- MELINDA (6/5): - Overall i loved the room. It was more of a small apartment with the kitchen in a separate room. There was quite a bit of noise, the walls are thin. The breakfast was mediocer, the eggs a lost cause. They did have spring rolls one morning which were absolutely delicious! The water was shut off to our part of the hotel for a hole day, and there was no warning. Soapy hands and just out of the shower were a big problem. If i had warning i would not even mention it.

- Suzanne (8/5): - The Marriott staffer who checked me in was adamant that I pay $25 for parking; however, I was parked in a small free lot next to the hotel. I later confirmed with the security guard that I would not be ticketed for parking there. Otherwise, the hotel is lovely. Just ask for a room away from I-5, as it's noisy. I gave the area a 2 because Northgate has really gone downhill and I am a single woman.
- CHERIE (10/5): - Perfect spot to stay if you're coming for a sporting event or concert, but beware they will charge you an extra $25 for a parking permit because the "parking lot is owned by the mall". This despite the fact that there is a large covered lot with rooftop parking directly across the street which were not needed because half the mall stores were closed as in unoccupied.
- Sally (10/5): - This hotel opened up a few months ago and is very nice. It’s a 5 minute walk to the Northgate train station which is super convenient!! It’s in a nice newer area where they are building up a mall/shopping area and is nearby to Stanford’s which is a good restaurant. It’s also a 5 minute walk to the Seattle Kraken Community Iceplex which is pretty cool! The hotel feels safe, beds are very comfy, bathrooms are nice, we had our own little kitchenette area with a table and chairs, and most importantly it was clean. We also had continental breakfast which was pretty yummy and convenient, and the price for our stay was decent, especially when you compare it to older hotels in downtown Seattle in not the safest areas. I’ve read reviews for other hotels where there were homeless people nearby who had some mental health issues and it made people uncomfortable, but that was not the case for this area or this hotel. If the hotel management reads this; please add more fruit options to the continental breakfast besides tiny baby apples :) and have an ice machine on every floor. Overall; hotel was very nice, new, clean, and we loved that there was a continental breakfast and it was so close to the train station. We will stay here again when we come back to Seattle!

Area was great for us as we have a family member in the Northgate neighborhood, so it was walking distance to them. Also super easy to get on and off the light rail from this location. - Joseph (10/5): Amazing Stay. - Our stay was amazing. The hotel staff were friendly and courteous and the rooms were spacious and well stocked. Great amenities in the room such as full fridge, stove top, microwave, dishwasher, etc.

- Chiaming (6/5): - This is a relatively new property. The room is clean and big and modern design. Location is convenient and a short walk to Light Rails station which is a big plus. However, in some rooms (and we got one of them) the noise from the Light Rails train passing is pretty loud (and less than 10 minutes interval) so if you need a quiet room, this may not be the right place for you.

- Deborah (8/5): Fair - Nice hotel with clean rooms and comfy beds. There were some maintenance issues in the room that needed to be fixed. (A/C was not working) but they fixed it in a timely manner. The breakfast was the issue as every morning they were out of many items. We went back at different times and they never put more out. How does a hotel not stock enough breakfast food? The plus was the rooms were quiet and it was near the rail system.
- Yiming (10/5): - We had a great time at this hotel. The room was spacious and clean, and the bedding was very comfortable—meeting Marriott’s usual standards. The location is also excellent, with easy access to the SkyTrain, making it simple to get to both the city centre and the airport.
- kwangjae (10/5): Decent Hotel in North Seattle !! - Very good location to move!! Well-maintained facilities and cleanliness. Hotel staff is very kind and trying to fix the problem in consideration of customers’s convenience and benefit.

- Judy (8/5): An overall good experience - The location of this hotel was perfect for us. It was close to our family that live in Pinehurst and the proximity to the light rail made it very easy to get downtown and to the airport. The room itself was spacious and seemed to be well-appointed. Comfortable bed and soft towels were provided. However, when we arrived, it looked like the bathroom floor was not cleaned (although this may be a reflection of the style of tiles used on the floor) Bar soap was not provided near the sink and we had to ask at the front desk for this. We also ran out of toilet paper and tissues because extras were not left in our room. The room was supposed to be tidied up every 2 days but this was not done on our second day. When we complained about this, our room was then serviced 2 days in a row. The breakfast provided consisted of several types of cereal, oatmeal, bagels, English muffins, and the hot selections were primarily scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, quiche muffins and a rotating variety of egg and cheese muffins or waffles. Waffles were very popular and the kitchen could not keep up with the demand. It would have been nice to have an occasional donut or pastry of some kind. Overall, we liked the hotel and the staff and will probably stay here again.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Breakfast is bogus - Morning food service was absolutely hysterically terrible on the weekend. They had two employees working for hundreds of guests, running out of food and coffee and spoons, dirty dishes overflowing.

