• George (8/5): - This is a no frills hotel. Just what we needed. And expected as stayed at this chain and location previously. Unfortunately it was late we unpacked THEN discovered TV was not functioning. We moved to a different room in AM. Staff was amazing.
• Jessica (6/5): - This was my first ever stay at a Woodspring Suites. Most of them have terrible reviews but this one had better reviews and a great price. The property is newer and it seems as though it’s in a location that is growing. A lot of new places. Upon arrival, the staff was great and very friendly. We get our room keys and head on up. Upon entry, we discovered the floor had not been cleaned. There was food residue and shoe prints all over the floor. I asked for a different room. Upon entering the second room, we discovered another very dirty floor, a toilet that had been used and not flushed as well as an empty water bottle in the bathroom trash. We were only there for one night so I cleaned up the floor the best I could. There was barely any toilet paper so I had to ask for more. No cooking utensils and no paper towels. The room wasn’t stocked with anything which may be part of the Woodspring experience. The staff was helpful but seemed irritated at my requests.
• Susan (4/5): Maybe skip this one - We arrived before 10p, yet the entrance was locked. Phone did not have a dial tone. Finally a young man in a Popeyes uniform asked us "What you wont?" He huffed, puffed & sighed all while checking us in with an attitude. He was never friendly. If he'd been half as excited about customer service as he was about that faded pink hair & tatoos, you'd have a winner there. As is, you'd be better off hiring Oscar The Grouch from Sesame Street. While i understood polishing the room floor, it left a really gross film on your feet as you moved about the room. The floor looked nice though. No cups for the bathroom, nor a hair dryer. There was no other dinner or cookware in the room. The room was very loud throughout the night. No soundproofing. No staff at the desk at checkout time was also odd. Is Popeyes even open early morning?

• Verified traveler (2/5): HORRIBLE - Absolutely horrible. I drove 12 hours from MD. Booked a hotel 3-4 hours before arriving, just to get here and for them to tell me they don’t ba e any rooms. Front desk clerk hung up on me multiple times instead of finding a room for me.

No breakfast, no ice machines, 1 roll of toilet paper, no do not disturb sign, no house keeping, very thin towels, no amenities. Very plain jane. Bed was semi-comfortable, a/c was awesome, space was large. Check in desk closes early and when we checked out at 8 in the morning no check out person. The close up the front desk with a locking shield. This was ok for our stay, but not again. Price per night was good, staff very friendly.
• Verified traveler (4/5): Not as good as we had hoped from reviews - Checkin was quite stressful because we were a late arrival but called ahead, desk closed at 10 and we arrived at 10:25. We were told to call the front desk when we arrived and someone would meet us to get in...after 20+min of calling all numbers available, getting hung up on by the corporate number because its locally owned, I messaged the hotel from my reservation with the understanding "they may not get back to us right away". Someone saw the message and came down...i guess the call forward wasnt going to her after hours. We were thankful to see her face and just get a bed to sleep in after being on the road for over 12 hrs that day. We reserved a king bed but got a queen, no hand towels or even an extra towel to use as one, bed was so close to the wall that it was difficult for two people, freezer had icicles hanging in it, blinds let outside parking light in and no curtain. Starting off with a negative checkin, we noticed a lot more of the downfalls that wouldnt usually bother us much.

• christy (6/5): - This is a new hotel but it is an extended stay with a full size kitchen. The floors were greasy and there was a weird musty smell in the room when we walked in. We were only there for a few hours to sleep before we moved on to our next stop.

There’s crickets everywhere, in the bathroom we had a huge one in the shower curtain. There were crickets in the stairs. The room was humid and wet even with the air on. Was not my favorite.
• Jamie (2/5): Would /not/ recommend staying here - When we checked in it took a long time. Staff was impolite when we had an issue and called to resolve, and hung up on us. There was about 30+ men standing out back screaming and shouting running around with their shirts up. It was VERY noisy and the fire alarm went off early so we didn’t sleep very much at all. Was not very cleanly. And do not loose your key as you can’t even walk in building without it at night.
• Evon (6/5): - We had a child in the room above. Sounded like they were doing gymnastics for 4 total hours. Was not aware we had chosen an extended stay hotel. So there was only one towel in the room, no Kleenex, no cups or ice bucket. When we inquired at the desk their answer was “we are an extended stay most people bring there own supplies.

• Kevin (6/5): - The hotel is new and very nice, but the floor in our room was dirty. Also, we checked in with 3 adults to one room and only got 2 wash cloths and 2 bath towels. No hand towels. Also no shampoo or conditioner was provided, and no Kleenexes or soap to wash your hands.

• Michael (8/5): Good and affordable - New facility - everything was very clean and nice. They need paper towels or dish towels. Kitchen is fully unequipped. Personally I don’t like that there is not always someone at the front desk.
• Carmen (4/5): - I stayed two nights at this hotel. I only stayed the second night because I had already paid for it and they would not give me a refund. I woke up in the middle of the night to use the restroom on the first night and realized I was walking on wet floors. I almost slipped and fell when I was getting out of the bed.I mentioned it to the staff the next day. They are 100% aware that the floors get wet due to condensation buildup. Or whatever they’re blaming it on. Considering this is a fairly new build, it was very disappointing to know that the facility is aware that they have issues with their rooms, but do nothing about it. And I know that they’re aware, because the staff member told me that the same thing happens in their room. And acted like it was no big deal.
• Heather (6/5): Convenient/Economical - Fridge light was off & defrosting with water dripping inside, toilet seat had dry urine spots & other debris on it. Floor was slippery when you turn the air off almost instantly. No iron in room. My bed and pillows wasn’t comfy and I’m not very picky. The room looked nice. Great location and free parking.

