- ???? (2/5): - キッズコーナーの匂いが汗かカビの匂いがすごく不快でした。 旧館の方に泊まりましたがそちらもカビの匂いがしてリラックスがあまり出来ませんでした。 旧館エレベータも表示パネルが壊れてて何階にいるのか分からなくなり怖かったです。 客室、温泉、ディナーは飲み放題付きで良かったです。
- HUA HSUAN (10/5): - 房間很大很新充滿木頭香氣，房內附的茶點不錯，床超大，晚餐和早餐都是吃到飽好吃。 泡湯很讚。 酒喝到飽要加價這句話飯店的翻譯有點讓人看不懂。 房內清潔要加強，小茶几一推開底下都是零食殘渣。

- Verified traveler (8/5): 全体的に満足度は高い - 旧館の西館はフロントがある東館から歩く。大浴場や売店も全て東館にある。 ビュッフェ会場は東館と西館の間、連絡通路にある。食事は地の物を多く使っていて、本当に美味しい。 ただ時間制ではないので、会場が広い分ピーク時には人が溢れ、カオス状態とまではいかなくても、いろいろ目立つ。テーブル上の食器類の片付けが追い付かず、欠品のおかずは補充されるのに待たなければならず、1台しかないコーヒーメーカーには行列ができる。スタッフさんが大変そうだし、落ち着いて食べたいので、個人的には時間による入れ替え制の方がよい。

Mostly local tourism for now, absolutely stunning views and the confort rooms, since they have hot springs or hot baths is very attractive spot for families, which they were a lot with small kids everywhere, so if you want quiet and piece this won't be the place I guess.
