Guest Reviews
- 294evgeniib (2/5): Keep an eye on your belongings - I will never stay at any hotel of this chain again due to their poor attitude toward guests’ belongings and their terrible customer support.
I left behind an expensive piece of clothing at the hotel — when I got home (a 2-hour train ride away), I went through all my luggage and couldn’t find it. I am 100% sure I forgot it at the hotel. The support team told me over the phone that nothing was found in the room. My written request asking them to look for the item received no response at all. I have no idea how it could have disappeared, but the fact remains: I can no longer trust that my belongings won’t go missing during cleaning, for example.
Therefore, unfortunately, I will have to stop using this hotel chain to ensure the safety of my personal belongings.
- devonl882 (8/5): Perfect for a weekend getaway - Absolutely perfect for a weekend or overnight stay in london. Great price and well located. Only niggle is that breakfast seemed a little short staffed, slow topping up supplies
- R1058UNannae (8/5): Cousy, stylish and wonderful experience - Very good location in pleasant, silent district, very close to underground stations West Bromton (5min) or Earls Court (12min), bus is near. A lot of shops or restaurants nearby. Pleasant, warm and nice atmosphere inside hotel and moder interior. Nice and welcoming staff, taking care of everything.
English breakfast, very tasty and good, made me feel full for most of the day while roaming around London. You can have free drinks for the rest of the day, cofee, teas, hot chocolate and bring them upstairs to your room.
Room was small yet enough space for solo traveler, very well organized with a nice design, space for suitcases, small table and control panel next to my pillow to change lights or ventilation, or temperature. It seemed cool to have bottle opener mounted to the wall at entrance.
My stay was pleasant and made me feel welcomed and safe. I would definately reccomend this hotel and would visit it myself again.
- WendyBateman (10/5): Extremely clean, friendly staff and very convenient for the O2 arena - The lovely lady who helped us check in was extremely friendly and helpful and the rooms and whole hotel very clean. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh and was constantly being replenished.
We saw Radiohead at the O2 arena and this hotel is perfect and convenient. The queue for the tube was miles long for going back into London which made our trip back to our hotel so easy. We just jumped in the number 161 bus and were home in just 25 mins from when we got out of the stadium. A perfect place to stay for the venue .
- F6029NYsamuelw (10/5): Weekend stay - Rooms were tidy and very spacious. The hotel is in a great location and very easy to get to. The staff were lovely in particular Sharon who was very helpful. The price was great value and I would definitely come back if I was going to magazine again in London.
- lindaq_11 (10/5): A very pleasant short stay - This hotel was booked for us, due to an urgent medical appointment required in London, so we were not able to make the choice of where to stay ourselves. We were very happy with the room, the bed was very comfortable and large, and there was plenty of hot water for the shower. The staff were friendly and seemed genuinely pleased to see their guests. We asked for a second set of towels, and they were delivered within minutes. The breakfast choice was impressive for £8, although, a sign saying that other types of cooked eggs were available would have been helpful. We weren’t told about this until half way though our breakfast. We’d have no hesitation in staying here again, as the hotel was very good and the location is excellent. However, the lack of decent sized windows was a bit off putting, but this is just a minor point.
- 242patn (10/5): 1 night stay - Easily accessible from West Brompton tube and 2 minute walk to Earls court. Very inviting from the roadside and great atmoshere on entering. Friendly, welcoming staff and checkin was swift and easy. We were given room 2 which was lovely and clean and the bed was very comfortable. We had a basic room, but our sister paid an extra £10 for a standard room, which are bigger. We paid £8 each for breakfast in the morning which was really tasty.
Would definately go back again.
- 960osahono (10/5): Grate view - One of the best and clean hotel in Woolwich arsenal the rooms are clean services 100 percent on point, when you visit ask of (Sharon) she was nice and welcoming if you ever find yourself at the hotel ask of her. Also the view that over looks the Woolwich dockyard is wonderful, wheelchair access is available among other things. And before I forget they are currently doing some children charity work so please do not forget to donate please guys.
