- Richard (2/5): - All was ok but very disappointed with staff at breakfast very rude did not resupply us tensile or cups and breakfast ran out at 830am and it was suppose to be served until 10 am. When asked staff was very rude and supervisor would j out come out to address issue will never stay here again.
- Susan (2/5): - People in the pool and barbeque area at night where getting drunk and smoking things they shouldn't be smoking. Felt very uncomfortable and will not be going back to that hotel.

- Daniel (4/5): Noisy - The property is new, clean, and a nice location that’s decorated well. What was awful was that you cannot rest with all the noise. You can hear every single footstep above you, every noise your neighbors make next to you. When someone flushed a toilet or turned on a sink or shower, you heard the loudest rush of water through the walls that would wake us up repeatedly. The beds were so uncomfortable and felt like they were actually tilted downward at the headboard, making it feel weird when laying down. The noise from every little thing in this place was enough to make me not want to come back.

- Alora (4/5): Lost money through hotels.com app - This issue was with Hotels.com. I booked this hotel because it’s close to my doctors office and I had a doctor appointment. I was supposed to come on September 9, my doctor canceled so I moved it to September 17 through the hotels.com app. When I got here on September 17 hotels.com did not switch my reservation. So now I paid for this hotel room twice and I only used it on September 17. I’m not sure how to get my money back for the first day even though I did switch it.

- Verified traveler (2/5): Noisy Couldn’t Sleep - Terrible property. Ceiling paper thin. Lots of noise from above. Really disappointed. Something wrong with the ceiling in our room. Reported but who knows what will happen

- Flavia (6/5): - Nothing wrong woth the property per se. Just that a Hampton Inn is a Hampton Inn: you can hear your neighbors and breakfast is whats expected. Room was clean and spacious however location is definitely renote, works very well for a one night stay if you are on your way somewhere which was our case. Views are pretty.

- Keith (10/5): - We stayed at the Hampton Inn which is connected to the Homewood Suites. There is only one lobby/front desk area which is branded for Homewood Suites, nothing in this lobby has Hampton branding, which made it a bit confusing for us. We arrived for check in and did not see anyone at the lobby front desk. Waited a few mins and someone finally arrived to check us in.
Overall, the property is clean and tidy.
Parking was convenient and plentiful.
Our room was clean and comfortable for our family of 4.
The complimentary breakfast was lacking compared to other Hampton Inn’s we’ve stayed at.
Food was never really kept full and we had to constantly ask the food preparation worker to refill items. On the morning we checked out, coffee was not even available. Another guest asked the worker if they could kindly make more but in the 30 mins we were there, no coffee was to be had.
