- Craig (10/5): - From checking in to checking out, everything was excellent. Quick check in. Staff were really courteous and helpful. Staying in the Grizzly Bear suite was as advertised. It was spacious and very clean. The water park is huge and fun. There is also an outdoor pool area that was nice. I highly recommend grabbing one of the outdoor cabanas to lay by the pool for swimming and relaxing. There isn’t any fine dining but there were a handful of food options. If you decide to dine out, there are several great options close and in the area. Over all, a great place. My family and I are definitely going to do it again.

- Samantha (4/5): - So disappointed with the staff and how she encouraged me to purchase the unlimited pass when I was holding my 1.5 year old daughter who literally couldn't do anything. What a scam and they don't ever answer the phone to sort this out. My 6 year old isn't tall Eno gh rondo anything alone and the little one can't do anything so this family trip was completely divided and we felt very misled by the check in staff.

- Mirna (2/5): - Very poor customer service! They do not care to answer questions! They get annoyed easily and do not give you all the details about how everything is handled. I had to push to get just the minimum of information. Had a very stressful morning, and I qas very disappointed to see their attitude. I had a Caucasian young man attending us today the 13th of July. He was not helpful at all. Service in the water park is not good either, they will charge the wrong items and not even care to give you the right ones on time. We felt ignored. The lady in the buffet attending the food was awesome ! She made us feel welcome today at dinner. I really wanted to get the most out of this trip because we came to celebrate my sons birthday but I am very disappointed on how things went today. I really wanted to plan all activities and get the best deals with packages but I guess we have to figure it out ourselves.

- Alishia (6/5): - This property needs to work with their front desk staff. They are the guest first point of contact. In my experience and others they over charge for parking and lack of explanation or details when you first check in. Poor attitude and then when you ask for more information it seems like a chore. I was charged for 3 cars and I only had 1 car parked on property. The lady who checked me in never once asked how many cars I had but she left a note I had 3 and charged me for them. I didnt realize until I checked out and saw the overage. Like many others who had issues with the front desk if they would take their time and just do what is required at check in the line would move faster and there wouldnt be so many guest returning with questions and issues. As long as I was in line I witnessed so many guests with issues. Its a shame because being a new location you hate to give them a bad review but work needs to be done at this location with the staff.

Only setback is rooms on the 2nd floor, right side, 2213 was ours, the window looks right onto the first floor roof with the vents and piping. An eye sore for such a tremendous place. Perhaps a false wall with some type of mural on it or maybe switch the window pane with frosted glass. Besides that the Great Wolf Lodge is exactly that ..Great!!

- Megan (8/5): - We had an incredible time at the Great Wolf Lodge. If I could have changed a few things about our trip, it would have been the package I purchased because my little ones couldn’t really use the same pass as my older kids, so I would buy individual wolf passes per person. Second, I would stay 3 nights instead of 2 like we did. We felt like we needed one more day to really enjoy all the features of this facility. But we loved the water park, the food, our room was beautiful, clean, and had plenty of space for our family of 6. Best carne asada fries I’ve ever had were in the water park food court, but we also loved their pizza, pasta, and the chicken sandwich!!! Also loved the convenience of the Dunkin’ Donuts for breakfast each morning. My older kids loved the magiquest experience, the ropes coarse, and the water slides, and the younger kids had a great time mini golfing and bowling and playing in the arcade. Overall we had a fantastic time and will definitely be back again!!

What I did not like was the public having access to the park at the same time as the folks who paid to stay the night. Everything in the waterpark area was extremely crowded. Maybe extend into the evening/night hours for folks staying the night. Or open earlier for the people staying overnight. I did not like that everything was added as an extra cost. Some of the attractions inside should be included in the overnight stay. Overall, the place is fun and friendly. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff was accommodating.
