• Ibeth (8/5): Gave it a try.. only for the price - Its what you expect from a hotel .. at this price.. you get what you paid for.. the room was fine. There was issues with the bedding as all the linens had animal hair on them and one of our sheets a was dirty, room cleanliness left much to be desired...breakfast was ok, but the next day the waffle maker wasnt working so no waffles 😕 . Staff was good and replaced a blanket.. but they had to verify that i didnt have a blanket i told them was never there. And then they gave me the blanket.. had to go and get my key card activated again as it didnt work when i got back .. Overall i think it needs to be remodeled and better cleaning on the sheets..

• Amanda (2/5): Smoke - First room smelled like smoke and the ac didn't work. 2nd room still smelled like smoke but we colder. People standing outside my room smoking cigarettes. Floor was dirty. I just left after 3 hrs and told the guy at the front desk I would book somewhere else.

• Frances (2/5): - the breakfast was mediocre to say the least. all we had was waffles that ran out after the first few people, a broken juice machine and just black coffee. there was also cockroaches in our room and the cable was out. only reason we stayed was because we weren’t really at the hotel for the entire trip. we just slept and showered there. definitely need to up their service if they want to keep good reviews.
• Matthew (4/5): - the property was just a last minute purchase and when we arrived to our room the lock was basically coming off, paint was chipped and essentially missing. there was a chunk of floor missing, the mattress had holes in it, would not recommend at all, thankfully we only stayed for the night.

They did not refund my money just because i went in the room. So disappointed in this place. I called and complaint to hotels.com hopefully they can make it right for me.

• Jose Angel (2/5): - The room was dirty, questionable stains on every wall, The curtains had stains on them from an apparent cigarette butt, a very strong odor in the room, The tub looked haphazardly repaired, the ADA bars in the shower were rusting & the nail in the coffin was mold in the bathroom. It is a cheap hotel stay but not worth it at all. Unless your Rob Zombie filming another movie & need a grimey hotel room that is ready for filming.

It was also infested with roaches room service I don’t think they change the sheets they were all stained the towels had red stains kind of looked like blood and the tv would not even work at all

• Kirstie (4/5): - This place was extremely dingy. While it didn't smell bad or have actual filth anywhere the walls, sheets and ceiling were all stained and tore up. The outside was a wreck. The lobby was not complete and breakfast was nothing but waffles and cereal. To boot there was drug deals and prostitutes all over the parking lots throughout the night. Not a family friendly place, rooms are not conjoined either.

• Corey (2/5): Pics don't match; would not recommend staying! - This place is run down!! The pictures are not at all close to what we saw when we arrived. For us, it was another Wyndham let down. More often than not, Wyndham sites have been a huge let down for us. Our bathroom had hair on the floor, bugs and dust behind every piece of furniture. The "continental breakfast" consisted of coffee, a toaster, and one waffle maker. The plastic covers over outlets and switches were broken. If you had a toddler, don't stay here as they could get their fingers on the contacts of a 120VAC outlet easily. The paint in the room and on the door haven't been touched up in years. Only good thing was the bed was comfy and the AC worked to keep us cool.

It should be free to sleep if it was the last place on earth to sleep!

• Verified traveler (4/5): Crack under your hotel room - Everything was fine. It was extremely rundown. It said it was under new management. You could not tell at all and the prostitute that were offering us crack and prostitution under our room was really icing on the cake.
• James (4/5): Needs remodeling asap - The building overall and the room also were very run down and not well kept. We saw a roach within the first 5 mins of being in the room. The toilet hardly flushed. The wall outlets were falling out, screws left in the walls, the air conditioner unit only blew out of half of the air vents. The condition was terrible.

• Teresa (6/5): Beware - I'm about positive there was mold in the room. Half of the lights in the room didn't work. The outside they let trash build up and lay around most of the day. Every time we went out side the room people asked if we had cigarettes. The only ice machine that worked was by the lobby. None of the ones at the back of the property worked. House keeping never came by to refresh the towels. The owners and or management was sit outside in front sitting all relaxedwith their junk showing. The only thing i can say positive about the property is the beds were comfortable, the shower was great and the guy that checked us in was very nice. Homeless likes to hang around at night.

I tried to ask for a bowl in the evening but they said they didn't have any, even though they said they had room service. They also had people drink and smoking weed by the pool. The entrance doest have a sign, I guess it's under new management and it's going to be renovated but the room I had also had a small of smoke or incense. It only had one little soap and shampoo when it was a room for 2 adults and 1 kid. I didn't ask for any extra because I had already gotten a no for the other things.
• Zachary (4/5): - Arrived in room, the lights didn’t turn on. I tried many lights and they didn’t work. Some didn’t even have bulbs in them. Only the bathroom and a small dingy corner wall light came on. When they did, I noticed a baby roach run into the bathroom. I checked the rest of the room. There was a cigarette burn mark through the sheet of my bed. I turned on the tv and it wasnt set to operate without messing a lot with the settings. I called the front desk to assist with these issues. They managed to get some lights working and get the tv properly working. Good. But it should have all been prepared for my stay. When I mentioned all these extra issues from roach to the cigarette burn mark, he said they will change the sheets in the morning for the next guest… not now for me. He didn’t care to do anything about the roach situation. He never apologized and left. The next morning, I used the bathroom. I noticed the toilet paper holder was broken so they just keep the roll on the toilet. This is a cheap fix so I hope they care enough to fix it. There were beard hairs from the last guest around the sink and towels. Then, I grabbed the shampoo container provided. It had brown/red colored filth on it and was totally empty. They seemed to let the dirty last bottle from the last guest remain for me to finished the last couple drops of, or just didn’t pay enough attention. I addressed all these points to the front desk in the morning at checkout. I just got an OK. No apology or anything. No care

• Jesenia (2/5): - They had roaches and when we asked to get a refund because of their infestation they instead offered to switch us rooms and in the new room the bathroom walls had poop on them so we decided to cancel still. After talking to staff they agreed to sign the no refunds waiver through Expedia but when they received it they declined despite saying so in person. When we asked for their number to contact their office they gave us a false one and after finding their booking number and having someone secretly call them before leaving and the number on their booking that they had claimed doesn’t reach the front office , reached the front office and they said it was Expedia and that they approved the refund but it was a set up to see if they were lying , which spoiler they were. After a long night we gave up and are trying to settle it with Expedia because this hotel just lies and manipulates people like Expedia and me to keep their money .

We drove 4 hours and had a reservation and I had to cancel it and find another hotel because I did not feel comfortable staying there. The pool was slime green and looked horrible and could not be used and the bathtub in the room was patched and it was peeling up and no way that I would sit in that bathtub.

The bathroom door was tore up at the bottom. We literally walked in and right back out.The only positive thing about the whole experience was the very wonderful man who checked us in.

They were working on the roof and doing some room renovations which I saw as a good thing. The pool was maintained decently, the towels were clean, and everything worked properly.

• Sonia (10/5): Recommend %100% - Wow! Amazed. The price, condition, staff, area, and cleanliness! I was baffled in a good way. Wow. I definitely will be staying here every time I go to SA. The night gentleman, which i believe was James. Phenomenal customer service. Just the sweetest man ever. I hate that I cant upload photos here. The King bed was just so huge and comfortable. Bathroom spotless. Couldn't get TV to work, but another staff memeber was there in less than 3 min. Microwave didnt work, but cthe other features and room made up for that. Had a fridge. They have smoking rooms too. Smelled so nice. I just loved it!
• Diane (2/5): - We didn’t stay there, cancelled as soon as we saw our room. Sheets had blood between them, three lights were broken the bulbs hanging, unfolded a hand towel, it was dirty, had a broken coffee pot with no lid and already opened coffee bag,and no cups. The sink and tub had black stuff around the edge. Walked in and out. Very very filthy. Went straight to the front desk and told them to cancel.

• Gem Gem (2/5): - This property is nasty. They have old raggady furniture. No lights that work. The phone didn't work. Very ghetto looking. Hotel doesn't even have a sign now i know why. Feels very unsafe. Sketchy people outside. So definitely DID NOT STAY! Asked for a refund and of course they did not but out safety was my priority they can keep the damn money. Oh and had to pay cash or vemno no debit or cc machine how convient for them.
