- Nattaya (10/5): - An Amazing Honeymoon Getaway with Beautiful Views & Exceptional Service We recently stayed here to celebrate our honeymoon, and it turned out to be such a memorable experience. The hotel truly went above and beyond with the honeymoon setup — it was beautifully arranged and made our stay feel extra special. Waking up to stunning views of both the ocean and the mountains right from our room was absolutely incredible. The resort is surrounded by beautiful scenery and has a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere throughout the property. We also loved spending time at the spacious swimming pool, which was perfect for unwinding after a day out. A huge shoutout to all the staff members for their warm hospitality, especially the front desk and restaurant teams. Everyone was genuinely friendly, welcoming, and made us feel right at home during our stay. Getting to the beach was very convenient thanks to the hotel’s shuttle bus service, which runs almost every hour. We especially appreciated this service. On some days, we also enjoyed walking through the tunnel in front of the InterContinental Hotel just for a different vibe. The beach is only around an 800-meter walk away, and the stroll was actually very pleasant. One rainy afternoon, I decided to grab a coffee and work online at the Lobby Lounge. It felt incredibly cozy enjoying a hot coffee and cake while listening to the rain outside. The breakfast was good and reasonably priced, although having a bit more variety from day to day would make the experience even better. Overall, we would like to sincerely thank the entire team for their wonderful hospitality and for making our anniversary trip so memorable. We will definitely be returning in the future. Tip: The hotel is located very close to Cafe del Mar, making it a great choice if you plan to visit or enjoy a night out nearby. Boat Avenue is also only about a 10-minute drive away, and it was very easy to get around.

Very limited menu in both the restaurant and pool bar. We ate at the restaurant, and the food was good standard, not excellent and the pool bar from memory only had a choice of 1 sandwich (club) could maybe change this as most people would prefer snacks for lunch instead of a full meal (curry on the menu)

Also shuttle service between the room and reception were nice. Too many unfriendly (Russian and Chinese) people. Absolute chaos at the breakfast and compared to other Wyndham hotels really underwhelming. Staff always seemed annoyed, which I actually understand seeing with what kind of people they have to deal with every day. Also there is not enough sunbeds at the pool area. All in all seems like a mass tourism hotel.

- eve (10/5): - I had such a lovely stay at Wyndham Garden Phuket Kamala and would absolutely recommend it. From the moment I arrived, everything felt easy and welcoming. The room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and the bed was incredibly comfortable — I slept so well every night. One of my favourite parts was how easy it was to access the swimming pool; it made the whole experience feel really relaxed and seamless. The hotel layout is quite spread out, so I did rely on the buggy service quite a bit — but honestly, that ended up being such a positive. The buggy system down to the lobby was super convenient and always available when I needed it. Breakfast was another highlight. There were so many delicious options to choose from, and it was such a nice way to start the day. A special thank you to the concierge team, especially Air and Baitoey, who were incredibly kind and helpful. I was a bit stressed about my checkout and travel back to Australia, and they made the whole process feel smooth and easy, which I really appreciated. Even on a rainy day, I found myself completely content — staying in, watching Netflix, and just enjoying the comfort of the room. It was the perfect place to unwind and relax. Overall, such a wonderful stay. I’d happily come back again 💛

The staff were professional, friendly, and always ensured guests felt well taken care of. The hotel is new, with clean and well-prepared rooms. The pool area is nice with convenient towel service, and the drinks are good quality at reasonable prices. Dinner offers great value with a good variety of options. The location is convenient, close to Café Del Mar and the Kamala night market, with a helpful shuttle service to the beach. Even when the shuttle was full, the staff arranged an extra round for guests. Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay again. Nothing

- Horner (7/5): Schönes Hotel mit kleinen Mängeln - Wir hatten ein Poolzimmer, es war grundsätzlich ganz schön. Frühstück war lecker, leider sehr laut und teilweise zu wenig Platz oft mussten wir warten oder einmal wurden wir gebeten unsere Sachen zu holen und mit nach unten zu nehmen. Die Lage war naja, zum Strand musste man über eine relativ gefährliche Straße vor allem mit Kind schwierig. Die Deluxe Poolzimmer waren schön aber es war etwas seltsam weil man direkt in den Pool fällt wenn man zur Balkontür raus geht. Der Poolrand müsste ab und zu gereinigt werden, der war bei uns ganz schwarz. Kein Balkon oder ähnliches um etwas aufzuhängen, an manchen Stellen Fehlkonstruktion aber ein schönes Hotel mit netten Leuten. Am Hügel gebaut daher teils steile Wege, aber es gäbe so Golfcars.

- Mosab (7/5): Family stay - The staff are friendly. And the rooms are spacious. The rooms are now well cleaned, room services takes long time talking 30 minutes plus for aimple items like plates or water. The breakfast was very limited in options.
- RIFAT (2/5): Horrible value for money - Spacious room. Newly renovated. They have an app, but no staff to fix stuff. Check in checkout takes 20 mins each. Staff doesn’t care you’re waiting or not, rather chit chat at the check in desk. Service to the beach is only every hour and always fully booked so you end up not having that service at all. Honestly the manager of the hotel must be managing a hotel for the first time in his life.

