Guest Reviews
- Barry (10/5): - This wonderful pub is a gem. We stayed for two nights and found the staff, especially Daniel, to be friendly and efficient. Our rooms were very comfortable and nicely fitted out. The meals are fantastic! Their chef is very talented and serves food that would not be out of place in any high end restaurant. On Friday night we loved the gathering of musicians who played together and added a lovely atmosphere to the (full) restaurant. Parking was conveniently at the front door. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and recommend this Inn to other travellers.
- Ole Jansen (10/5): - The breakfast was 10/10 and the room was nice and quiet, facing away from the main road. Comfortable bed and very good water pressure in the shower. There's a small trail around the back of the BnB that runs up the hill where you get a beautiful view over the valley.
- Michael (8/5): - Good alternative to Pitlochry
- Stephan (6/5): - In theory, it was a nice place to stay, with a very friendly welcome and a great breakfast. The cleanliness was also perfectly acceptable. Unfortunately, the rooms were kind of noisy, and the bathroom fixtures were either odd or not particularly functional. What surprised me most was the price. Even though it included the (as mentioned) great breakfast, €190 is really too much for this standard. It's a shame that we live in a time where mediocre things are getting more and more expensive.
- Suzanne (10/5): - Amazing food! Owners friendly and helpful!
- Hannah (10/5): - The perfect stop over on our way home from Elgin to Manchester! The breakfast was lovely, would only suggest maybe some music in the dining area as it was really quiet and I was worried our 4yo would be too loud!
- Sabine (10/5): - Warm welcome and excellent food with a genuine atmosphere
- Ellen (10/5): - Pleasant and comfortable stay with lovely food and service.
- Ingela (8/5): - Excellent breakfast. Quiet at night.
Near a main road so easy access. Good parking.
Dogs were welcome.
- Urs (6/5): - Friendly staff. Good mattress. Property needs some refurbishment.
- David (10/5): Weekend break - Lovely place to stay. Well located for local sights and great food and service.
