- Julie (10/5): - It’s brand new and really clean. Staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was great and the coffee amazing. We travelled with pets and their pet fees was 10$ best of all their competitors. I would return and recommend.

- Sunni (6/5): - It was fine, but after letting the shower water run for 5 minutes it was evident it wasn’t getting warm. That was an unpleasant shower. Also, the only thing we could watch was you tube channel. Upon checkout I shared these 2 comments and I was told they were aware that the cable wasn’t working. Other than that, it was fine. Glad I was only there 1 night.

- Keely (4/5): - We still had a dirty towel in our bathroom, the floors were dirty, room between days never got the beds made, had to put trash in the hall for then to take it, needed to asknfor more towels because they werent able to clean our room. For the amount od money i paid for i was extremely disappointed and had no other option but to stay because other hotels were full

- Kent (10/5): - Great place to stay. Was told the building was built based on complaints from other reviews from within the hotel family/chain. Past complaints from other hotels included: Coffee machines dirty and microwave as well. Hotel didn't put these appliances in the new hotel rooms. That was totally ok. Very nice and clean complimentary breakfast area in the lobby. Coffee was grind to brew and very good. Good variety of breakfast options available. Don't be fooled about the entrance at the north end of the building. Some city ordinance required a sign . The main entrance is around the side in middle of the building. No pool, and that's ok also. If you absolutely need to go swimming, stay somewhere else. Pools require substantial maintenance and are often not up to standards. That also requires extra staff and is reflected by cost to the customers. I would definitely stay there again.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Terrible experiece - Upon checking in, I was given keys to a room on the 4th floor. I was carrying 4 bags on my shoulders, go to first room, it was already occupied with luggage everywhere. Go back down to front desk, get new room keys all the way on 4th floor again, go up and new room keys do not work. Go back down and finally get working keys. Get into room and go to take a shower and there is ONE single towel in the whole room. Also was not a cup to get a drink of water from the tap. Next morning, go to ask front desk person for more linens and he is literally in the corner sleeping and drooling-could not wake him up. Someone setting up for breakfast came to help me wake him up. I asked when manager would be in and he would not tell me. Awful service all around and they only discounted me $8 for 1 of the 2 nights I stayed. I’ll be contacting corporate.