- m0c84 (10/5): Great hotel and location - Fantastic location for the tube into Central London and for matches at Stamford Bridge. Friendly staff, beautifully clean, comfy beds. Options to check in early and leave backs for a while after check out so you can maximise your stay. Will definitely be back
- 692phillipj (10/5): Exactly what we needed - The hub was exactly what we needed, for location and access. Be aware there are no tea/coffee making facilities in the room but the reception area is open 24hrs
- M6004IMsarahd (10/5): Comfortable modern hotel - We had a very warm welcome on check in. Our room, a bigger double room, was very clean & comfortable. Touchscreen controls for lighting & temperature are a bonus for your comfort. There is a coffee machine & other hot drinks available 24/7 in the lounge/restaurant area. Breakfast is cheap, basic but adequate and there are numerous coffee shops/cafes within walking distance. The location is excellent if you want to visit St James's Park, Buckingham Palace, The Mall, Horseguards Parade, Downing Street, The Cenotaph etc, all within walking distance.
- Navigate08693085101 (10/5): Fabulous night out in the city - Staff was extremely helpful and Lorenzo was going out of his way to accommodate requests and queries.
The room and stay was great and had fun at the bar
- JacqBillV (10/5): A budget hotel that delivers on cost, space and courtesy. - Although tucked in a side street away from a main road and surrounded by building construction, the hotel is surprisingly big inside. There is limited room to move around in the guest lounge, and as I have mobility issues this was a bit of a challenge, however the place is spotless, warm, comfortable and the bedroom was surprisingly big! Space to walk around the sides of the bed without the need to crawl across it. So comfortable too. The bathroom was again spotless and the shower awesome with the choice of 2 different shower heads. For a budget hotel, it certainly delivered and we will stay there again.
- W370AJgiorgior (10/5): CHECK IT OUT!! - Lovely stay!Excellent location!Lovely staff.
Breakfast cheap and light, free coffeee 24/7.and Smart room amenities!
- 732nidhik (10/5): Honest experience - Friendly staff, great location!! Rooms are cleaned as well, depending on the season the room rate it’s not that much as well.
- ifeanyio793 (2/5): A very cold experience - One of the worst experiences staying in a hotel, checked in on a very cold night and the room heater wasn’t working, I couldn’t sleep because the room was cold and had to trigger my partners asthma, reported, wrote an email complained about it and nothing was done. Not a good experience at all
- DickiD (10/5): Handy, comfortable hotel - Nice modern hotel, great position just two minutes from Woolwich tube station and 4 mins from Woolwich Arsenal DLR station. Ideal for walking along the Thames path or exploring the Woolwich Arsenal complex. Slightly further out of the Centre but most places accessible in around 20 mins by tube.
- A1256QHdebbiel (10/5): Lovely hotel stay - Extremely helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble. Great service, clean rooms and good facilities. I would recommend a stay at this hotel 🙂
- loishT5804CG (4/5): Bad air con - Room was way too hot when asked for heating to be turned down on 2nd night worker said she would do this but laughed at me, at 2.30am husband went down again and worked did turn it down but took ages to cool down enough to sleep ruined the experience. If advertising aircon make it good enough to be effective.
Location was good and room was clean.
- SarahNoall (10/5): Exceptional Service and a Truly Welcoming Stay” - We had a fantastic stay. All the staff were so friendly and welcoming, and the service throughout was excellent. Fanica really stood out — she went the extra mile to make sure we enjoyed our stay. She was kind, helpful, and genuinely cared that we had a good experience.
We hadn’t booked breakfast originally, but thanks to her encouragement we decided to try it — and ended up having it every day! It was delicious, relaxing, and a lovely start to each morning.
The ground-floor lounge was a great space for breakfast and tea, and both of our rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. We’ve stayed at several Premier Inns, but the customer service here was easily the best. Highly recommended!
- Scottish_gasgirl (8/5): Good value - but pack a kettle - I hadn’t come across Premier Inn's Hub concept before, but it was in a great location and a good price for a planned trip to London. Close to Earl's Court underground station so straightforward travel to and from Heathrow. There are two room styles and I chose the larger option, which was more spacious than I expected - plenty roomy enough for one or two people. The soundproofing was brilliant - the room overlooked a busy road, and you couldn’t hear a thing, nor did it seem to be affected by the corridor noise you experience in many hotels. The website advertises free tea and coffee 24/7 but I hadn’t realised this is provided by machines in the bar/foyer area - there's no kettle in the rooms. So if like me, you like to have tea in the morning before getting up, take a travel kettle. This was big black mark for me. I was keen to see one of the smaller rooms to see just how small they were but the staff refused to let me have a peek in an empty room, which was also a bit annoying. But good value, a good location - would definitely stay again. With my travel kettle…
- christophersN2246RP (4/5): Disappointing. Lackluster cleaning. Tech issues, moldy breakfast. Good location and convenient - Decent for a 1/2 night stay but no more.
