortable bed and decent shower. Breakfast was sufficient but not memorable. Elevators were concerning as one was broken and second squealed like it was asking for help. All in all, a top tier hotel for Cape Gerardeau, Mo.

Cassie (10/5): - The quality of bedding and mattresses was amazing. Had a wonderful nights sleep. The warm cookies and milk served in the lobby that evening may have had something to do with that. The staff was very kind. The most impressive thing was the cleanliness throughout the whole property, not just the spotless rooms. I was very pleased with my stay!
Adam (10/5): - The stay was great. Friendly staff. Very helpful. Great breakfast options. Bed was more comfortable than a lot of hotels I've stayed in. They had a pool table and a good selection of board games and things to do as a family. That was great. There were only 2 things I wish were a little better. The pool water was pretty cold. It was tough to get used to but a staff member did come in and turn the water temp up so it warmed up slightly. Also, I wish there was a microwave in the room. Overall, I would definitely stay again.

Michael (10/5): - We have stayed in a lot of hotels and this by far was the best one we stayed in. We had left Gatlinburg and the hotel was crap there. We just happen to take a. Different way home and came across this one and man what a relief it was. The room was very clean and the bed, in my opinion the most important part of the room, was amazing. Got up for breakfast and absolutely loved it. We will be looking for more hotels with this name on our travels.

Convenient room layout with lots of outlets, USB ports, several lamps near bed, brightly lit bathroom, great shower, hooks on wall to hang things, small fridge. Cookies offered at our check-in were good. Billiards table in lobby. Nice selection for the included breakfast (yogurt with granola, bagels, scrambked eggs, sausage, pancakes, fruit, cereal). Good coffee, tea, and lemon water available in lobby 24 hrs. Close to several restaurants with 5 to 10 minutes away. No complaints at all!
