- Michelle (10/5): - MONday hotel is perfect for family stay. The room is spacious with a small kitchen, oven, microwave and laundry machine. Staffs are all very kind and helpful. They speak ENGLISH. This hotel also provides free shuttle to Miyama village and kinkakuji. Bus stops and Subway are not far away. They help to ship luggages. We are very happy to stay in this hotel when we came to Kyoto. Definitely will book it again next time when we come to Kyoto. A big thanks to all the staff.
- Leticia (10/5): - Alojamiento nuevo y por tanto muy limpio y cuidado. Habitación para 4 muy cómoda y grande comparada con otros alojamientos. Personal amable y dispuesto a ayudar. La situación bien pero no la mejor, el metro y el autobús no están en la puerta, sólo un problema si se tiene 38 grados como en nuestro caso. Paseo agradable para ir por la noche hasta zona comercial y restaurantes en Pontocho. El hotel tiene shuttle gratis a puntos turísticos como Kinkakuji temple y Miyama (este último está lejos y no nos mereció la pena). Estuvimos muy a gusto en este alojamiento.

- Suet Leung (10/5): - The room is big for four of us. The sofa bed is so big can fit at least 6 people but we didn’t use it much. I could see the Kyoto tower which was very nice at night. The washer/dryer was our life saver. We loved the setting of the room so neat and practical and clean. We only stayed 3 nights so they didn’t have housekeeping service for us. But they provided all the towels for the stays. And if you need something you could get them in the lobby. The staff were friendly and helpful. They can communicate in English fluently. The only minor issue was the noise of the street. We stayed on 10/f which was the top floor. Our room was facing the street so at night we can hear some cars and ambulance making noises. And there was construction going on nearby so in the morning it can be a bit noisy. They gave us a gift at check out which was a nice touch. We loved this hotel. I think it called apartment but we had what we needed and we enjoyed the stays. Thank you!

One of the best perks was the in-room washer and dryer—such a rare and appreciated convenience, especially for longer stays. The location is incredibly practical. There’s a 24-hour grocery store just steps away, making it super easy to grab snacks, fresh food, or anything I needed at any hour. Plus, it was only about a 15-minute walk to all the major shopping areas, which made exploring and getting around really enjoyable.

It allowed for us (family of 4) to relax, do laundry, and explore without feeling crammed. The staff was very nice. I think this place has been recently renovate. There are zero signs of wear and tare, yet. Various train stations are near by. I highly recommend this place and I will come back.

The staff were very friendly and reminded us that it is going to rain when we are getting out in the afternoon and suggested us to take umbrella (which they provided). We had wonderful time staying at this facility.

They helped us ship our luggage which went out on time for our next Hotel which we received upon arrival.

- Remal (10/5): - Loved our stay here, located near to 2 train stations (Gojo station and Kiyomizo Gojo station) at about 10 min walk or 20 min walk to Kyoto station. Staff were so helpful and always willing to help and guide you. Free shuttle service to Golden temple and the shuttle driver was really nice and guided us for further shuttle services available from different Monday apart hotels to bamboo forest. Walking distance to Nishiki Market. Room was beautiful, spacious and clean. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Highly recommended for families.
- Okkyong (10/5): I would recommend to orhers. - It was a brand new hotel so everything was new. Nice appliances and fixtures. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel has free shuttle bus to tourist attractions which saved us time and money. Also very good location for many conveniences. Only issue was that we stayed for 5 nights and room didn't get cleaned as scheduled.

Manager went out of her way to send our lost-behind items to our recent hotel without hesitation! Highly recommend it!
