- Sandra (10/5): Great hotel in an amazing location - Great hotel in a very convenient location near to lots of shops and restaurants. Room was very spacious and clean. Bed super comfortable and room had air conditioning. Truly appreciate getting a new bottle of water every day as well. There is no physical check in but all communication with the staff was incredible and they were very accessible to help with any need. We coordinated transportation to the airport with them which was the best decision. Will stay here again.

- Tien (10/5): - Cute place. Plenty of space. Demitirs, the hotel manager was amazing. Very helpful and gracious. Had a bottle of wine, juice and water available. Booked our taxi to cruise port. Only thing that could be better is the shower. Kept leaking water out of the shower stall so needed a lot of towels as I hate walking on wet bathroom floor.
- Lucia (8/5): - The property was very nice. The room was very small, I should have paid attention to the dimensions.I felt very crowded and very little walking space. We arrived with 3 large suitcases and 2 small, to find out we were on the 5th floor but the elevator only went to the 4th floor.We had to walk up the stairs with everything and then down when we left.
- Nicole (6/5): - The property was nice, clean and modern. The manager Dimitri was exceptional, quick to respond, very helpful setting up taxi transfers and providing extra pillows. My issue was the particular room we got had no natural light, with 1 window looking into a very dismal looking air shaft. The room also did not have the small sitting area that I saw in some of the photos.
- Linda (10/5): - The staff were super warm and friendly. They had engaged me way before I arrived. I passed them my luggage way before check in and went about my activities. The bags were in my room when I returned at night. The day before my checkout, the staff contacted me to check on my next bound and offered me services to book a cab for the day of check out.
- Beth (10/5): - Very convenient location. Clean, spacious room. Cleaned everyday with fresh towels. Air conditioning but not as cold as US hotels. Free bottles of water. All the codes are sent to you so you can enter the hotel and your room.

We called to see if we could have a late checkout and the manager Tsiotras Dimitris granted us our request. I highly recommend the Athens City Suites should you be visiting Athens.

- junho (8/5): - When I booked, I thought it’s regular hotel after recieving messages from property, I realized it’s different type. Room type is typical hotel room but there’s no reception and you have to use code to get into the building and your room. It’s remotely managed without staff presence and no dining area. But I liked it because room is clean and spacious. Also very conveniently located at the center of downtown area of Athens with lots of shopping and dining options. Also a lot of tourist attractions nearby.

- Kimberly (10/5): Perfect Room and Location! - Dimitris made check in so easy with fast and thorough communication. The Hotel has a great location. Easy to get to from the metro station and walkable to the major sites. It was a lovely room in a great neighborhood. We enjoyed touring, shopping, and eating around the location.
- Antonios (4/5): - The hotel was clean. There was no front desk and only communicated through watchapp. The ac was not working correctly. They offered to come and “clean it”. Also, there was a nightclub sound until midnight and beyond.
- Vallery (10/5): - We just spent 3 days at Athens City Suites and honestly, it was perfect. It was me, my husband and our 7-year-old daughter, and from the moment we arrived, we felt so comfortable. The room was spotless, really well looked after, and had everything we needed. Plus, the location couldn’t be better, we could walk to so many of Athens’ main sights without any hassle. I have to give a huge shout-out to Dimitris, the manager. He was amazing, super friendly, and full of great tips on what to see. He even helped organise our airport pick-up and drop-off. It made our whole trip feel so easy and stress-free. If we ever come back to Athens, this is where we’ll be staying, no question.
- Anas (4/5): - I liked the location which was convenient, staff manager was helpful ,but the ac was horrible ,the other half of the room was blocked off by a wall so we all had to sleep on 1 bed to feel the barely working ac,also woke up chocking and clogged chest from the bad air wuiality of the ac air blowing , wasn’t getting cool enough . And the bathroom shower was clogged so everyone we took a shower the water would spill out everywhere,

Dimitris was readily available to assist us with both minor inconveniences (e.g. make minor adjustments to our AC unit) and bigger issues (e.g. organizing our shuttles to and from airport) making our stay as hassle free as possible. I highly recommend staying here.

- Johan (10/5): Fantastisk upplevelse i ett perfekt läge i Aten. - Fantastiskt boende i ett perfekt läge nära till allt, extremt trevlig incheckning av Tsiotras som hjälpte oss och sen bokade en taxi till flygplatsen som var billigare än när vi bokade själva, taxibolaget han samarbetade med var mkt trevligt rent och också en mycket trevlig förare. Vi är oerhört nöjda, hotellet får 10/10 och vi kommer tillbaka.
