- Scott (6/5): - terrible water pressure - very dissapointed. could not even take a decent shower.
- Skylar (4/5): - When we went to go to bed for the night, we noticed the sheets had a really bad body odor smell. Not sure if they weren't washed or had lots of sweat that didn't come out in the wash. Tried to find someone and even call the hotel itself but couldn't find anyone, just had a sign up that basically said they will be back and no one answered the phone. Tried going down to the front desk multiple times through out the night but no luck. Ended up sleeping on top of the blanket and comforter because even with the sheets removed the mattress also smelled. Also the water in the shower was really unstable and weak, it took a long time to get soap out of our hair and it would get cold because there wasn't enough water coming out to keep you warm while showering. As for any of the positives, I would say the room size being large and a kitchen area which would be nice for longer stays.

- Susan (8/5): - This is a very nice new property and also affordable. This is an extended stay property with kitchenette, but no dishes or even a coffee maker! Nothing in the cupboards. The lobby coffee maker had no cups, so by 9:00 a.m. no one could get coffee in the lobby either.

- Shawn (6/5): - This facility is not set up to support handicapped guests. There are no push button door openers on any entrance or exit. There are no support rails to get into or out of a relatively high sided bath tub. The towel rack is flimsy and doesn't feel well attached to the wall. Corners on cupboards are sharp pointed not rounded. To secure the door at night there is a flip latch that is up high and there is no deadbolt mechanism.

- Erin (10/5): - Very simple check-in/check-out process that did not require any human interaction. Vending machines are located on-site, the 1st floor, a snack, a drink (out of service during my stay), and an ice machine. The room was quiet, very clean, and efficient for my needs. This was a no frills stay. Great for minimalist and introverts. I’ll return for all of my solo stays in Seattle. Thumbs up!

- Emily (8/5): - Everything was new which was nice! Although the first room we got didn’t get hot water and I had to be up early and just wanted to shower and go to bed. The person on staff was nice but seemed overwhelmed and I think he forgot about the issue so when we went back to ask about it again he had closed the front desk but thankfully he was still there and answered when we rang the bell and he got us into a new room which had hot water. The dishes in the new room were dirty so we had to wait to run the dishwasher until we could eat our leftovers, I just suggest that the staff run the dishwasher before new arrivals. It was a good stay over all though!

I would consider using this location again. I got a good price and I was satisfied with my purchase. This is a simple room but it had an entire refrigerator, a microwave, good size TV and a comfortable bed. It had everything I needed.

- Vu (10/5): - It is a new hotel, just open 3 weeks. Everything looks new, clean and quiet. Staffs are nice and helpful. In room, there are two exhaust fans. It helps when you cook something. Window can be open a little bit that can let fresh air from. Watch out the shelf in kitchen for your head, it is a sharp corner can be easy to hit your head. There is no sliding door at entrance. It makes a little bit inconvenient. No area in front of entrance for loading or unloading for vehicles like other hotels.
- Baris (10/5): - I recently stayed at this brand new hotel (open for only about three weeks when I visited) and found it by chance — what a great find! The location is perfect, within walking distance to The Landing shopping area, Topgolf, Target, and several restaurants. The rooms are clean, modern, and comfortable. The gym is small but convenient and well-kept. Housekeeping is bi-weekly, which didn’t bother me, but good to know in advance. Overall, a great stay and excellent value for the area. Highly recommend!

- Vicki (8/5): Basics provided - would stay again at this price - I think this place is pretty new so everything is in great condition. It's very basic, which is reflected in the low price. Units have microwaves, refrigerators and dishwashers but no coffee pot. There is a coffee/latte maker in the small lobby that is open early so that's helpful unless you have a number of people waiting to use it. No breakfast provided, and I'm not sure if there are restaurants in the area that are open then. Bathroom contained a shampoo and bar of soap, but no conditioner or lotion. But the price was great and I had no problems figuring out the self check-in. Wasn't sure how to check out, however. No key drop that I could find and no one covering the front desk.
- Goran (8/5): - New, very new and therefore very clean. One bad thing is the synthetic bed sheets vs cotton ... cotton does not generate static electricity so that's something that personally is a big problem. Cotton maybe a little more expensive but it's much better in my opinion!
- Chabellys (10/5): - After bouncing around Seattle looking for an affordable and descent place finally found this hotel. Extremely clean as it just opened. Convenient location, walking distance to restaurants, groceries and shopping center. Plenty of parking space. Excellent customer service and spacious rooms with comfortable beds. It is new and there are little things that were immediately taken care of by maintenance. Would recommend 100%

- Cindy (8/5): - The property location is good with easy access to the freeway, shops and restaurants. The hotel has been operating for two weeks, so there will be some growing pains. Upon arrival there were two police vehicles speaking with a female in the parking lot. I don’t know what that was about. The doors to the property is not automatic so you have to open it yourself. There’s no handicap button to activate the doors, so getting into the property with your luggage may be cumbersome. The room was spacious and clean and comfortable. Overall a nice overnight stay.
- Thomas (6/5): - Did not use them, but the biggest problem was that the room for two people had only one bar of soap, two towels and no hair dryer. I chose not to wash my hair that morning for that reason. This hotel has only been open for two week and i still getting our the kinks.
- CAS-Amos (8/5): - Great place, the desk could have been a bit more attentive, but provided good service overall. There was still a bit of construction at the Hotel as they are finishing everything so there was a bit of noise etc. Overall, very nice place and close to many restaurants.

- Jonathan (8/5): - Expedia stated check in was at 11am. We tried to check in but couldn’t, they informed us that check in wasn’t until 3. Staff was awesome though and made it happen. Had a room cleaned early so it didn’t throw off our schedule for the day in Seattle! Place is brand new so not all the amenities were totally finished but that was fine by us, just needed a clean room for a night. Only complaint - the Top Golf facility next door blasts blinding light late into the night right onto the side of the hotel. Even with blinds drawn we couldn’t get the room totally dark. It was like the sun never set.

- Jessica (10/5): - Brand new hotel! Staff are lovely and beds are comfy! Rooms are very spacious and have almost everything you need. Laundry facilities come in handy with washers and dryers available for use. We did have issues with all our room cards not working but staff were amazing and fixed the issue - being a new hotel that’s only just opened there’s bound to be some teething issues.
