- Sanjay (10/5): - This unassuming little hotel right opposite Ben Thanh market is a hidden little gem. Like with all hotels, you will have negatives. What makes this place exceptional is the STAFF. They are not seasoned professionals with years in hospitality, but teenagers. Every member of staff greets you with a smile and some take time out to talk to you. I was trying to find a fault with the staff or service but failed. I have stayed at 15 hotels in the past 4 years, (the likes of Hilton. Hyatt, Sheraton, Marriott etc.. all with their grand entrances, but very little after that). I can honestly say, I rank this hotel Number 1 above them all. Thank you to all, especially Frankie, Mary, Levi, Simon, Andy and Laura.

The staff were the highlight — warm, attentive, and always ready to help with directions, recommendations, and even small details that made the trip easier. The breakfast was delicious with both local and Western options, and the location made it simple to explore the city on foot. This is an ideal choice for travelers who value comfort and authentic experiences. I would definitely book again on my next visit to Vietnam.

Kati made sure that our room is ready before we even arrived. I told Kati that I need a spa after a long day and she made me appointment right away and she even called me to reminded me for my spa appointment. She is very attentive and made you feel at home. Room is very clean and cozy perfect place to unwind after a busy day. The amenities were absolutely fantastic. From the moment I arrived, the customer service was exceptional. My stay and comfort mattered to them. The breakfast was plentiful and my room was comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. The location was perfect for exploring the city, and there are plenty of coffee shops, restaurants etc nearby. Upon check out, I was spoken to by one of the mangers who knew I had also stayed in Hanoi. The staff took the time to understand my needs and my trip and this meant a lot to me. It made me feel like a guest and not a number. I will forever remember my time in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh cities and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending these hotels to anyone. Their approach to customer service and satisfaction goes far above and beyond.

Since I worked early mornings in the lobby, I really appreciated the thoughtful service from the lobby staff who would regularly offer water and coffee, making sure I was comfortable without even needing to ask. I didn’t get to try lunch or dinner at the hotel, but the breakfast was top-notch. There was a great mix of international staples and traditional Vietnamese dishes. The staff was quick to offer refills—especially when it came to my americanos, which were always spot on. - Mark (10/5): 3 nights in Ho Chi Minh - We spent 3 nights here on a tour of Vietnam in July 2025. This is not a big hotel and some minor work was still going on whencwe arrived. We had a Junior Suites for 2 adults and 2 late teenage children, which were absolutely fine. Everything was modern and clean as it had just been through a refurb. We tried the spa for a massage on the last day as it had just opened, which was great. We used the rooftop bar on 3 occasions, great service and excellent views across the.city over to the River Saigon. The location of this hotel is superb, immediately opposite Ben Thanh market with so many souvenirs, shirts, etc. Many of the major sites (Imdependence Palace, War Remnants museum,etc) are walkable. The breakfst was very good and the staff could not do enough to help. It was a good hotel but all the staff from the doormen, reception staff, breakfast team, bar staff,.everyone! They made this an excellent stay.

Please take note that this is a boutique hotel so it’ll be small compared to the others. I think the only thing that I would ask is for the bacon to be cooked a bit more.:) We stayed for 3 nights and would definitely consider staying here again when we get a chance to come back.

We decided to give it a try even though there was not a single review yet. Our four nights' stay turned out to be the best experience we ever had in HCMC. This was a birthday trip. We got an upgrade from the basic no window room to a room with a view of the Benh Thanh Market. Streets nearby are busy in the day but quiet at night. The room is spacious and well equipped. The bed is exceptionally large and comfortable. The free breakfast is very good, though not a very big variety of selections, it is decent and delicately served. The staff are very attentive and helpful. They started communicating with you since you booked the hotel and catering your every needs with politeness, making you feel like you are staying in a 5-star hotel! I will definitely come back and recommend it to my friends.
