Guest Reviews
- Verified traveler (2/5): - This is not a Hotel. It is primarily rental apartments. There is no reception desk. You have to call someone to come to the site to assign your room. The rooms are just that - a very small room with a very hard bed. I’d equate it to a motel 6 or a college dorm.
- Susan (10/5): - This is a unique hotel. The building is multi use as there are apartments, student housing, and hotel rooms in the same building. The virtual check in was simple as we got an email once we could check in and it explained everything we needed to know to park, get into the building, and get into our room. We were lucky because the property manager was in the lobby when we arrived and she was very nice and helpful! The room was great! Lots of space! The room had a refrigerator (hidden in a cabinet) that worked well (instructions were easy to follow). The television was a good size and once I went into settings and reconnected it to the wifi (one click) I found it loaded with lots of entertainment choices! The room advertises a microwave, there was none in the room, but there is a common kitchen area on the 2nd floor and there were two microwaves there for us to use. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The shower is very large. If I had any complaints about the room it would be the lack of a shelf in the shower and the very very close space between the toilet and door when you need to close the shower/toilet area door. The sink area is very modern and spacious and the towels are very very nice. The saltwater pool was inviting. It is very sunny at the pool so the rails and tiles get hot, but once you’re in it’s very pleasant. Overall, this was a very enjoyable stay! I would highly recommend.
- Kirtlye (2/5): - Tried to check in and nobody was there. Was told by a renter entering the building…it was apartments and not a hotel. I had to go find another hotel after a long hard day of riding a motorcycle. Asked for a refund and still haven’t got one. Expedia should take them off.
- Britt (2/5): - Felt so unsafe here as a single mother that I left with my son immediately
- Michelle (10/5): - This property is up and coming. I like that the property has a security door that needs a code to come in. Also, everything is looks brand new. It is certainly unique, not like a Hyatt or Fairfield Inn. And it close to downtown and if needed, Kell Blvd and Kemp street, which for all you out-of-towners is a good thing because it is that is a main drag and mostly everything is there or off Southwest Pkwy. I look forward to going back.