Pros:
- Location
- Cost
- Bed was nice
- very quiet inside. One morning there was jackhammer noise outside but that was the street dept so what can you do.
- Air con works (although constantly gurgled)
- shower was decent (although it was impossible to not get water all over the floor due to the partial glass partition in the shower and since they give you basically one tiny towel for the floor it made it hard to handle.
Cons:
- I paid for early check in. I had to wait in the lobby for at least half an hour as the rooms weren’t ready.
- my keycard quit working five times in eight days
- you have to request your room to be cleaned and towels changed, which is fine. Of the five days I asked for it to be cleaned it was only done three out of the five days with no explanation as to why it wasn’t done the other days.
- one day the cleaning team just took the toilet paper from my room but didn’t replace it. I didn’t realize it until a very inconvenient moment.
- I only went down for breakfast one day. Immediately I find the bread for the toast I went to make was moldy. That kinda killed my appetite.
Incidentally the lobby furniture looks like it’s been chewed up by a dog. The fabric is ripped on the chairs and they are in generally in poor repair. For the first thing you see when you walk in this is a big failure in first impressions.
I was really disappointed because I actually picked the place due to the reviews being decent and the location being so central. But I now see that this is a 1-2 night stay hotel MAX and it is not thr place to stay for any longer.
- Janjugs (8/5): Good stay - but get GB News on the TV!!! - Fast check in , if a bit impersonal, I had a room on the -1 floor so no window but I guess that is the luck of draw. Room was very clean, carpet could have been a bit nicer but overall everything worked, lighting was good, heating and AC control and the shower was great. Not cheap at £173 for one night but it was a convenient location. Free tea and coffee a bonus, good charging points in the room. The only thing lacking was GB NEWS on the TV choice - come on Premier, get it together!
- goofyg699 (8/5): Excellent base - The Premier Inn Royal Arsenal was a convenient and well-connected base for our stay. Its location was excellent, with great transport links including the Underground, the Elizabeth Line, and even an Uber Boat station nearby. The high street was within easy reach and offered a variety of shops.
However, the breakfast didn’t quite meet the standard I’ve experienced at other Premier Inns. On the first day, the eggs had some chewy bits, the bananas were overripe, there was no hot chocolate available, and the coffee was only lukewarm.
- Stay46456518278 (10/5): Amazing stay! - The hotel was amazing. The room was clean and tidy, and the bed really soft. The staff members were so nice, especially the ones with the late/night shifts. The location of the hotel was really good because it's right next to an underground station and 20mins away by foot from Stamford bridge.
- macdonald75 (10/5): Good hotel for a city visit - Stayed a few nights with my daughter. This hotel was clean, comfortable and in a great location. Staff were very friendly.
- anitaandphilipm (10/5): Great hotel in central London - Great location right by St James’s underground. Welcoming staff and comfortable rooms. Nothing fancy but did the job when busy out all day. Beds were comfortable and the shower was hot.
- Carlos (10/5): - Room was great for central location to some must see areas. Got back late night and area was quiet and safe. Walking distance to underground and bus stops. Would stay again.
- Jennifer (10/5): - The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The lady that took care of the breakfast food was always cheerful and helpful. The lady who checked us in found a room with a window when I mentioned that I was claustrophobic. I asked for ice on the evenings, to ice my sore foot, and the young man at the desk was very understanding and helpful. Overall, a wonderful stay. The location was perfect. Thank you.
