Patrick (4/5): Dangerous amateurs cos-playing hoteliers. - No reception, 1 hour wait for access code after reaching staff by phone. Elevator broken. No bath towels, no coffee machine, no closet, no way to lock terrace door, which is easily accessible from street. Dangerous.
