Guest Reviews
- David (8/5): Over night stay. - Comfortable stay. Will use them again.
- Shawanda (8/5): - Yes
- Paris (10/5): - Ok
- Mark (2/5): Stay away from this dump! - Pictures look nothing like what you get. Room had strong stench of cigarette and must. Nightstand lights (2) missing light bulbs and pull switches. Room was dark due to only one working light fixture Dust hanging off light fixtures. Telephone said it was a Baymount hotel. Soda vending machines all out of order. Hotel lobby was filled with new microwaves and refrigerators that apparently haven't made it to rooms yet. Parking lot had numerous people wandering around I don't believe were staying there. We immediately left after seeing room. Management refuses to refund our money.
- Carlos (8/5): - Close to highway, plenty of places to eat, clean room, comfortable bed, very hot water.
- Kathleen (4/5): - Nothing
- Christopher (8/5): - Very clean good breakfast nice pool
- Julian (4/5): - The unit smelled faintly of stale smoke. The TV didn't work. The lamp was broken.
- Edna (8/5): - They’re right up said they had breakfast. They have nothing. The microwave in the room did not work. The shower had cracks in the floor. I would never stay here again.
- Bryan (6/5): - Easy off and on to 95
- Russell (6/5): - New owner old property and obviously redoing the place. No desk to work from. No breakfast and cold coffee. Maybe just needs more time to renovate. Price was great for just a bed.
- Alison (6/5): - The staff was incredible. The building had a lot to be desired. Pretty run down. Beat up. Specifically asked for a wheelchair accessible room was told no problem, got there and had to carry my disabled son to the second floor.
- Daniel (2/5): - The whole property smelt like sulfur water, room was dirty dingy, no fridge and wiped water off floor and cloth was black! Super nasty for a whyndham property. Plus emergency vehicles came during the night to someone’s room… didn’t take anyone out and left on another call. I was a horrible stay all around!
- Sandra (6/5): - It says free breakfast but there is no breakfast available nor any working vending machines. Not worth the price
- Verified traveler (2/5): Do Not Stay There! - The room was in poor condition, old chipped furniture. The night table lamp I was afraid to turn on & didn't because the bulb holder was hanging by the electrical wires. The sink drain plub would not open. The bathtub had dirt rings & had no shower curtain. And worst no phone to the front desk, someone started banging on the door @ 12:23 am, said to open the door he needed to talk to me. And I didn't see a phone & had to look it up but he left when I said I was calling the cops. Worst place I have ever stsyed. Checked at 8pm could not sleep so checked out at 3:40 am. Do not stay there!
- Jasper (8/5): - Was quiet and clean, helpful staff, overall good experience
- Kelvin (8/5): - Tv
- beth (10/5): Exce - Shah was super friendly and accommodating, especially being I’m a single woman. He put me close to the office so I would feel safe brought me to my room. Had me look it over to make sure it was OK. I definitely would recommend this place to anyone, especially if you’re staying longer than a night or two it even has a stove refrigerator. It’s great and the bed was super comfy.
- Kathleen (6/5): - All we wanted was a place to lay our heads for the night, and the location near Route 95 and the price were a plus. The hotel is undergoing a serious renovation and it needs it. Our room was ok, but the hair dryer and ironing board were both missing. The refrigerator was in bad shape and the base molding was off the walls. Although it was a non-smoking room, it smelled like smoke.
- Clark (10/5): - Clean and safe…
- Verified traveler (2/5): Very run down property - Arrived late, night window checkin. Was told room was upstairs, it wasn’t. Room was dirty, bathroom door ill fitting very hard to open, room was damp, bedding felt wet due to dampness.
- David (2/5): - I wouldn’t let a homeless person sleep in this dump. We walked in the room and right back out. The furniture looks like it was pulled out of a dumpster behind a goodwill store. Expedia tried to get us a refund but of course the hotel said no. Stay away from this place unless your very desperate and don’t mind bugs and dirt!!!!!

