• Cindy (8/5): - Our family stayed for one night for my daughter's birthday. Front desk staff was courteous and checked us in without any issues. Our room was nice and clean, with a nice sitting area perfect for lounging, reading or working. Parking is free, which is always a plus. I love that Hyatt partners with the Headspace app to share travel tips; those episodes are part of their TV guide and are helpful to all travellers. The hotel also has a shallow pool that meets accessibility standards. My only issue was the person at the bar downstairs who seemed a little scattered and who I had to flag down more than once just to get my order taken and bring me my bill. But all in all, it was a pleasant experience.
• Elena (6/5): - This hotel is ok. Nothing spectacular and the staff are nice enough but don’t really go above and beyond. We had a giant bug in our room upon arrival and I’m not sure they sent someone up after we told the front desk and left for a few hours. The a/c vent was incredibly loud and made squealing noises all night so it was hard to sleep. I’d say it was average at best but I suppose that is reflected in the price. When you turn the TV on it advertises a free breakfast buffet but they told us it would be an additional charge, so that’s something to keep in mind as well. I probably wouldn’t choose this hotel again because I’ve stayed in better for the same price point.

For some reason, i got woken up by not one but two calls at 2:30 am from the hotel.. why? I dont know because im not answering in the middle of the night. Then i was abruptly woken up at 7am with someone banging on my door and literally opening the door (luckily theres the extra lock that doesnt allow the door to open completely) i ran to the door and absolutely no one was there. I called the reception and complained about this incident, they told me they dont know who wouldve done that as they dont have the employees cleaning at the time. ALSO to top it all off, i had the card on my door for no one to bug. Thennnn.. around 8:30 am a cleaning lady came, DIDNT knock and literally opened the door to my room ( also had that safety lock on again) i spoke to her and pointed to the card that was STILL there on the door and she didnt say anything.. and actually had the audacity to ask me what time ill be leaving to check out.. check out is 12pm here.. it was 8:30am. This was an absolute horrible stay, i will NEVER be staying here again.

Next morning shuttle dropped us by AC US departures when we specifically said international/Caribbean… this hotel needs management… and serious training… people seem lost…oh and cocktail list at the bar very limited. Housekeeping Housekeeping was fair. Most of the staff were young. They will replace your towels and make your bed daily but the cleaning throughout the stay was subpar. Nonetheless they were extremely pleasant. Room We had a 1 King Bed with sofa bed, high floor room. It was spacious. Nice view of the sunrise every morning and in the far distance you could see the CN Tower. Carried the basics, iron board, iron, blow dryer, telephone, tv, safe and extra pillow and comforter. Bathroom was nice as well. Clean modern features. Staff All staff members were interactive and friendly. The only issue I noticed at front desk was while one agent was busy assisting 1 guest and 2 other guests were waiting, the other two agents were standing behind chatting, seemingly ignoring the operating. If there were off their shifts, they should not be at the desk.

The location is very convenient, just 10 minutes to the airport. Should be only 20 mt to downtown and 75 mt to Niagara Falls if not for atrocious 24x7 Toronto traffic.

I had many options, but I chose Hyatt Place Mississauga because the facilities seemed modern and clean compared to a Best Western, Courtyard, or Comfort Inn. It was definitely the best choice. My experience, from the well-lit parking lot, the spacious and tidy lobby, the complete breakfast, and most importantly, the clean rooms. met all my expectations.

Det beste var at det var plass til 2 kofferter på benken, i tillegg til en dedikert koffertstativ. Generelt er det irriterende at fleste hoteller har bare 1 koffertstativ på et dobbeltrom. Ikke så langt fra hotellet finnes det mange restauranter.

When you switch from house to place , you lose the microwave which is false advertising because it shows both have microwave, but for place you have to use the staff one which at one point I stood there for 30mins waiting for someone to help me to microwave. That’s a joke. Why not just put it in a common area. For a stay so expensive, to lose a microwave in the room just because you’re in “place” is a rip off. The stove, sure.. but a MICROWAVE? Then to have it NOT in a common area? Under lock and key, in an area that isn’t isn’t properly maintained and dirty? Sad.

• Louise (2/5): Not a 3 star! - There was no airport shuttle as indicated on their website.A taxi was provided but only after multiple calls and I was told to make the call myself. Resulted in a 45 min wait before checking in. The room was not like indicated in the picture. The bed skirts were old and too long. I tripped on one in the night. The floors did not appear clean and the window blinds had holes in them. The worst problem was that I felt the sheets had not been changed. They had a very strong odour of muscle lineament. I tried both beds and it was the same strong smell. The corridor was noisy and I got very little sleep. Would not return to this hotel.

• Mathieu (6/5): - Service client difficile. Nous avions réservé une chambre avec 2 lits queen et un sofa-lit et l’autre chambre avec 2 lit queen. Nous avons obtenu la deuxième chambre avec un lit King et un sofa-lit. Sofa-lit indigne d’un hôtel, mes 2 filles ressentaient tous les ressorts comme s’il n’y avait pas de matelas.Ensuite, nous avons demandé 3 fois pour obtenir une couette de lit manquante et nous ne l’avons pas reçu. La deuxième nuit nous avons réussi à l’obtenir en allant demander au comptoir de service. Déjeuner du deuxième matin difficile. Pas de place pour s’asseoir, pas d’ustensiles et pas d’assiette. Il a fallu attendre 15 minutes pour obtenir assiettes et ustensiles. Nous avons mangé à l’extérieur au soleil à 28 degrés. La propreté de l’hôtel est bonne et le stationnement facile et gratuit.
• Michael (6/5): - The stay was okay and safe for family. However, I find it annoying that they only scheduled our room to be cleaned once in 3 days not everyday. Hence, we have to clean our room ourselves and take out our garbage some days. If I wanted to clean, I would have gone for Airbnb not hotel. At a point, they didn't refill our toilet paper and we have to buy personal toilet paper to use some days.
• Juan Pablo (8/5): - Overall, we thought it was good. What we really didn’t like was that we stayed two nights, and the first night they didn’t make the beds. They only changed the towels, but left the beds unmade. We didn’t like that at all.

• Albert (6/5): Needs work - New hotel. Needs work to be on par with the others in the area. Phone service was not working and was not able to reach hotel to get picked up at the airport on arrival even though hotel says shuttle service. Shuttle from to and from Airport was just an uber. Breakfast was not in included like the other Hyatts down the street. Wanted to cancel my stay and rebook with another hotel but was told I had to go through hotels.com and would get charged the full stay.

• Weiwei (8/5): Description of the room doesn’t match - Booked a room for 5 people. Description stated that there would be 2 queen beds and 1 sofa bed. When we arrived, the sofa bed was nowhere to be found so I went to the lobby to ask about it. The lady working there said that Hotels.com sometimes has wrong descriptions of rooms and that they’ve been trying to fix it. They still provided me with the room that was promised but I just got lucky that there was another room available. If not, someone would’ve had to sleep on the floor… I just think they need to fix that issue as soon as possible so that no other problems happen in the future.

• Ali (8/5): - The overall stay was nice but it didnt have breakfast included. The trashcans right outside the door were overflowing most of the day and were not changed it made me wary of staying there again. I probably wouldn’t stay there again.

• Verified traveler (4/5): Not what I booked - I paid extra and I booked a room with 3 beds for 5 people (listing said 2 queens and a pullout couch) and only got 2 beds. Other than that hotel was nice.
