Definitely has the wow factor as you walk in – the views are beautiful, the furnishings lovely, the whole unit is impeccably clean, lovely little extras left including high-quality teabags, coffee, and chocolate. There is a full size fridge, washing machine, wonderful balcony- need I say more… Highly recommended

Fantastic location with waterfront view, spacious and with full kitchen WITH THE TYPES OF UTENSILS YOU WOULD HAVE IN YOUR OWN KITCHEN - not just the "tick box" commonly found. Unit was clean, and instructions on check-in and processes clear and straightforward. This is not the first time I've gone to Paihia - and the accommodation here was head-and-shoulders better then anything I've had before.
