Wat ook niet kan wij verbleven 2 nachten en de kamer werd niets aan gedaan. Bed moet je zelf opmaken. Er is ook geen ontbijt te krijgen in het hotel. Het is zeer kostelijk voor wat het is.

- Christina (8/5): - Das negative zuerst, dann das positive😊: Das Zimmer war sehr klein, man öffnet die Tür und das Zimmer besteht im Grunde nur aus Bett, das Fenster (nicht aufmachbar) erreicht man nur wenn man über das Bett klettert. Das Bad ist auch sehr klein, wenn man sich anzieht muss man aufpassen, dass man sich nicht stößt. Das Bad hat keine Steckdose, man muss sich auf dem Bett sitzend föhnen. Das Positive: Sehr modern, man konnte alles vom Bett aus steuern, das Licht dimmen, die Klimaanlage etc., es ist in einer super Lage. Direkt vor dem Eingang ist die National Portrait Gallery und 3 Minuten zu Fuß ist der Trafalgar Square.

- Yurief (2/5): Construction nightmare. - This stay was terrible. At 7:50am construction began in the room right next to mine IN THE HOTEL. And when I say construction I mean ELECTRICAL SAWS AND DEMOLITION. I don’t know what makes them think they can have guests occupy rooms surrounding this construction is beyond me. When you walked into the hallway you could see the construction dust in the lighting. It looked like there was a hazer on for a concert. I was also not initially met with a solution besides then telling them to stop. And guess what after they told the workers to stop….THEY DIDNT. In the end they moved me to a different hotel but having guests there during construction that start at 8am is horrific. Make sure construction is done before booking here.

The only down fall of our stay was the unbelievable noise that came from the room above us (to the point the air con vents were shaking in the ceiling) Obviously this wasn’t the fault of the hotel but it did affect our stay as it kept us awake and woke us up early. Despite this we would stay again

However the noise from the cafe areas below went on all through the night and with single glazing you could hear everything - if you want to be in the centre of everything this hotel is great.
