Alot of free water bottles in the room. They offer free Airport taxi if you tell them in advance. They have a chocolate Bar every day in the reception area that is totally free for taste different chocolates and pralins. Only bad is that there is no outdoor swimming pool and they could offer some more choices of bread for breakfast. Everything else was awesome

- Ali (8/5): - Stayed at MovenPick Centaurus for 10 days in July.The hotel is beautiful, newly constructed and is located at a prime central location. Staff, while helpful is a bit uncoordinated due to an inefficient system where multiple departments in the hotel function independently and lack communication, thus e.g. the front desk won’t know what the travel services is upto. Charges while online with most top tier hotels but a bit too much in certain areas. My wife’s flight got delayed by a couple hours and were charged additional fee for airport pickup or about $30 for 6 cans of pop, after spending about $3000(cad) seemed unreasonable and left a bad taste. On our last day hotel went through a technical glitch where some floors were without electricity for at least 5 hrs, the staff while overwhelmed did perform admirably and gave us another room to sleep for the night so props on that. Place is very nice, one of the best I have stayed in amongst many countries. Staff was very helpful, dealt with minor issues like air conditioning in a timely manner. Mansoor from housekeeping is a gem. He took care of us for most of our trip, was a gentleman and displayed the highest ethos of hospitality and customer service. Give the man a raise and maybe a promotion. Overall the stay was positive and would recommend/stay there again

Room very comfortable and also managed to get massage in the spa, that was very good The Deluxe room I had allowed access to the executive floor that served breakfast, light lunch and dinner to which only really used the breakfast facilities. I tried the breakfast on the main 2 floor dining area ony last day and wished I had used every day as much better and more extensive. Should have been pointed out by staff. 1 last thing, they don't have cash / change so be sure to add card on checking in so you can charge to room. Otherwise a great stay in a new hotel that should pick up on the finer points. Would be staying again.
- Saba (10/5): - Beautiful decor, smelt great! All the staff were extremely welcoming and pleasant, especially door staff and airport transfer driver Mubashir. They made it feel personal. Definitely choosing Movenpick again when I can.
- Verified traveler (10/5): North Pakistan trip - Had an amazing stay at the Movenpick Islamabad. The facilities were excelllent and a good sized gym, very clean and good food served in the restaurant. Most of all the staff were very friendly - I apologise for not remembering everyone’s name but Gul Ahmed was one member of staff who was excellent. Hotel was also in a really convenient location - next to a Mall and within walking distance of Faisal mosque. Definitely would visit Islamabad again and would hope to stay at the Movenpick again .

The rooms were immaculate, beautifully designed, and offered stunning views! The service was also outstanding. Special thanks to Fatima at the front desk, who checked us in with so much warmth and professionalism. She went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, even ensuring we had cold water bottles for our ride. Khurram, the bellboy, was equally helpful, assisting us with a smile and making our arrival and departure smooth and welcoming. The hotel is a fantastic choice for international travelers — spotless, secure, and thoughtfully run. I would highly recommend Mövenpick Centaurus to anyone visiting Islamabad. We’ll definitely be returning.

- Zia (2/5): Not family friendly - Took longer than 30 minutes to check in. Was turned away from the executive lounge because kids aren’t allowed even though no one was there. Excessive security even for Pakistan. Shower drains are slow and wet the entire bathroom floor. Full of military folks and business travelers. Not a family friendly hotel.

- asim (2/5): - I booked this hotel from expedia for my wife and sister in law arrived from canada for a short trip to islamabad. First i will write the worst part. The room quality was very average or below the standard. The elevator had issues so they shifted the family to centaurus suite which was more pathetic and shower ,iron, furniture was pathetic. The contact number on expedia was not actove and i sesrched the other number where staff was available. Again shifted back to Movinpick after the issue was resolved. The cost of two cup of tea with omelets was 9000 pak rupees once we asked for the room service though they should have served as a complimentary after this hassle late night. The cost was very high and the quality was like a low scale guest house. Now good part of Movinpick The car was at the airport in time to receive from airport as a free service. Area around hotel has better places to visit. Staff coperative and effectively communicating. When we requested for the compensation they reimbursed almost one day but it was 15 days time which is very poor and very irritating. Overall i find it a very poor experience / experiment.