- Y4556FDamyk (10/5): Very nice staff, comfortable bed, nice breakfast - It was a great stay! The English breakfast buffet is available in the morning for only £8, which is a great price in London. Tarek, the staff member who helped me with check-in and my enquiries, was very helpful and nice. Bray is another outstanding staff member who was really supportive and genuinely pleasant to talk to :)
- G8406WSkarinr (10/5): Gem in Westminster - This is my go to hotel in London. Friendly staff, great location, next to St James's Park tube station, quiet at night. Absolute gem and great value.
- Roberto (10/5): - Excellent location.
- Carlos Eduardo (10/5): - Everything was good! Perfect location, breakfest ok, except the room's size.
- Audis (8/5): - Great location with metro station across the street, restaurants and entertainment also within walking distance, great customer service by staff
- Gary (6/5): - Hotel is in a great location but the rooms are very small and difficult for two people and luggage to utilize. We had a king bed with 1 pillow and just had bed linens left on the bed for us to put on. We had 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel in the room with no wash cloth or bath mat. Ordered food one night and it was just reheated bad pasta for $15. We also had the room directly above the front entrance (1st floor) which had automatic doors that you could hear and feel every time they opened. Additionally they play music in the entry area and you could hear it constantly. No ice machine on property as well. We would recommend the area for sure but probably not this hotel.
- Richard (8/5): - Breakfast was fine, but should be included. Free coffee all day was good. Rooms are very tiny, but very efficient. Lounge area is nice.Large persons should find a different hotel. Very close to St. James Underground station, which is great.
- Sandi112 (10/5): Comfortable - great value - Excellent location - just a block or away from Westminster Cathedral, Big Ben, Parliament Square and the Thames. Not well sign posted so nearly walked right by. Entrance has a flight of steps so not great to pull up a heavy suitcase. I arrived on a Sunday afternoon around 1pm and they were busy with a fire drill. A very courteous receptionist helped with suitcase up the stairs and as I was ahead of the 3pm check in time, happy to store my luggage while I went out exploring. Check in later that afternoon was easy as I was checked in by receptionist- I did not make use of the electronic process as the first machine I approached was marked out of order so was vey pleased to be assisted with a manual process. Access to rooms are via electronic doors that do need your key card to open - so from a security point of view very reassuring. I had no expectation in regard to room as being a budget a hotel. But room was clean and able to accommodate my luggage comfortably. I had booked a larger room- bed was comfortable and bathroom spotless. There is soap/shampoo provided but no conditioner. Also no body lotion. I had a window albeit it that view was of the office building opposite to the hotel. Wi-Fi is stable and so connectivity was excellent as well as the TV offering. You can pair your device with the TV if having a larger screen appeals to you. Shower is good and hot water available. You can adjust the Airconditioner and that worked well. Slept well- no noise and room is dark after switching off lights. A continental breakfast is on offer which costs around £6. I did not select this option as my preferred breakfast is a hot meal with protein not carbs. But other guests seemed to be happy with this. Coffee and tea is available in the lounge free of charge all day. Soft drinks and a range of alcoholic beverages are available at a reasonable cost which you order in the lounge. There are also a small selection of meals one can order for lunch or dinner. I like my room cleaned every day and asked that this be done. After a day out arrived back to find room had been cleaned and bed made up. Very pleased with that. I ordered one of the meals on offer and it was good. Check out the following day was easy as I had paid upfront in advance of my stay. Given its location, friendly staff and comfortable room, this no frills hotel is a gem. The only negative is that some of the furniture in the lounge should be replaced and perhaps the option of a hot breakfast be on offer. The hotel is like 100 metres from St James Park underground station - very convenient but be prepared to pull up a suitcase up a few flight of stairs.
- Edwin (6/5): - During check-in, we were not informed that housekeeping services required an advance request. After being away for the entire day, we returned to find that the trash had not been collected and the towels had not been replaced. Additionally, the room was noticeably small. While the stay was acceptable overall, clearer communication and improved housekeeping arrangements would make the experience more comfortable.
- Daniela (8/5): - Perfect location for sightseeing. Friendly staff, clean, near restaurants
- elligta (10/5): Great stay, again - Our second stay at this location. A really good stay. Very comfy bed and the rooms are super clean. The breakfast is a great value, it can be busy and they may run out if things. You just have to time it right.
The lobby is cozy and we loved to sit and get a coffee and talk about the next day. Overall such a great location. Very clean. Good bed. Good breakfast. We’ll be back.