- Cihat (8/5): Beautiful hotel with clean and comfortable rooms, but service consistency and guest management need improvement. - The hotel is visually beautiful, and the rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable. The lobby staff, security team, and the buggy drivers were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful during our stay. The air conditioning system was difficult to control. Even when we set a specific temperature, it would suddenly become extremely cold and seemed to adjust on its own. The door lock system was also confusing, as it made a strange alarm sound unless locked in a certain way, and this was not clearly explained. The breakfast experience was disappointing. The buffet selection was quite limited, and the breakfast staff appeared unfriendly and unwelcoming. This was surprising, as this is not our first time visiting Phuket, and we have never experienced such service before. Additionally, the hotel entrance is confusing for taxi drivers. Many drivers accidentally enter the parking area, and clearer signage would be very helpful. We also witnessed a guest shouting at one of the buggy drivers. Regardless of the situation, hotel management should ensure that staff are treated with respect. Employees are there to provide service, but they should never be exposed to disrespectful behavior. Don’t buy tours from reception desk its expensive

- Magdalena Rolkowska (5/5): - Chyba nic nas szczególnie nie urzekło. Hotel położony na mega wzgórzu, podchodzenie pod gorę to tragedia, tuk tuk hotelowy często też miał problem z podjazdem . Przechodzenie przez ulicę to mega wyzwanie. Śniadanie drogie i niezbyt smaczne. W pokoju musieliśmy trzymać ubrania w walizkach bo brak miejsca na ich powieszenie. W łazience brak jakiegokolwiek wieszaka gdzie można by powiesić ręcznik po prysznicu. Było to strasznie irytujące. Przy basenie mało miejsca i liczba leżaków zbyt mała. Znalezienie wolnego leżaka graniczyło z cudem. Drzwi wejściowe do pokoju były bardzo irytujące bo jak się ich nie domknie, piszczą cały czas. A nasz sąsiad robił to notorycznie o różnych godzinach szczególnie w nocy! Cena hotelu w ogóle nie adekwatna do udogodnień i tego co hotel może zaoferować. Tuk tuk hotelowy jeździ tylko do godziny 19:30 ostatni z plaży.
- ramdane (5/5): - Personnel agréable. Nous avons pris 3 nuit a 280€ la nuit. On nous a mis dans une chambre avec fenêtre donnant dans le parking pas de lumière naturel. Immédiatement après etre rentré dans la chambre nous sommes retourné a la réception pour manifester notre mécontentement. On nous a dit qu il fallait revenir le lendemain voir le manager, nous avons donc passé une nuit a entendre les véhicules passé toute la nuit. Le lendemain matin le manager Guy a bien compris le problème, il s est excusé et nous a mis dans une chambre correct pour ce prix. Énormément de monde au petit déjeuner, 10 a 15min d attente pour avoir une table.

- Malwina (9/5): The hotel is new and well-maintained, and the room was stylish, clean, and had everything I needed. - I stayed in a ground-floor room with direct access to the water. The room was very clean, nicely designed and had all the essentials such as slippers, coffee/tea, shower gels, etc. I was traveling alone, but overall the space felt comfortable. I also liked the hotel app where you can request extra items (like towels, water or toilet paper), ask for cleaning, and order golf-cart rides to different areas of the resort or transfers to the shops or the beach. Overall, I would recommend the stay. I wasn’t able to order a transfer to the beach through the app, although I saw other guests using it, so it might have been my mistake. There are also no shops nearby, and to reach the beach you have to use an underground tunnel, which adds about 3 extra minutes to the walk. Additionally, if two people stayed in the room, the lack of sound isolation in the toilet could feel uncomfortable.

- Tereze (6/5): - The property is really in awkward location up the hill. Very strange layout and also not near any shops or restaurants. No sidewalks to walk out so would have to rely on a taxis to get to places.
- Kevin (6/5): - The location was good as out of town a little so away from hustle and bustle but close enough to walk in/out. Breakfast was great with a lot of options to choose from. Check In /Check out was very inefficient and communication on the whole was difficult, as you were told to use the App but then didn’t get responses through it so had to call. We arrived at 1:30 and was told room would be ready by 3 as a lot of changeovers that day. We were told to relax by the pool and they would let us know when ready. By 4pm I used the pool restaurant phone to call the restaurant to be told the room was ready, they just hadn’t told us & we needed to go back to reception for key. When we got to the room booked and confirmed a check in for 3 people there was no extra bed in the room for my son. When I called and asked, they said all extra beds were taken but they would bring bedding to make up a bed on the large window ledge which double as a seating area. Spoke to front office about experiences thus far, which they acknowledged and said we would receive a fruit platter and complimentary drinks….,that never arrived. Rest of the stay was pretty good though.

