- Carolina (4/5): - This might be better for a long term stay, we only stayed 3 nights and I regret not going to a regular hotel. There is absolutely nothing in the kitchen apart from the utensils, dishes and cookware. No kitchen towel, soap, sponge or paper towels not even salt. If you stay for a few days it doesn't make sense to buy everything. They try to pass ikea as luxury. You get the smallest towels and no bathmat. No hot water for more than 3 minutes.

No dish soap included or dishcloths, no tissues or extra toilet paper. Toilet and shower drain are bad.

- Brianna (10/5): - i just want to say that i love this place and i’ll be back!!! i am a female solo traveler so proximity and safety are my biggest concerns. i felt extremely safe and this hotel is close to pretty much everything you can think of. there was some minor issues with the rooms because things are still under construction, but they make sure to accommodate you and keep you happy. i can’t wait till everything is completely done, so i can come back. the staff went above and beyond for me and were extremely friendly. 10/10 and i will be back. :)

I especially loved the pools all around the property. 24-hour security. I loved that everything needed was in close proximity and walking distance. Uber was easily accessible and affordable. I didn't like the limited breakfast options. However, the breakfast we had was okay. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Will definitely be back.

- Tobias (4/5): Pretty hotel but didn’t feel safe !! - The hotel itself looks great and the room was clean and seemed very new. The pools were nice. The reason for the low rating is that we stayed 3 nights and 2 times (that we know of), the staff attempted to get into our room without our consent or knowledge. The first time, they attempted to check someone else into our room and luckily we were home and heard unlocking noises. The second time, they attempted to get access in the middle of the night at 2.30am. It was incredibly scary to be woken up in the middle of the night to the sounds of someone entering our room passcode. My husband stayed awake until the morning with a kitchen knife by his side as we truly didn’t know if they had bad intentions - we didn’t know why someone would need access in the middle of the night. A few hours earlier we’d asked the staff to help us arrange a taxi at 7am the following morning and we wrote our room number on a note. There was no reason why they should think our room was not occupied. The staff apologized in the morning, however, it didn’t change the fact that we didn’t feel safe or get any sleep that night. It can happen once by accident but not twice on a three night stay…

Check in and out easy no hassle. Not much to do on the island if I did it over again I’d stay all inclusive.

Many shops near by downtown Punta Cana just up the street. High ceilings and 5 pools to relax. Very nice place and well staffed.

The living room was really chilly but the rooms were extremely hot. Had to sleep in the living room. Didn’t want to bother nobody since I was only going to be there for one night. Overall the experience was excellent and I will definitely come back if I can.