- J4808BSsimonb (4/5): OK if you like a sauna - Normally you can rely on a Premier Inn to give a good room at a reasonable price. However, this was not the case here.
Good lord it was like sleeping (or trying to) in a sauna. The room was incredibly hot and humid. The ventilation simply did not seem to work. Normally, I would have opened a window, but this had been locked shut and the handle removed (not sure at all why).
Definitely not the good night expected!
- Alycia (8/5): - Small space but clean.
- alessandropL3644LE (10/5): . - I had a fantastic stay at the Hub Hotel in West Brompton. The room was spotless, smartly designed, and made excellent use of space — perfect for a short city break. The bed was super comfortable, and I appreciated the high-tech touches like the mood lighting
The location is incredibly convenient, just a short walk from the tube and close to both central London and nearby attractions like Earl’s Court and Kensington. Staff were friendly, helpful, and always greeted me with a smile.
- oreganoItaly (10/5): Kind staff and comfortable rooms - I've stayed here many times the rooms are quiet and shower is good.Beds conformable and rooms well cleaned. The Bangladeshi duty manager is really kind as was Bray the barman.Book direct .
- Roger (4/5): - Breakfast was poor, and not sure if its cleanliness. Foods seemed old, stale and spoiled. Rooms were disgusting, bathroom awful. The hotel needs a serious upgrade. Should be delisted and not offered to customers. Way over priced to what is offered.
- Terence (10/5): - Small but very clean room, friendly and helpful staff
- Gwen (10/5): - Great location.
- heathersX42SC (4/5): Sadly a very disappointing stay - Was very dissapointed with this hotel, I usually love Premier Inn wherever we visit and therefore don't usually bother reading reviews before booking. On arrival there were 2 self check in machines that were out of order, the staff on reception didn't even bother to look up so I tried to check in on my PI app but eventually the receptionist did ask if we had a reservation but it felt like we were a inconvenience. Once at our room, the smell of stale cigarettes was horrendous. And unable to open the window at all as no handle (it had been removed). Tried popping out and leaving the air con on but that just meant we returned to a cold and smelly room. It was late so we climbed into bed, and one of the reasons I book PI is because the extras beds in family rooms are good with proper mattresses so it didn't dissapoint in this area. This is a noisy hotel though, lots of banging and residual noise from the floor above (again not something that is usually a problem with PI). At breakfast the staff were really friendly but sadly 3 staff to seat people, take payments, clear tables, top up food, cook food, clear plates, load the dishwasher, empty dishwasher etc etc safe to say there was a lot of waiting around for things but the poor staff were working very very hard. Food was nice though. Final thought, ignore the directions from the app, we were on foot from the station and it wanted to take us well beyond where the hotel was actually located.
Useful things to note, very close to the tube station and the uber boats into Central London, close to the Acosta Centre, and there is a Lidl over the road.
- WDbxl (8/5): Good value for LCY - Convenient to LCY, just two stops past on the DLR, it made a good alternative to the more expensive Excel arena area. Room the typical Premier Inn layout and design feels fresh still. Kind service. Some odour issues around must in our room, but this cleared out quickly when we turned on the aircon. Would consider again if needed the location.
- Shler (10/5): - Veldig bra 😊😊
- Parasco (10/5): - Fantastic central, the place is great if you want to tour the area, easy access to maim attractions in London
- JOSE (10/5): Excelente estancia.
- gracetC1999PE (10/5): Great experience - This hotel was clean and accommodating! They provided me with gluten free bread and were super friendly. It was a great experience. The rooms are small but have lots of storage. We were there for two nights and it was perfect for our needs.
- Pat (6/5): - Room was tiny. I felt I was in a camper van. Breakfast options expensive and few. Chaotic check in.
- N3369BZsharonv (2/5): A/C purginig noise all night - Not able to sleep well due to the constant noise of the air conditioning purging system. Even though I turned off the A/C a sharp noise will emerge every 20 min all night. Worst nightmare!
- Gail (6/5): - Didn't like the fact that the room had no window, dust bin was tiny and there wasn't any counter space.
