- Yuliya (2/5): - I am in Italy for 2 weeks with my mom and my kids, we changed 4 hotels and this one is the worst. The reception works 8:30-12:30pm, the staircases are dangerous and big and you have to carry the luggages, my luggage felt and almost killed my mom. In the middle of the night the ac turned off and a light turned on all of a sudden which scared my kids and we couldn’t back to sleep after that. I do not recommend to stay in the hotel

- Verified traveler (10/5): Near shops and Piazza Spagna, stairs to go up - The place is in the o old town and great location for shopping, very well connected and near Piazza Spagna. The room is great with all the essential amenities and has a good size. The only problem is that the building is very old and you have to take the luggage by the stairs as they don’t have elevator in the building. Other than that everything was great.

The location is central to everything and you are a 5 minute walk to the metro. The location is secure and the room was clean and well-done. The staff was friendly and extremely professional. - Doris (10/5): - This a marvelous little place with wonderful service and nice amenities. The receptionist was gracious enough to stay a few minutes due to our train being delayed and was so kind. Be aware that the road does not allow traffic so you have to walk to catch a cab ( but not too far). Also the stairs are old - ancient even and worn - use the handrail!! Charming place!