- Robert (8/5): - The property was clean as was the room. The pool not being open was a little disappointing but overall a fine place to stay.
- Anna (2/5): - No ac the worst ever I see why it was so cheap
- boakye (8/5): - They need mops in the bathroom or a rag. They should sweep the room
- Sandra (6/5): Brentwood is Awful - For starters when I walked into the lobby it smelled like marijuana. Then when I got in my room the ac unit was making a weird noise which kept me from sleeping well. Will not stay at Brentwood again.
- Samea (2/5): - It was definitely get what you pay for . I guess being under renovations and under new management. Guess the process didnt start yet . Fridge made noise all night with no shelves in it . Tape on light switch to see in bathroom. Towels was not clean , room was barely clean ... cleaning staff come in change garbage thats it ... people walking back n forth all night . Lots of traffic people drinking beer on steps .

- Lisa (2/5): Terrible - When we pulled up there was a homeless lady with a shopping cart sitting on the bench and lots of guys hanging outside smoking weed. Definitely did not come across as family hotel. The surrounding felt shady. My two rooms were separated from opposite ends of hotel with one towel and half roll of toilet paper. Girl at front seat busy hanging outside with the guys. Definitely would never stay or recommend the hotel. Felt very unsafe and unclean
- James (6/5): - Get what you pay for...fine for the price
- Alexander (10/5): - Great traditional and nice place to stay. Very clean, lovely bath tube. Comfortable room, good bed.
- Jeffrey (8/5): - Good: Bright, cheerful, modern rooms and well-lit parking. Less good: hint of cigarette smell from back when you could smoke in hotels - but it didn't bother me much. I would stay here again.
- JoAnne (10/5): - Easy on and off 95
So many places to find food, short driving and also within walking distance.

- Brandy (2/5): 0 Stars. DO NOT RECOMMEND - The property was not the same name as the one listed in the Hotels.com site. The sign on the property says Baymont Inn. The hotel is very old, needs repainted inside every room, and the rooms are filthy. Do not stay at this property unless it's a life or death situation.

- Kelvin (8/5): - Proce
- Giovanni (2/5): - The man at the front desk was very rude and accused me of not paying for my room when I had a receipt showing that I paid for the room online he was very rude and hostile
- Gregory (8/5): - We stayed with our little pup overnight and it was convenient. The room we stayed in was not one which has been redone yet so was not very fancy, but we felt safe and the beds were comfortable, even with our bad backs.

- Patrick (2/5): - Checked in around 8pm. In less than 1 hour had to check out. NO FIRE ALARM, physically removed from the wall with wires sticking out I have photos (obvious fire code violation). Dresser missing an entire drawer. Human hair in the sheets. The door looked like it had been viciously attacked. Please note, we were there less than 45 minutes total. Upon calling to ask for a refund we were told that’s not possible because they have a 15 or 30 minute rule where if you check in for 30 minutes you can no longer receive a refund. Seriously? Sounds invented. The “15-30 minutes” were spent inspecting for bed bugs and assessing the severity of the situation. I HAVE PHOTOS AND VIDEOS FOR THE RECORD. I will never forget this horrific experience. And Expedia not only allowed this to happen, but enabled the horror by sticking to no resolution or refunding of the booking. This hotel should be shut down, Expedia should be ashamed. I tried to rectify the situation through the proper channels and it went nowhere. Never trust Expedia.
- Wesley (6/5): - No frills, basic room. Lamp was broken. Great if you just need a room for the night.
- Janice (8/5): - Spacious room- especially like the wood look flooring and the vanity
- Michelle (6/5): - Room smelled moldy and and like old smoke. But for the price I didn’t expect much. Check in was easy and front desk gentlemen was polite.
- Amy (10/5): - Staff was very helpful
- Molly (10/5): - Very friendly staff, motel undergoing renovations and is getting beautifully updated. Will definitely keep this on our list!
