Guest Reviews
- Rachel (10/5): - The hotel is conveniently located to lots of shops and restaurants. Also very clean!
- Gerard (4/5): - There was no usb connection in the room. No microwave or mini refrigerator. No phone in room. No elevator so not handicap accessible. One bath towel
- Anita (8/5): - We had to carry our suitcases upstairs to 2nd floor. No free coffee in the lobby. Decor was beautiful but why pay for parking when you have plenty of space in your parking lot?
- Leonardo (10/5): - Awesome stay! Stayed here twice -
- Debi (10/5): - Cute brand new hotel clean and inviting furnishings.
Great location!
- Isabel (10/5): - My boyfriend and I absolutely loved this hotel! The staff was incredible, the accommodations were clean & adorably decorated, and the owner’s lab was the cherry on top. This hotel has the perfect, local & cozy feel, and it’s easily walkable to all the best spots downtown. I would highly recommend staying here & look forward to coming back.
- Howard (6/5): - The undisclosed $20 per night parking fee results in a lower rating
- David (6/5): - New and clean
- Jennifer (10/5): - Great customer service, clean room, pet-friendly, easy walk or bike ride to downtown. It’s recently renovated and the aesthetic of the property is great. Love the outdoor seating area.
- Susan (10/5): - Great staff, beautiful property, great area,
- Rebecca (10/5): - Great place to stay! Staff is great, very friendly and welcoming! Pretty property! Room was very nicely decorated! Shower was great!! Mountain View ♥️
- Andrea (10/5): - Wonderful! Staff was very nice and check in was easy! Convenient location and loved the atmosphere!
- Elizabeth (10/5): - I absolutely fell in love with Bozeman while staying at this adorable property!
- Edward (6/5): Clean, friendly and adequate for a place to sleep - Very friendly
Recently opened and renovated (apparently after shuttered for 5 years)
Good location
Clean
Now like a fancy Motel:
No room phones- had to physically go to front for anything
No ice in hotel
No closet- hanger device in room
No safe
Small Cafe in lobby so charge for coffee and overpriced tiny donuts
Even tho Small - no elevator and rooms below or above main floor- so difficult with bigger luggage ( although they offered to help) but therefore not accessible for disabled.
Poor water pressure
Poor lighting in room
Less expensive then hereby chain hotel but should be
The staff was very friendly but the overnight clerk was very slow
Advertise Gym but not opened yet- room used for storage now
- Angela (8/5): - We loved this new hotel so much for its charm and the free bikes we were able take into town .. there was an issue with our bedroom AC over-heating and turning off at night. My husband had to wake up and turn it back on. We also had a drain in the sink that was draining super slow and maybe needed an adjustment. Overall wonderful.. will stay here again! Nice fire pit, nice bikes, nice stafff ❤️
- Bruce (6/5): Just ok - It was ok just passing through, no breakfast unless you wanted a 4.00 donut and no ice in the ice machine.
- Jennifer (10/5): Charmed by the Wandering Buffalo - My son and I stayed at Wandering Buffalo on a road trip and it was just delightful. It’s charming, clean, comfortable and the coffee delicious. The staff were engaging and helpful. It’s also conveniently located right at the edge of downtown with bicycles on offer to explore the area. Will definitely come back on our next trip through Bozeman.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Great NEW and stylish hotel - Highly recommend!!! Our flight got cancelled and we had to find a place last minute. What a pleasant surprise Wandering Buffalo was. I wish we had stayed here initially. Brand new and renovated. Like a mid century modern ranch style hotel with the cutest details. Husband had to work the following morning in the lobby and enjoyed the coffee and amenities. Comfortable beds and cool outside fire pit. Within a mile to everything downtown Bozeman.
- Pedro (10/5): - Very nice remodel on the place.
- Melissa (10/5): - Super nice hotel very nicely styled staff was very kind
- Vaibhav (10/5): - Bakery options provided throughout the day and tasted awesome
- Jamie (10/5): - Very nice check in staff, and a very cute property. Parking is $20 a night, but I am not from the area so this might be normal. The blackout shade they have in the rooms is no joke which is a perk. Downtown is within walking distance so plenty to do.
- Kristen (10/5): Absolutely Awesome! - We absolutely loved the Wandering Buffalo! The vibe was awesome! They have a really cool and welcoming dog named Phoenix who welcomed us and made us feel at home. I loved the motif and the staff was awesome to talk to! We will be back!
- Kristen (10/5): Awesome! - Excellent staff and beautiful hotel! We loved the vibe!
