RINKO (8/5): - 設備が新しく綺麗でした。また、布団が快適で寝心地が良かったことにも満足しています。ただ、貴重品を保管出来る場所がなかったので、鍵付きロッカーを利用できると良いなと感じました。
TOSHIAKI (10/5): スタッフの対応がとても良い - スタッフの対応がよかったです。ただ、部屋のエアコンが寒すぎてよく寝られなかったです。布団を被ると暑いし、剥ぐと寒いと言う感じ。朝、他の人がいなくなってから温度を少し上げたら快適でした。
Verified traveler (8/5): 改善点はあるが、全体的には良い - 駅から近く、オシャレな感じ。スーパーやコンビニにも近くて便利。洗面所やシャワールームも清潔で、シャワーベッドは3種類に変えられ、シャンプーなどもeco storeので身体に良い。キッチンもあり、無料の麦茶とおやつがある。スタッフもフレンドリー。ただ、布団に数本髪の毛が落ちていた。布団は自分で敷かないといけず、枕カバーは、カバーではなく、ただ布を枕に置くだけ。また、エレベーターがないので、大きい荷物はフロントで預かってもらえるが、必要なものを毎回取り出すのが面倒。しかも、フロントは21時まで。また、ドミトリー内に棚はあるが、鍵付きのロッカーがない。大抵カプセルホテルでも、個人の鍵付きロッカーはあるので、これは直して欲しい。軽井沢に日帰りで行くにも便利。
