- Korrie (4/5): Do Better - Front argued with me about my service dog. Even though I have all paper work and ID if necessary. They began to tell me “we know he’s not a service dog”. Even going as far as telling me my dog wasn’t and doesn't need to be trained to be a service dog. Charged me extra for him as well. Very rude people disrespectful people! Wanted to pull up so website and start reading it to me as if I don’t know the rule of having a service dog! The floors weren’t cleaned well at all it smelled and the bathroom had someones clothes still in it.

I would like for the management monitor the customers for the no smoking policy and enforce it and keep it a 100% no smoking facility.

- Jarrod (8/5): Studio 6 Dallas - Great location close to downtown Dallas. Hotel was new and in good condition. Our room did have some small damage to kitchen cabinets and walls. Food residue left on wall cabinets and drawers. The king bed was very comfortable. Slightly noisy at night time when trying to sleep as kids and others were stomping their feet on the floor above our room. The odor of burnt cannabis in the elevator was a bit much also for a non-smoking hotel. Overall, the small kitchen was very convenient and this hotel worked out great for our trip.

The floors had a light greasy texture to them so made it slippery when wearing socks. Not sure what was used to clean the room. Also there was homeless at the stop light near the hotel which made us not feel safe to eat near the hotel. We only saw security at night in the parking lot our first night so why charge a parking fee if the parking lot is not being monitored.
