• Larissa (8/5): - O atendimento tem muito de ser melhorado, nada simpático espeicalmente com turistas que não falam muito bem outra língua, definitivamente não facilitam a conversa e foi bem difícil a comunicação. O hotel é lindo, o quarto é confortável e silencioso e a limpeza estava ótima; existe um bar no térreo da propriedade com bebidas e refeições. A localização foi boa para nós que usamos o transporte público, e existem opções de alimentação nos arredores. No geral, boa estadia, mas peca pelo atendimento.

• Lukasz (2/5): - This was not my first stay at this hotel, but after my most recent visit, I am truly appalled. It all began with a false fire alarm, not caused by any real fire hazard, but by a malfunction in the fire protection system. As a result, from 2:00 a.m. until 4:30 a.m., we were forced to wait outside the hotel. I lost a night’s sleep, was left completely exhausted, and received neither an apology nor any form of compensation. Of course, the fire brigade arrived on site, but the issue turned out to be purely technical. In the middle of the night, the hotel manager was called in, trying to disable the alarm, but there were major problems. Ultimately, due to a technical failure, I spent half the night standing outside in the cold. The final straw, however, was the last incident. At check-in, my card was charged an incorrect amount — higher than what I was supposed to pay. I noticed this in my room and went back to reception to report the problem. The staff member assured me that the authorization would be released and I would simply pay again. Yet, the block was never lifted, and during the night shift, the staff charged me again, placing another hold on my card. I raised the issue once more at check-out, and I was promised that all holds would be released immediately. Seven days have now passed, and my funds are still frozen. Yesterday, I wrote an email to the hotel staff asking for action, but I have received no response whatsoever. I am extremely disappointed with my most rece

• Inês (10/5): - Ein Safe und ein kleiner Kühlschrank im Zimmer haben gefehlt. Ansonsten alles Top! Betten wurden täglich gemacht und alle Tücher wurden täglich gewechselt. Die Lobby war schön eingerichtet und an der Bar gab es eine große Auswahl an Getränken. Zudem was das Personal sehr aufmerksam und höflich.

• Andrea (10/5): Bellissimo hotel di Design, colazione 10+ - Ho già soggiornato in hotel della catena MOXY ma solitamente sono cari nelle grandi città turistiche, invece in Europa dell'Est si allineano con il costo della vita basso e sono quindi abbordabili ad un prezzo più che onesto. La colazione resta uno dei punti forti dei questo hotel con una scelta super variegata, persino con hummus e smoothie freschi. Mai soggiornare qui senza prendere anche la colazione: sarebbe uno spreco! Rispetto ad altri hotel Moxy in cui sono stata, in questo le camere standard sono leggermente più piccole. Non c'è un frigo disponibile in camera e nemmeno la macchina del caffè o il bollitore dell'acqua. La palestra disponibile h24 è attrezzatissima, spaziosa e con tecnologie attuali. Rispetto al centro vecchio (Stare Miasto) sono 10 minuti di tram che si prende fuori dall'hotel oppure sono 40 minuti a piedi (ma il biglietto del tram viene talmente poco rispetto agli standard di Roma, Parigi e Londra che sinceramente vale la distanza) ma la città é vasta e non è solo il centro storico, anzi, quella è la parte meno interessante. Comodissimo è anche affittare fuori dall'hotel le bici con l'App Venturilo che con una decina di centesimi giri per un'ora esplorando la quantità incredibile di musei, quartieri, mercati e piazze della città!

• Marek (6/5): - Great hotel with forward thinking design. The staff needs to be completely replaced as they are mainly you gstwrs with no customer service experience. Either they have been poorly trained or there is a shortage of staff in the area. I really liked the hotel for its design on pair with PURO hotels. However no kettle in the room or tea options in the room forces you to go downstairs. There for 50zl you can get two teas. This is a joke even for more premium brands which ROXY (Marriot in disguise) pretends to be. Also internet was too slow for the era we live in. The gym needs dumbbells.

• Sebastian (10/5): - Sehr sauber und alles wirkt recht neu. Gute Lage, mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln kommt man schnell an sein Ziel.
• Kenneth (10/5): Moderne og flott - Flott hotell som var lett og finne når vi kom med bil. Trygg parkeringskjeller like under hotellet med heis. Store og gode rom, store bad, moderne innredet og en kul "vibe" over det hele. Imøtekommende ansatte. Måtte forhåndsbetale parkeringen, men måtte alikevel betale enda en mindre sum ved porten når vi skulle kjøre ut igjen. Betalte bare uten å gjøre noe mer ut av det. Valgte å gå ned til gamlebyen, men ble taxi tilbake igjen for kun 70nok. Flott opphold og kan gjerne benytte oss av dette hotellet igjen dersom vi skal tilbake.

• Reto (6/5): Schön - aber mit untauglichem Sofa-Bett. - Schönes, topmodernes Hotel. Die Crew an der Rezeption war aber teilweise sehr unmotiviert. Zum Schluss wurden wir von der Shift-Leadin nicht einmal gefragt, wie der Aufenthalt gewesen sei. Wir hatten für drei Erwachsene ein Familienzimmer mit Quee-Bett und Sofa-Bett gebucht. Leider war das Sofa-Bett hart wie ein Brett. Klar muss es nicht den gleichen Komfort bieten wie ein richtiges Bett. Doch bis anhin bekamen wir in Hotels dieser Kategorie immer ein anständiges Sofa-Bett. Im Moxy Warschau leider nicht. Wir baten dann am ersten Morgen darum eine zusätzliche Polsterung (Topper etc.) zu bekommen. Der nette Mitarbeitende an der Rezeption versprach sich darum zu kümmern. Am Abend war nichts geschehen. Wir haben dann wieder nachgefragt und die Shift-Leaderin (diesselbe wie bei der Abreise) sagte uns sie hätten nicht uns könnten da auch nichts für uns tun, wir müssten das so akzeptieren. Wir fanden diese Antwort eher schwach und unbefriedigend. So verbrachte einer von uns noch zwei weitere Nächte auf dem brettharten Sofa - andere Hotels können das klar besser. Daher unser Rat: Kein Familienzimmer mit Sofa-Bett im Moxy Warschau buchen...

• Manuelita (8/5): - Es un hotel moderno y ecléctico que por ahondar en adornos y lujos superfluos, dejó de lado un aspecto esencial de los hoteles: el COMFORT. No tiene heladera/minibar pese a tener amplio espacio en el cuarto para ello, no tiene caja fuerte, no tiene más que un rectángulo para colgar ropa (no hay placard), y el espacio del baño es tan grande pero falta para colgar cosas. Si te toca el cuarto del fondo, tenés que atravesar como un kilómetro para llegar porque los ascensores no están puestos en forma estratégica. Nosotros contratamos una habitación para cuatro personas y literalmente el sillón era dormir con un colchón sobre el piso. Por suerte éramos jóvenes las que dormíamos en el piso (27 y 42) porque alguien mayor no se podría levantar.

• M CARMEN (8/5): - el hotel es nuevo de este año y muy chulo, moderno. Lo escogí porque estaba cerca de un evento al que tenía que acudir. Pros: es nuevo, moderno, habitaciones cómodas y amplias. Contras: no hay zapatillas ni tetera de cortesía. Hoy en día casi todos los hoteles de esa categorías tienen esa cortesía. El desayuno variado pero caro.

Beautiful cozy layout, clean lockers for luggage storage, games, benefits of new construction, safe, books and seating. As for dislikes, the Moxy cocktail was terrible…taste like tea water, no iron in the room, and the mattress was a bit hard. But overall nice stay, just have to be prepared for the negatives mentioned.

• Thomas (10/5): Part of a Newly Rebuilt Warsaw - I enjoyed my stay, particularly the vibe that the Moxy chain was created to give. The nearby tram stop makes it easy to travel through the city without needing a car.

• Verified traveler (2/5): - Spent four sleepless nights in this hotel, in four different rooms. There is a light that is motion activated in each room that turns on, even with the sensor blocked and no movement whatsoever in the room, spontaneously. And it made a habit of doing this while I was sleeping, every 1 to 2 hours, waking me up. Hotel staff said they were aware of the problem and apologised for the "inconvenience" but would not refund me so that I could move to another hotel. Inconvenience is an understatement. I was delirious by the end of the trip from lack of sleep, am now ill and missed a big chunk of my business events as a result.
