- JENNIFER (10/5): - This is brand new hotel in the renovation Kellogg Factory. Very cool vibe. Very close to Western Fair Grounds; easy drive to downtown and Western University. A few good restaurants right in the 100Kellogg complex for walkable dinners. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Pool and gym facilities are fantastic. Being a little farther away from downtown means the neighbourhood is very quiet.

When we check the in room dinning on the tv the screen would flicker and we couldn't see the menu. Overall 5 stars and will be returning !
- Kaycee (6/5): - The property itself is beautiful – the grounds, the atmosphere, and the overall setting are exactly what you’d hope for when booking a getaway. Unfortunately, the service didn’t come close to matching the surroundings. From the moment of check-in, the staff seemed disorganized and uninterested in helping. This poor service carried through to the lobby bar, the beer garden, and the pool bar. Each experience felt frustratingly slow and inattentive, which really took away from the enjoyment of what could have been a fantastic stay. If the service improved to match the quality of the property, this could easily be a five-star destination. Until then, it’s hard to recommend.
- Jerry (2/5): - First, hotel is located in a “bad area of town” Second, cost of hotel does not reflect the high cost. Challenge to park and valet is an extra charge. Third, no concierge or porter to greet or assist. Forth, unclear on whether coffee or bottle water was a charger or complimentary and toiletries in room were made in China. Complimentary toiletries such as tooth brush, shave set etc were not included. Would not recommend this property- save your money and book elsewhere!

The decor, amenities, and ambience all contribute to the feeling of staying somewhere upscale and cared for, not just a sterile “business hotel.” I’d definitely stay there again, and recommend it to anyone who values both comfort and that extra level of attention.

- Leigh (6/5): Great hotel, staff is phenomenal. - I wish I could give this hotel five stars. The room itself, once we got in, was phenomenal. Modern, clean and beautiful. However, the reason I am giving this a three star review is because upon arriving at the hotel at check-in time which was 3 PM, we were told our room wasn’t ready. So we went and sat in the bar and had a complementary drink. At 4 o’clock we checked again. It wasn’t ready. We had plans that evening, and had nowhere to get ready or put our bags. Our room still wasn’t ready until 6 PM. It was a super inconvenience. The staff were great, and although it screwed up our evening’s plans, the hotel is still fabulous. We would probably stay there again.
- Petra (10/5): - I loved the heated bathroom floors! The atmosphere and overall vibe were wonderful, and the red carpet/VIP entrance made the experience feel special and memorable. While it is on the pricier side, the stunning location and unique touches made it worthwhile.

Genius design because that area of London is kind of ugly and industrial, but the way they designed it is that you have everything you need within the hotel and 100 Kellogg Lane at which the hotel is located (old Kellogg factory). So you really don’t have to step foot outside the grounds and you don’t see it from the pool area. The pool is unreal and the hot tub. Kids loved it and the built In stereo system and changing lighting in the pool. Rooms were well designed and clean and modern. Definitely recommend!

The hotel is beautiful and there is a lot to do on the premises. Food at Sessions was not good but Liam our server was amazing.

Our room was huge. There was so much room unit. Thr bathroom was so beautiful and very spacious. We are planning to return in the fall. I highly recommend this hotel.

After waiting 15mins just be seated and then another 45 mins for food just to be told there was a mix up and they hadn't even started it yet. Management handled it well and would still go back but won't be eating in hotel. Expensive stay in comparison to other hotels in the area.

Prices are reasonable, and everything for the family is here to keep everyone entertained. The smokehouse and the clubhouse are definitely the better places to go for food.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Very nice and friendly staff; but it’s 7/10 for me - I am a bit disappointed with overall experience. It’s probably I expected a lot because it’s a hard rock hotel and it’s more expensive compared to surrounding hotels we stayed before. We had early check in and late check out which was very nice; my kids loved the red carpet entrance; children’s museum and the factory in the same vicinity; My kids enjoyed the pool though it’s a bit small so it tends to get crowded at times; lots of towels and nice cabanas; the only thing I didn’t like was some people has their drinks in the pool even if there’s kids swimming around, I would understand if we’re in all inclusive hotels in Mexico etc. but I didn’t like it considering the small space (but it’s my POV, others might be okay with it). Rooms: there’s a nice touch to it and designs really stood out; the bed is comfy, washroom is tidy and clean, heated floor. However, we came and there was no shower gel and shampoo (containers were empty). I had to call and request for it which they brought right away. We ordered breakfast for room service. After that, we left for the day. We came back late afternoon and noticed that bed was made, towels were changed, floor was cleaned but the table for the room service and the garbage was still in the room. I didn’t quite understand why they didn’t take it out when they cleaned the room.Also, the counter top wasn’t wiped at all (the splashes from nespresso and some sugar were still on it and was sticky). Those little things can use an improvement

Little pricey but its new Staff was over the top accommodating We are local and took our kids to the Factory etc. Made the whole experience amazaing Paitence in restaurants. Not quite organzied yet. Some delays in receiving food. But it came out hot and the service staff was aware and apologetic for the delay Food was above average

- Cindy (8/5): - This new hotel is really nice! The location isn’t the best, but if you’re staying on property that doesn’t really matter. I expected there to be more variety for onsite dining and entertainment options, but we definitely enjoyed our 4 night stay. Being connected to the 100 Kellogg Lane building was key to the experience. I’d definitely stay there again.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Good but needs more attention to service - Valet parking wasn't complimentary. Need another sign to state self parking areas. Room wasn't ready when we checked-in. Later on was upgraded to another room and personal belongings tagged and brought to room. However, then someone knocked on our door and interrupted asking to come into the room to check that the minibar was stocked. Wish the room had been inspected prior to us arriving. Also noticed a blood stain on a bedsheet which I brought to the attention of reception at check-out. The bed was comfortable and we were able to "sleep like a rockstar". The Nespresso machine in the room was nice to have, but the mini creamers were just left out when they should be placed in the fridge. The brunch at Sessions was slow as was informed they were understaffed but the food was good. The pool and hot tub were phenomenal. Glad to have staff check and inspect for health and safety as after 10pm it's adults only. Shower area needs more hooks to hang towels and robes. Overall, the hotel is aesthetically pleasing, but definitely needs to improve on service. I was charged twice at checkout and tried to contact the hotel and no one has even acknowledged receipt of the situation.

I did not put up my do not disturb signage because I’ve never had the issue of housekeeping knocking on my door BEFORE my check out time which was at 11 am. She came at 10:30am and knocked on the door and when confronted her excuse was that some guests check out before their check out time. Wouldn’t it be revealed by front desk that I’d checked out? Was there some sort of lack of communication on their end? Either way it was not appreciated. Other than that everything was great, the room was lovely, very chic and trendy. Very cool hotel,