- Kathryn (1/5): Do NOT stay here - NOTHING! From start to finish we couldn’t have had a worse experience. We parked our scooter at the bottom of the hill as directed by security. We had to then walk up the hill to the main hotel where we were told to go up to the second floor to check in. Once checked in, we had a car drive us to our hotel room at the very top of the property. We were told to scan a QR code to order dinner. My partner and I could not login or access the menu from the app we had to download. So we tried to use the phone in the room which wouldn’t give us access to the restaurant, reception, or the car service to get us back out of the hotel area to eat somewhere else. on top of all of this, despite using the WhatsApp contact information we were told to use or the phone number included on that, as well as the Booking.com messages directly from the hotel, were completely out of service. The outlets didn’t work and we couldn’t charge our phones. In the bathroom, I tried to charge my hair straightener and that didn’t work either. There was a kettle in the kitchen but the plug to that kettle didn’t match the outlets included in the kitchen so instead had to unplug the fridge to use the kettle The outdoor pool/tub was cold, despite having a semi hot tap. I left multiple messages over WhatsApp snd multiple messages through Booking.com. None were responded to until the next day 18 hours later hotel reception contacted us to ask us what we needed assistance with. Sadly, 18 hours too late. While speaking with reception, for checking out, I asked if we could please have somebody pick us up from the room as it was up large hill. due to a knee injury & ankle roll it was very difficult for me to walk.That Ride never came, & I had to walk down For a 3rd time in our overnight stay. Hotel seems extremely disorganized and poorly laid out. It looked nice on the Booking.com website, but turned out to be the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. I would not recommend this hotel to anybody.

- Mila (8/5): - Camere nuovissime, la nostra con vista mare. Posizionata a pochi metri da Kamala Beach. Per raggiungere le camere c’era bisogno per forza delle golf car che spesso abbiamo dovuto aspettare per troppo tempo.

Corporate box hotel literally, constant emails/what’s app (9 in total) about booking in online beforehand -only stayed 1 night-as best avoided , then in the morning (Sunday) 7am received what’s app message asking what time we are going to check out…then even knock on door at 8 from cleaner-dispite pressing do not disturb button. For the money, I’ve stayed at better quality for half the price in Phuket.

Chek in molto lento, staff poco reattivo, richieste service room spesso non sono arrivate se non dopo il secondo o terzo sollecito. Il primo gennaio a tutti gli ospiti è stato lasciato un pensiero carino di buon anno con messaggio, nella nostra stanza nulla e senza gli asciugamani.

Many things are not ready yet as it seems it has recently opened. The service needs to improve. Mo one takes care of the pool for example. Empty glasses were left all day, no one clears dirty towels. The food you order at the pool comes from the main kitchen snot takes for ever. The lobby is also quite disorganised. The logistics of going up and down to rooms / the gym / the pool could be improved.

- Ash (10/5): Perfect location, and great hotel and a good price - This was a very quiet location. Kalama Beach was a 10-minute walk, perfect. 20 mins from Patong Beach, 10 mins from a beach club like Catch, and a 5-min drive from Surin Beach. Motor bikes were the cheapest option to ride, and 27b-102 B was the most I spent. Cars were more expensive, and with traffic it was the quickest way to get around. The hotels had a great little app for every service. Maintenance had two issues One morning, no lights. the guys were there within 5 mins, and the socket in the bathroom, which wasn't working, was fixed within 30 mins. Room service was also great. Most orders were 30-40 mins, but I generally got everything within 20-30 mins. The restaurant food was lovely. The chicken satay, hats off to the chef. The pool isn’t the biggest, and there aren't a lot of beds, but to be honest, the beach is so nice and close. I was only by the pool for about two hours when I felt I'll. The staff are very accommodating in every department, from security to front desk, housekeeping to room service, not forgetting maintenance and the pool staff May be a few more beds but not sure where they would go as it very tiny pool area

- Pia (8/5): - Uusi hotelli, siisti, hyvä aamupala. Liian vähän aurinkotuoleja, uima-allas pienehkö. Ongelmia tuotti eniten Spring ravintolan pieni koko aamupalan aikaan.
- Annette (7/5): Kiva loma lähellä Kamala-rantaa - Hotelli on uusi ja puhdas. Läheinen ranta on kiva ja lapsiystävällinen monine rantaravintoloineen. Kuntosali oli hyvin varusteltu ja ilmastoitu. Henkilökunta oli avuliasta ja yritti aina parhaansa. Hotelli tuntui edelleen keskeneräiseltä ja rakennusääniä kuului päivittäin vaikka ennen majoittumistamme minulle vakuutettiin, että hotelli on täysin valmis. Uima-allasalue on liian pieni ja 20 aurinkotuolia ei mitenkään riitä hotellin kokoon nähden(etenkään sitten kun kaikki huoneet ovat käytössä) ja joinaan päivinä emme saaneet aurinkotuoleja altaalta. Aamiasella jouduimme jonottamaan pöytää useampana aamuna ja 9.30 jälkeen moni ruoka oli jo loppumassa. Ravintolassa oli myös todella kuuma jo aamulla.