• Todd (4/5): Disappointed in hotels.com hotel - 2 big strikes - Hotels.com app said $10 per fee, but I was charged $50 at the hotel. Hotels.com price was $89. Hotel cost was $66. I was charged $89. Hotel clerk seemed bothered to have to check me in.

Took 3 calls before someone finally answered. Waited another 15 minutes for someone to come down. He was very rude and impersonal. Bathroom only had 2 washcloths, 2 floor towels, and 1 bath towel. No hand towels. No amenities for a suite with kitchen (no dishes, paper towels, soap, etc).

• Temika (10/5): Great Stay - Upon arrival, I was greeted by an awesome staff member (wish I could remember her name, her hair is loc’d/twist out I believe). She was super friendly and informative! From the parking lot, to the lobby and hallways, to the room…everything was very clean. The bed was comfy and the shower’s pressure was good. I would most definitely choose this hotel again if in the area.

I expected staff to change rooms but she was at least kind enough to come and clean the toilet. The window has blinds but no blackout curtains. Outside light shined through window all night making it difficult to fall asleep. Wreaked of weed throughout the entire property. My wife is allergic to most scents like this which flared her asthma up. Was a pet friendly hotel which is nice but dog urine and feces were everywhere including elevator. There is a bait and switch for the pets. The website CLEARLY STATES $10.00 per night for pets but when they check you in they make you sign something and it states the 10.00 per night for pets is only for 2nd night and beyond. Would never have booked this property if I had known this. One night stay for pets is an extra 50.00. Absolutely absurd. The fitness center is literally a treadmill, another piece of cardio equipment and then a single weight machine. No attendant after 10 pm if you have issues. No pool. Plenty of food options around.

• Scheli (8/5): Just not for us - Just an overnight stay for us. The room was clean and would be nice if you had to stay for awhile. Offered a kitchen and plenty of storage. For us, we had to go buy some mugs for tea/coffee, and ice because they don’t have ice machines. The one real downfall for us was the mattress. It felt like sleeping on a slab of concrete. Not sure we’d do it again for an overnight. Staff was friendly, and everything was clean!

• Verified traveler (2/5): Bed Bugs - I woke up Sunday and noticed bites on my legs. I called the hotel and multiple times and was finally able to reach someone that evening. Informed the desk clerk of the bites and texted her pictures. She said she would show the Manager on Monday and have her call me. The manager never called. I called Monday evening asking for an update and the clerk said the manager said there were no bugs. I asked why the manager didnt call me and she said she didnt know. She said she would have her call me. That should have been Tuesday. Well today I'm writing this review and still have not heard from the manager.

However, the room could have been a little cleaner. There was litter under the bed, which shows it wasn't swept properly and there were cobwebs with bug collecting.

We came in late after the lobby closed and used the phone to call (front desk) and the lovely lady answered, told her I was there to check in and she was there within a few minutes and checked us in! Gave us all the information we needed and we had a great night sleep! There is no breakfast, but get your own breakfast! They don’t HAVE to give you a free breakfast! Basically you get a hotel so you can sleep! If you’re on vacation go DO something! This is a great place to stay and a great value! If you have pets, it can be pricey tho on a deposit!

• Rachel (2/5): Go somewhere else. - The air conditioner left all of my clothes damp and the floor became wet. No icemachine, keys wont stay activated and they charge 10$ to reset them. Very noisy in the early hours. No breakfast, no pool, small gym. Very basic hotel.
• Demi (2/5): - Hotel is new so it is still clean, but it does smell badly. However that wasn’t the problem. Our power went out on the first night of our stay and they were unable to fix it and told us they’d have to call the power company. I told them we were checking out and they told me to wait because they’d send an electrician. I would like a refund. I had to get ready in the dark with my phone flashlight for an important event and then left before my stay was over because I had no power. I had to pay for an additional room elsewhere.

We had two large dogs and the fee was less than other hotels by quite a bit. I'm happy with our stay there, and I give a solid recommendation to travelers.

Other than not having towels in one room and no coffee cups in the morning during the coffee hours the stay was very pleasant. We were able to get a good nights sleep and leave for the final leg of our trip feeling refreshed and ready for the day of travel ahead.

While the front desk staff was friendly, the bed comfortable, and the rate affordable, there were several disappointments. I didn’t realize the hotel operated as a low-service facility with limited front desk hours (8 a.m. to 10 p.m.) and not on time. By the time we noticed there weren’t enough towels for three guests, the front desk had closed for the night. Basic amenities were lacking: no hand towels, no extra toilet paper, and no in-room coffee maker. The coffee station in the lobby was also shut down by 7:00 p.m. The free WiFi was unreliable, the room felt damp, and the AC unit was loud. If you’re planning a longer stay and prioritizing price above all, the low rate might appeal to you. Otherwise, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel
