Thelma (8/5): - The last two days of our stay. The hose keeping team didn’t leave enough of towels and wash clothes for our party. One day they left one and the next they left two.
Peggy (10/5): Drury Pigeon Forge, tn - This place treated you like a king and gueen. The breakfast was as healthy as you wanted. The dinner they feed you was also great plus each person got 3 mixed drinks per night. All you really had to worry about was your lunch. This is a great place to stay.
Katina (4/5): - We stayed in a king suite room 618 and were very disappointed. We could not use our personal data in the room and could not recieve or send phone calls or get on the internet. You are forced to use their wifi in order to get service. Also the view from our room was horrible. We had the view of 2 portapotties and a dumpster! We paid good money to get a two room suite and was greeted with this view. The best view was on the other side of the hotel. We had to turn the mini fridge off because it was so noisy at night. For this to be a brand new hotel, they have a lot of work to be done! On a positive note it was clean, but they dont put trash bags in the trash cans, which i thought was odd. We will definitely not be staying here again!

But aside from that, the property was spotless and smelled new (bc it is).The bed is on the soft side. But the kickback dinner is probably a good enough reason to stay here. It was quite excellent and enough to fill anyone up. Breakfast was also excellent! Check in was a breeze and everyone was super helpful and kind. The parking garage is not large and we ended up not being able to park in a covered area. But still can't wait to return (but I'll ask for a different room, don't know what that knocking was.)