- Jeff (10/5): - The Hub was fantastic. Everything was so clean and comfortable. We love the amenities in the lobby with tea and water. The staff was very helpful too. We arrived early and they kept our bags securely locked away while we started our fun in the city
- David (10/5): - Underground 1min walk. All tourist sites 5 to 10 min walk. Perfect central location.
- rubyabigael01 (10/5): Loved this Hotel - I love everything about this hotel. It is a stone throw-away from the train station. The staff were so accommodating and friendly. There is free coffee/tea all day. The rooms were clean and the toilet is immaculate. It is very secured as you need your key card to access every part of the hotel (which is a plus point for me, really). Thank you and we’ll be back for sure! :)
- arlenegraham12 (10/5): Highly recommended - Fantastic location and staff were so friendly and accommodating, we paid extra for breakfast and it was great too! Free tea and coffee throughout your stay too
- David (6/5): - Very small room, only had 1 towel and the pillows were not adequate for 2 people. Nowhere to even put a suitcase. Otherwise great location and clean.
- 777bent (4/5): No staff no solutions. - This place is a failed experiment in “how few staff can we get away with having for a hotel”.
There are two check in machines. One was broken so we had to queue for the other.
It spits out one key. There’s no machine to get duplicates and you need it both to operate the lift and lights in the room (other cards don’t work). So I leave my family sitting in the dark while I go back to the car for our luggage.
The tv remote control was out of battery, but we couldn’t find someone to replace it on our first try.
The shower leaks: it sprays water directly sideways past the shower curtain into the room. Noticed this in the morning, but there was no one to tell at check out and housekeeping obviously don’t check it so the next people will have the same issue.
There’s no bin in the lobby, is that to save on cleaners too? So leave smelly rubbish in your room, or just on the floor in the lobby like someone else did.
- deborahw229 (10/5): Fave us a hood lay in - We stayed for one night, as we had an appointment at a London Hospital and travelled from the coast. The hotel stay helped to break the journey & allowed a lay in before the early start we had from there
- Lynda (10/5): - Great one night stay very modern clean room.
Continental beakfast quite nice.
- Reynaldo F (10/5): - Helpful kind staff! They can improve their breakfast its the same everyday
- Alexandre (8/5): Muito bem localizado - Ótima localização, quarto bom
- eirinn191919 (10/5): hotel review - The room was a perfect size for us. It had the stuff we needed like a shower, good size bed, vanity and a chair (no mirror by the vanity but there is in the bathroom) , hair dryer, soap, clothing hanger and a place for charging. Even a bottle opener😆, And a space under the bed for suitcase etc…
There’s a little bar in the lobby with a nice seating area. Coffee is complimentary.
The staff was kind and helpful.
- Marisela (10/5): - Great location, safe place, and enough room space
- Verified traveler (6/5): - This is definitely a budget hotel. Don’t expect any form of luxury or actual perks of a hotel. Asked for house keeping (to make my bed) and you would have thought I was asking for their first born. Only one small trash can and a lumpy bed with paper thin pillows. Was overall just fine, but for the amount I paid I wish I had spent that money on an actual luxury experience.
- chloea1812 (10/5): Perfect stay for concert or over night! - Staff were so lovely, friendly and welcoming. They helped us check in as the screens were not working. They made sure to inform and explain all the information we may have needed during our stay.
The staff member who checked us in was also more than happy to see if he could place us into rooms close to each other. As we were staying for a concert it made it easier for us to get ready!
I would highly recommend staying here, we picked the smaller room and it was perfect for one person, but larger rooms are available.
Also this wasn’t and issue to us but others might want to know there was no window in the room but the Air-con works very well.
- Karla (10/5): - Great location! Small room but very clean and efficient
- Julia (8/5): - Awesome all around, would stay again. Only issues were the bed in our room had a massive dip in it, just time for a new mattress.
The staff were lovely, went above and beyond! Good coffee.
- 458mattm458 (10/5): Great welcome, lovely modern budget hotel - Very friendly staff
Warm genuine welcome
Compact modern and clean room with all you expect..
Great value buffet breakfast.
I'd book this again as a London over night business or pleasure
- 78timf (8/5): Great hotel - Nice hotel in a very good location for getting in and out of London, parking just down the road.
Easy access to train or tube.
