- Karen (4/5): - Kitchen area well stocked/clean. Bedroom small, clean - no air con 😔. Bed duvet stained, sheets clean, towels bit grubby. Living area had air con - not big enough for 3, so 4 would be a struggle. Building work going on to lift, other areas (not advised in advance) so common areas dusty and noisy with builders. Location central. Asked for 2nd set of keys 2 days in advance, did not receive - difficult to work with 3 of us - son out later than us so 2 nights he had to return to property to collect keys from us - not happy! Small apartment so felt 2 nights more than enough - would not return in future as disappointed 😔.