SUPER wish places like this would invest in using their own facilities and using that insight to round off the rough edges. Pros: -great layout and large space; good for long-term stay -new -great beds -nice kitchenette Cons: -ice maker didn’t work -no in-room safe -lighting was harsh -windows directly onto freeway express exit and elevated light rail track Suggestions: -bring something for white noise -management needs to change lighting over kitchen/dining counters and lamp bulbs to be warmer and more diffuse. -window covers should include privacy screen from bottom up rather than top down.

- Liz (10/5): Great stay - We had a great stay at this hotel! It seemed like it was brand new. Some of the dishware in our kitchen still had labels on it. The staff was excellent, but what really put this place over the edge for me was the FREE EV charging station. You do have to download an app and create an account, but once you do it's completely free. There is also a Tesla charging station on top of the parking garage. My one complaint is I wish this were more walkable. There are restaurants and stores nearby, but there is lots of construction and not enough sidewalk or crosswalks to navigate around easily and safely. But there is a train station next to the hotel, so we used that to get around. All around, this was a great stay!

The rooms were clean, large, and fresh. We appreciate the upgrade we were able to obtain. The hotel was walking distance from the train, target, and other shops. Our 3 year old enjoyed the area, and we would definitely stay again.

The Team Manager in Training helped make recommendations for things to do near by and she even gave me a map. I do wish the walls were more insulated because you could hear the rail. But other than that, the rooms, restaurant, and service all exceeded my expectations.

- Ashley (8/5): - Overall it was a really good stay. The only downfall was our room was not ready when we arrived. This could have potentially been bad since we were on a limited amount of time to get ready and leave for a concert. I will say the young man who checked me in was really kind and apologetic and he gave us free parking for the inconvenience. I really appreciated that. He provided really good service and that helped make a bad situation better. The property was really nice and new. I really loved the bathroom and the kitchen and it had everything you would need to cook. The downfalls of the room were very limited ice and we did not see an ice machine or bucket. There should be an ice machine available seeing as we had no ice in our freezer. We did not have time to use the pool or eat breakfast, however I like that breakfast was free. I liked the convenient parking garage as one of my favorite amenities being right next to the hotel. You don't always find that in Seattle and it was really nice. We also used the light rail to go to a concert and I really appreciated the walkability and how safe the area felt. I felt that my vehicle was safe and I did not feel unsafe walking from the light rail. The room was great, the main downfall I will say is that you can hear noise from the freeway, but did not hear any noise from neighboring rooms which was nice. It was very clean with a comfy bed. Would stay here again for sure.

- Christina (8/5): - Friendly staff and great location. This is a new hotel and nice inside. We are rewards members and our room was upgraded. However, our room was not very clean, crumbs on the kitchen floor, smears on the door handles, smudges on the windows. The room was nice and big and comfortable though. When I told the staff about this, she said that she would send someone right up to clean it, but we were gone for an hour and came back to a room that was not serviced. The next day we were gone from 9:30 in the morning until 4:30 in the evening and our room was still not serviced! I let the staff know upon checkout and she was apologetic, but did not offer any type of refund.

- Tabitha (4/5): - We brought our family dog and I did not see any information about the charges. When we arrived they charged $150 for our dog to stay and charged an additional $25 for parking. I was not prepared for those costs and wish I had known about them sooner.
- Chueh (10/5): - We traveled with our toddler and loved our stay at this property. The room was very new, spacious, and clean. The complimentary breakfast had a decent variety and good coffee. The walk to the train was quick and felt safe. We did not find street parking nearby and paid for the $25/day hotel parking - it was convenient but would be great if it were included in the hotel rate. We didn’t make use of the gym/swimming pool but those look great as well. We would 100% stay here again and would recommend this hotel.
