Staff are generally helpful and keen but some could do with more training - especially the hostesses and reception wrt providing accurate information and being knowledgable about basic questions such as valet, charging the correct method of payment, whether there are tables reserved for hotel guests, etc. Special shoutout to Steve, nevertheless, who went above and beyond - which made up for all of the others’ hiccups. Understand the hotel is only three months old so hopefully kinks like the provision of consistent hot water in the shower/ bath will be worked out.
Beth (10/5): - Absolutely wonderful! The staff was so kind and attentive. The rooms were clean and comfortable. And chic. The hotel lobby and bar was both relaxing and fun. Location was walkable to all things Savannah with lots of restaurants nearby. I would definitely stay here again!

David (10/5): Fun, hip, great hotel! - Municipal Grand was only a few months old when we visited. Originally a bank and then a municipal courthouse, the renovation has been amazing. So cool, so hip, so fun! The entire lobby is a bar, and the rooms were perfect +if a bit small). We did not make it up to the rooftop pool, might have made this place even better.
