My main reason for calling was because they require a $100 deposit for incidentals and I wanted to be sure that didn't fall on me. The room does not cool at all during the day! Night time was fine but during the day its extremely humid. Good location, friendly staff, comfortable beds.

- Corrine (4/5): - This morning I got there and was given room #207 and the door didn't lock, so I requested another room. The rokm they gave was 209. And that bathroom was dirty. The bathtube had a dirt ring around the tube, and the floor had hair on it. I was so irritated. Expedia dont care about our complaints which is frustrating, because we use your 3rd party service and you dont care about the customers and neither does Laquinta. Im never using that hotel again.

We had 0 issues at check in or during our 3 day stay. Everything worked well and the cleanliness gave us a lot of peace of mind. Our room was stocked and we never found ourselves needing housekeeping. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

- Stephen (6/5): Average Stay! Not too Kid Friendly - My stay was average, nothing stood out! The breakfast was minimal in fact after day two we opted to go to restaurant. It would be great if the housekeeping understood basic English. With a 5 day stay, getting trash emptied and fresh towels proved to be a challenge for me and the kids. The scent of marijuana was throughout the hallways and that was difficult to deal with with my grandchildren present.

They by far exceeded my expectations! Beautiful facility, clean. Quiet and inviting! You can smell clean from the moment you enter all the way into your room! Definitely a 10/10 for us!

- Freddie (6/5): I'll NEVER GO TO THIS LAQUINTA AGAIN!!!!! - The stay was okay, but when I got home I had a charge on my credit card for $100 more than my stay cost, plus charged another $15.00 because they said we ruined a wash cloth and towel. They said that I put some dye on the wash cloth and towel, and they had to throw them away! That's bull, I saw the towels we used as I put them in the shower, and they were not that dirty. I've never had a hotel charge me for cleaning myself with their towels. The manager said he had pics, but I haven't seen any pics with proof of our rooms towels. If you choose to go there, you might want to bring your own towels so they can't charge you $ for damaging their towels when you know you didn't!

- Verified traveler (2/5): Horrible Customer Services by Milan. - Aesthetically speaking this hotel is AMAZING in EVERY way possible. It’s new (days old) and very clean. What’s important though, in a facility that revolves around people and customers is that they get treated with respect. This was NOT the case by the manager by the name of Milan. Not only was he prejudice and racist against me, and my family but he was callous and literally told shrugged his shoulders at me refusing me service even though I had prepaid. He was rude, uncaring, unempathetic and extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Customer service SHOULD be key when dealing with traveling families and evidently this is not the case with this man that was authorized somehow to run this beautiful facility. I expected more from a renowned professional background of Wyndham.
