After I spoke to the lady at the front desk twice, the noise quieted down. I’m glad the front desk people actually did something. I wish the breakfast had a bit more of a variety but it was still breakfast so I am grateful. Rooms are very nice and clean. I really enjoyed this hotel.

- Jennifer (10/5): Great Hotel - We always stay in El Paso when traveling between AZ and Austin, TX. This hotel was by far our best stay. Hotel is pretty much brand new. Lobby was festively decorated with was a fun surprise for my little one. The receptionist was super nice. Room was clean and loved that hotel included both soft and hard pillows (labeled). Hotel was also located in the same parking lot as our favorite restaurant, so we’re able to walk to it.

She made a spot-on recommendation for a walkable restaurant where the food was as delicious as she said it would be per her experience. We couldn’t figure out the way to use the key card to open the door to our room and the young man who was also at the desk walked up to our room with me to show us exactly how to open our door. Very courteous and helpful employees - plus a machine that grinds the coffee beans and makes you the perfect fresh cup of coffee 24/7! I will tell everyone I know about this fantastic hotel!
- Dana (2/5): - We booked 2 rooms. Both of them were very dirty. I can visibly see the dirt on the floor without my glasses. On top of that, the smell was horrendous. The noise is another level. The property seemed to build without any insulation. I can hear people above us waking and peeing. This was my worse hotel we have stayed at.

- Gilbert (6/5): Great stay! - It was amazing, clean, happy staff… BUT, the sleep was horrible! The ac did not stay on and every hour we got hot and had to turn it on. Definitely did not get a good nights sleep. I was told by the manager (who was soooo nice) that in the future we could ask for the ac to stay on. We will return next week on our way back from vacation for the night and I hope for a better experience!! But extremely nice staff. I would recommend explaining that to guests upon arrival.
