- Rebecca (10/5): Great Experience - This was a 5 star clean and friendly hotel. Even the window blinds were modern and effective. The kitchen had a microwave and full refrigerator and everything was supper clean. Front desk was very friendly. Highly recommend and would stay there again.

- Ramona (4/5): Do it yourself kinda hotel… - Didn’t appreciate having to gather dirty towels and having to take them to the office for clean ones. They cater to long term stays which included kitchenettes but be prepared to go downstairs and get the plates, silverware, pans etc… laundry is ridiculous, small washers and 2.50 a load to wash and 2.50 a load to dry. If you don’t mind running back and forth for your needs maybe this will work, I’m trying to relax and chasing after clean linens, towels, and dishes isn’t my idea of that. The people here were all friendly though… I guess I would be too if the guest were doing all the work.

- Andres (10/5): - The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms and high quality service. Fresh, clean linens, clean bathroom, nice and bright, and the room is clean!! Comfortable bed and plenty of pillows. And the best part is the brand new Hotel with 4 floors with elevator grab and go breakfast. Pet are welcome, about 30 minutes from Anna Maria Island.

At 11pm Eleace was super helpful in making adjustments to my reservation. She was determined to make sure we got what we needed. I've rarely come across this level of service.

Duerme mucho empleado que trabajan en la construcción de techos. Pero andan borrachos molestando. Y escupen en el ascensor. Estuve 3 dias y solo habia sobres de avena. El precio decia desayuno incluido. Si piensas salir en familia y con niños no es el lugar adecuado.

This is a no frills, business and tradesman hotel for extended stays. The property is relatively new and everything is clean and nice.

- Amanda (10/5): - The staff are top notch! Always friendly and going above and beyond. We stayed for 3 nights and never had housekeeping, but staff always gave us fresh towels whenever we asked. Breakfast is extremely basic (boiled eggs, yogurt, and packaged muffins, granola bars, and cereal bars), which was somewhat disappointing. The hotel is next to 2 grocery stores, a gas station, and a few fast food places. We only had to drive 20-30 minutes to get to Anna Maria Island. The beds were comfortable and the room stayed cold enough in the summer. The only thing the room lacked were mirrors besides the bathroom mirror.

Hit and miss with the staff, some very helpful some not so much. I would stay again just have my expectations in check. The manager was extremely helpful and made up for some of the staff issues.

- Dale (4/5): - Breakfast is a couple of prepackaged muffins and some hardboiled prepackaged eggs. That's not breakfast. The room was dirty, I had WaWa pizza boxes on top of cupboard that had been there a while as there was mold on the pizza. The TV network did not work the last night I was there and there was no storm during the day, just later that night. No room service at all, maybe you have to request that, but that would be nice to know when checking in. The parking slots are made for small cars not American SUVs. The bed was comfortable.

Most of the staff are friendly especially the young gentlemen that checked us in. He was attentive and very nice whenever we asked for something. In the mornings they offer to go breakfast from 6:30 to 9am. On a Monday morning there was a very rude staff member who was taking things down and it was only 8:45am. She was rude to guests and should not be in the hospitality business.
