- Ruth (8/5): - The room was nice - very clean - beds very comfortable. Two things I didn't like - the windows in our room were facing the lobby/dining area. The lights were on all night out there so it was too light in our room and it made it really hard to sleep. The other thing I didn't like was there was no hair dryer. EVERYBODY has hairdryers in the rooms so I didn't bring one and it was very frustrating.
- RICHARD (8/5): - The bathrooms need an exhaust fan. The tub/shower had no grab bars or grip tape. There is no microwave or coffee maker. There is a kitchen downstairs and you need to bring your own stuff. The beds were not particularly comfortable, but that may be a factor of my age since my son thought they were OK

- Donna (4/5): - No lights in parking lot. Very difficult to find the place at night. No coffee makers in the room. No glasses in the room so you couldnt take a drink of water. The bed was very large and high, it was hard to get on the bed.

- Jay (8/5): - This was a different experience for us. We haven't stayed at a place where there wasn't staff at the front desk and around the hotel. It was nice and quite which was great for us. The room was clean and comfortable.
- Francis (10/5): - Property is like a huge mansion with 14 individual rooms, large common areas that include a very large kitchen, dining room, living area, including a basement level with a ping pong table and games. Even though we were a couple, we could appreciate the spaciousness of the property and ample personal space in the room. The stay felt less like a hotel and more like an Airbnb or Vrbo because check in was virtual. Even though I do like having staff on site, it was easy to text to get an answer to any of our questions. My wife would've appreciated a hair dryer in the room. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.

This would be perfect for a large extended family trip to Capitol Reef. Everyone has their own room but can hang out in the common areas. We really appreciated the upkeep, the cleanliness, and the thoughtfulness. They didn't just provide the minimum like so many hotels. I would recommend this place to everyone.

The small trash can in the room was full of trash when we arrived and only 1 trash also behind beds

- Marcia (6/5): - This is the first time we have utilized on of these self check-in places. Once we were settled in after a phone call to access the property, we found a pleasant enough room. TV was difficult to use (too techy for some older folks- i.e. the remote). Room was cold and thermostat did not work (had to call and get help). Someone came over to assist us. She was able to turn off the main blower somehow. Used a space heater from main area to heat the room to a comfortable temperature. Bed was very nice. Was not able to regulate shower water temperature. Water faucet was frozen in place (could not be adjusted). Only one option temperature - rather hot. You could not turn it up or down. The sink water spigots were reversed from normal (right side hot, left side cold). We were in room 114. Just a little different for us, but nice accomodations barring a few challenges.
