- Tracy (10/5): - The room is bare bones but clean. The only bug I saw was a cricket who most certainly was attracted to the light I left on and followed me in. The room does smell of smoke. It was coming from the bathroom vent which seems to be joined with a number of rooms so be aware that it will smell. Close to public transit which was quick and cheap and saved me a lot in uber/lyft. Front desk staff was accommodating but not friendly. I needed to check out at 4:30am for an early flight and no one was at the front desk, after ringing a few times with no answer i finally had to slide the key through the slot and leave. Overall i definitely got what i paid for but don't expect the ritz.

Room had dead roaches and crickets, used tooth whiteners in the sink, a joining door wouldn’t lock or latch and no hot water.
Asked to switch rooms and was told not to worry about it.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Wifi down. - My pnly complaint was that the wifi was down when i checked in and i really, really needed the wifi.
- Megan (6/5): - There was no microwave in the room neither was there a small refrigerator. The door stuck trying to open or close it. And they gave you an actual key for the room, no electronic locking mechanism just the regular old door handle with a key for it. And the floor looked like someone swept the dirt underneath the edge of the bed.
