The check in is easy was not happy with the $75 pet fee that is non refundable, on the plus they offer coffee and hot water all day also ice and cold water machine. All in all would probably stay here again due to the accessibility to the highway and very clean and updated

I looked inline for the pet fee cost as most other hotels publish and they are almost universally $25.. Now I know why they didn't publish. Total ripoff Hilton, shame on you.. I didnt know you had stooped to profit iver integrity.. Canceling my account and never again. Very disappointed!
- STELLA (8/5): - The room was clean, I glad they have gym. No coffee maker in the room, no microwave though available down stairs. I asked for king size for two rooms, they waisted 2 queen beds that could have been used by 4 people. 1 person 2 queen size bed. I would have been comfortable with a king size bed.

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. The service was excellent—above and beyond in every way. It felt more like staying with family than at a hotel. Thanks to the incredible team, our family had a truly memorable and homey experience. We’ll definitely be back!

- Donald (8/5): - The auto hauling and worker trucks block customer parking . We were directly above the entry doors and each time they opened it was quite noisy and shakes the room tables. Better breakfast could be offered such as danish muffins with the bagels and yogurt . Otherwise it was okay!

It was easy to find food and either eat in my room or in the downstairs work and leisure areas. I enjoyed the comfortable bed and accommodations. I will definitely stay here again when I visit Glynn County.

We also enjoyed the pool - somewhat surprised since we always had it to ourselves. Perhaps the most important thing for us was location. Amazing seafood restaurant right next door, had two meals there. We were on a short holiday and did a bit of sight seeing in the area, the location made it perfect.

It is very clean, and finally someone understands that carpet in a hotel room is so disgusting, since it cannot be washed. So here, no carpet in this brand new hotel. The breakfast are very decent It’s close from the 95 Enough restaurants on each side of the 95, or “downtown” a pizzeria at about 12-15 minutes. Nice impressive bridge on the way to the very small “downtown”

- Brandon (8/5): - Room was nice but floor had not been mopped or swept well. Body wash was out in the shower. Great location for Jekyll island, but not much else around. Noise traveled between the walls, but luckily we did not have noisey neighbors. Building is new, so everything still has that 'new' feel to it.
- William (10/5): - Late night after a long drive. A 20 hour drive that I just couldn’t make. Now I have to book a room at 11pm in a town I don’t know. To say the least I was concerned about what I could end up with. I was very pleased. Simple room with a great bed and bathroom. Exactly what you want. Then add a well lit parking lot with big parking spaces. Perfect. I slept like a baby.

- Michael (10/5): - I always look for a Tru by Hilton no matter what city I visit. I stayed at this one as an overnight stop on my drive from Charlotte to Orlando. Because of traffic I ended up arriving much later than expected I called to let them know I'd only be arriving after midnight and they couldn't have been nicer! Everything was ready for my son and I when we arrived! We slept great enjoyed a great breakfast in the morning and even played a little shuffleboard before we got back on the road! Everything was perfect

- Luther (6/5): - Rather than a sheet and light blanket, the room had a comforter that was better suited for a wilderness lodge in Alaska than a hotel room in Brunswick. We had to run the AC quite high to be able to sleep under the comforter. That was a waste of electricity as well as compromised sleep.

They have coffee 24/7 and it was very good. Only complaint is the water pressure is a little weak. Overall, excellent bang for the buck hotel with very helpful staff. We would definitely stay here again.

Friendly staff, clean room, enjoyed the complimentary breakfast bar, great that we could go swimming in the pool even at night. The only negatives were that the shower leaked onto the bathroom floor (room 203) and the soap dispenser in the shower was empty. Otherwise, we really couldn't have been more pleased

This probably the result of no carpeting and the extensive use of hard surfaces. The noises quieted after midnight. Otherwise I really like this brand/property.
