Staff were friendly but communication was only through WhatsApp. Bathroom was very clean and shower was excellent. Walkable to central Florence. Only downsides were that room was very small and there are no amenities (small fridge, no sink, no microwave, etc).

It’s in a perfect location, easy to walk to all the main sites of Florence. The owners go above and beyond with personal communication to ensure you have everything you need. It’s like the personal experience of an AirBnB, with the professional quality of a hotel. Great experience!!!
