- Verified traveler (10/5): Top Notch experience - Exceptional hotel. Staybridge Clermont is the perfect hotel for us due to its location to family. Close to restaurants, grocery stores, theme parks, state park, and other Orlando area cities. The staff were wonderful!! Free laundry was a huge plus since we were there a week. Breakfast choices were plentiful. The pool and hot tub were adequate in size however the hot tub was not hot enough. The room was spacious and had kitchen ware so we could cook meals. Prices on incidentals were very reasonable!! Common areas were comfortable with ample seating. Being a new hotel there were a few “fix-it” issues but the engineer was prompt in attending to the matters. Housekeepers were more than willing to provide extra towels and essentials even if we did not need the room cleaned. Front desk staff were pleasant and accommodating, except for one young lady (Ana?) who worked late afternoon/evenings. She had a care-less attitude and lacked customer service skills. Definitely acted as though the guests were an inconvenience by responding to guests in a snippy voice. She spent a lot of time behind the office door, forcing guests to wait and eventually knock to be served. Everyone else was fantastic, though.

- Amanda (2/5): - Start to finish was a complete disaster. After my reservation was booked I contacted them on Wednesday to ask about payment as I was making arrangements for our softball team. I was told by a gentleman to call back with the card information once I had the team funds ready. I called back Thursday and was told that they couldn’t find my booking. I contacted Expedia at which time Expedia reached out to the hotel and they were told the manager wasn’t there and that’s who I needed to speak with. I called back Friday (day ppl were arriving) and I was told that I had to complete a credit authorization form. I was told to give it an hour to reach my email. I waited an hour and 15 and didn’t receive it. I called back and then I was advised they hadn’t sent it yet. Once I finally got it it was completed immediately. Lo and behold we get to the property and it’s chaos. Nothing had been done, they gave my room to someone else, had to wait for them to fix it. They couldn’t figure out who they gave it to. We booked this hotel mainly for the pool as we had a softball tournament in 100 degree weather. We get back to the hotel and they tell the girls the pool isn’t usable they would fix it. We come back from dinner and they said it’s not fixable. Later that night we see a family coming out of the pool and they said the hotel said they could use it but the signs weren’t correct. Overall an awful experience and I spent 2,500 for literally nothing.
