- Paula (8/5): - This property was very clean and quiet. BUT the beds are not very and comfortable and the pillows are a joke! Also, for some reason, they have motion detecting lights and apparently temperature control. While sleeping the cooling goes into a sleep mode so you wake up very uncomfortable. They also have flashing strobes that are very noticeable when the room is dark.

- Matthew (4/5): - A place to stay if you want a clean peaceful room, but don't care about wifi or a good shower. The Good: Room was clean and spacious. Property is very clean. The lady at the desk is nice. The Bad: (no ice machine) (no wifi) (bad water pressure). I'm upset that we wasted our stay with no internet or nice shower. Kind of unacceptable. The "free" wifi never worked. I would never stay at a hotel with no wifi on purpose as I am a tech person. When we went to sign into the wifi it gave us a free option for low grade internet for ONE device, or we could pay for up to 3 devices and upgrade the internet quality. Even after going to pay for one of the plans they couldn't provide us with internet, or figure out how to get their codes to work for us. They said they would call us back after figuring it out, and never called. We checked at the desk once, and they were still "figuring it out". So that already ruined our stay. Then the shower was AWFUL, barely usable water pressure in the shower head. If you tilt the shower head upward it isn't even enough pressure to shoot out straight. Not to mention we booked an accessible room and they gave us a regular suite at first, and we had to go get that fixed and switch rooms. The lady at the desk was nice, but that doesn't really fix the fact that the hotel had a nearly unusable shower and didn't let us use wifi. How can you have a hotel and not know how to provide wifi?????? I would not go back to this location for these reasons.

This was my 10th or 11th trip to Amarillo so I’ve stayed at multiple properties in the area. This by far was one of the best properties I’ve stayed at. I wish I had time to enjoy the patio with the fire pit and the grill but this was an In-N-Out trip. Definitely will be staying at this property going forward.

- William (8/5): Comfortable hotel - The Everhome suites is a beautiful comfortable hotel We loved the glass shower The only problem we had I booked two king suites with washer and dryers in bathroom a week before When we arrived they said sold out put us in a king room No washer dryer etc So the attendant says he will discount a little for each room We were very dissatisfied disappointed But we were thankful for the small discounted rate He was very helpful So if you book I would suggest you make sure get what you pay for Other than that I would of given them a 10 Five stars

We did have a few issues such as the AC being spotty and the deadbolt not working… But there was a daytime manager who I made aware of these issues and he seemed uninterested and annoyed, at checkout I told Cody and she made sure to note all of it which was very appreciated.

- Autumn (10/5): - Brand new property (we traveled in July 2025 and it had been open only 3 weeks). The rooms were clean, comfortable, and nice sized. The AC worked reealllllly good, I like it cold. Nice to have a kitchen for longer stays. The pillows were really comfy, I usually dispise hotel pillows and bring my own but these felt like down (maybe alternative down, I didn’t check). Be aware that there is no breakfast available here, but there are things you can purchase (snacks, drinks, etc) in the lobby.

- Walter (4/5): - So, the room itself was pretty good. The fully furnished kitchen was a bonus. The room was really clean. But... Someone walked into the room in the middle of the night because the front desk assigned our room to them before checking that the room was occupied. This caused not only a midnight scare, but also our key cards no longer worked. The bathroom light is motion activated. No one wants to be blinded while stumbling to the bathroom at 2am. There is no way to turn it back off, so you have to wait for it to automatically shut off, which happened after about 5-7 minutes. The staff was wonderful, but I probably won't be staying here again.

- shelly (10/5): - Nice room. Friendly receptionist at desk. No pool but a space with cornhole game. This seems like a great hotel if staying for a few days or longer. We just stayed one night. Nice hotel.

- Jeffery (6/5): - It was ok. Brand new when we stayed however the staff were not fully trained. We were told the pet deposit was refundable and then told the next morning it wasn’t refundable. We were filtered through 3 rooms because the air conditioners weren’t working. It was fine for a stop for cross country drive and I am sure will get better hopefully.
- JENNIFER (8/5): - Hotel was only opened up last week. Still brand new. This is a cashless hotel, card only. Also, no free breakfast but there's lots of places to eat in the area My only complaint was the pillows......it's like sleeping on a napkin. Insanely flat. Utterly useless, but besides that it was a great stay