- Q7937EBsimonw (10/5): Quality, ease, comfort, quiet, and value. - The price point is excellent. The entire hotel was clean and quiet. The service was top-notch: staff never made me feel like a burden and always helped me quickly and attentively.
I stayed here in August 2025 for approximately one week while visiting family. It was steps away from the underground/metro and light rail, and about 30-40 minutes by direct train from Heathrow. It's extremely easy to get downtown or to regional or national trains (as easy as the Tube can be).
While the immediately adjacent corner is under construction, there's lots of nice things in the surrounding area. There's also a ton of food and culture - this neighbourhood is like Brooklyn, New York or Scarborough in Toronto.
I'm so pleased that I've broken my rule and signed up for their app. I'll be staying here when I visit London from now on.
- stevfran (10/5): Recommend - Very basic room, but very clean. Bring your own flannel for washing your face. Extremely friendly staff. Great value for breakfast. Would stay again.
- Cesar (10/5): - Very close to all
- Scot (6/5): - Conveniently located, the hotel is ideal for exploring Westminster on foot. The staff is courteous, but the hotel needs to spend some money on new carpets in the rooms (very dirty) and heavily trafficked areas.
- Karin (10/5): Vacation - Staff was friendly and very helpful with any requests. Julia especially went out of her way.
Loved being able to make my own coffee at anytime.
- roberto (10/5): - perfect for my needs: clean, good design, very comfortable, great location, and relatively accsesible
- Deyuze (10/5): Promises Delivered. - Always a joy to come back. Hotel has been well maintained over the years. Delivers on whatever is promised. WiFi has both free and paid options. Breakfast options are good and there are alternatives close by.
Cool place to stay anytime.
- Luke (6/5): - Het was niet echt schoon, beetje viezig.
- Licia Qian Ping (10/5): - Breakfast. Clean and nearby all attractions
- H4834JLsarahr (8/5): Weekend Stay - Good location for access into London via Elizabeth Line. Booking & check in very easy. Comfy rooms. Hotel and bar staff were very friendly and very helpful. Would use this hotel again
- Beate Rogne (8/5): Vurdering - Veldig sentralt, hyggelig personale, gratis te og kaffe hele døgnet
- Sherpa65046375668 (10/5): Excellent - Very welcoming and friendly staff. Lovely clean rooms nd bathrooms. Food was of great quality, tasted very nice. Overall great experience, would definitely recommend.
- Andres (8/5): - El hotel esta en un super lugar, llegas al Big Ben en unos 5 minutos y tienes una estación del tren a 500 metros de la entrada.
- Dawna (10/5): - Fast easy check-in. Clean rooms. Great location for visiting and exploring London. Great lobby bar. Definitely one we would recommend to others.
- Jules (8/5): - Great location, clean room, quiet, breakfast included, friendly staff.
Areas for improvement: the electronic self check in system did not find my reservation by my last name; the A/C seemed to be blowing cold air even when I set the temp to the max of 24C. Not enough room for a table and chairs. Breakfast was nice with fruit, yoghurt, bread but items like eggs, meat, cheese were missing. The item that irked me the most was that after my delayed luggage was delivered to the hotel by BA, nobody bothered to leave a note for me to pick it up! I started looking for it some 24 hours after it was delivered in the hotel and still it took a while for the staff to find it.
- Sandy (10/5): - Très bien situé et calme . Le personnel vraiment charmant . Rien de négatif à dire à propos de cet hôtel. Le manque de fenêtre n’a pas été gênant du tout .
- 422ellyc (10/5): thank you for a good stay - Always happy to be back at Woolwich. Although the new woman in reception is mostly on her phone and had no clue about how to help me with the new wifi, or any other basic information... Daniel and Karina went above and beyond for us, always happy to see you again. Rooms are the same, clean and good for our family visit. Breakfast a joy ass always
- Tanner (10/5): - Great price and location
- Paul (6/5): - The place smacked of efficiency gone wild to the extent of cheap. The soap pump in the shower did not work, the adjustable shower head was next to impossible to adjust, the carpets were dirty or worn, the lighting when one was trying to sleep was a choice between a very bright dim and pitch black . There were no working 5v usb outlets. However the bed was good, the shower hot, and the computer desk adequate and the price ok
