- Justin (6/5): - The location, room size and cleanliness was great. Water randomly shut off to all hours of the night and morning, so no showers or working toilets… it happened 3 nights in a row and they blamed the city water but other hotels next door didn’t have that problem. So besides that, it would have been perfect but it disrupted our stay significantly.
- SHUNSUKE (4/5): - ロータスホームカフェのケーブルカーステーションを予約しましたが、当日に別のシグニチャーに移動させられました。事前に連絡もなくここではないからと車で移動させられました。 ホテルの部屋は普通で、スタッフも対応は良かったのですが、部屋に冷蔵庫がなく不便でした。また部屋に蚊やゴキブリが出て大変不快でした。 朝食も別のホテルに移動させられ、席もなく、正直あまり美味しくなかったです。朝食に水も出ません。 再訪はしないと思います。
- ?? (4/5): - ホテル自体は新しいけど、イスは座っただけで壊れる。清掃が悪い。風呂も掃除した形跡なし 毎日コップが整えてあっても、綺麗に洗っていない。 机も拭いた跡がない。 受付も平気でソファーに寝て電話してる。 朝食はカフェまで移動して食べるが、水のみ 部屋のベランダから海が海が少し見えるだけでした。
