Guest Reviews
- Mikayla (6/5): - The sheets were dirty/stained but other than that, it was not a bad experience.
- Giovanne B (2/5): - Your better off and probably safer finding a bridge to sleep under.
- Vincent (6/5): - Hotel was a little rundown. But fit my needs. The outside area didnt look safe but i didnt havw any problems either. I beleive the hotel has permanent residents there.
- NGOC TRUNG (2/5): - The area around this is horrible and the problem is they have very old rooms that need renovation
- Verified traveler (6/5): Doesn't look like online photos - The on line photos look nothing like the hotel. We stayed 4 nights and nobody came to clean the room any day. The first night I asked for a wash cloth and was told they don't provide wash cloth. Someone did provide me one later. We had 2 small towels and 2 hand towels for 2 people to use for 4 day a nobody cleaned the room. Bed was comfortable.
- Chantal (4/5): - This was a disappointing stay. The positives first: The front desk person was very friendly and tried her best despite the circumstances. And everything was clean. The mattresses were comfortable. They have secured parking, which I liked a lot.
*But* this should not be called a hotel, it's definitely a motel and not a particularly nice one at that. The room has not seen any renovations in decades, with the bathroom door completely deteriorating from water steam, everything feeling old and outdated and kinda unclean even when cleaned. It's one of those rooms where the sink is in the main room, not the bathroom. Parts of the floor were broken. There are no net curtains, so if you open the curtains, everybody can look into your room. The TV wasn't working at first and front desk said a technician would come by - that person never showed and after a bunch of trying around with different inputs, we eventually got it to work. No instructions, no help with this. The toiletries were at most enough for one person, which is silly in a room with twin beds.
The biggest issue we had was that the hotel's key issuing system didn't work and so never got a key for the room. Front desk had to let us into the room every time. There was no backup system to solve this.
- Brandon (2/5): - The room was not very clean and is very obviously not well taken care of, our sheets were stained there was dirt trash and other stuff on the floor and under the bed, cockroaches living in the bathroom killed probably 2 dozen of them within my week there, the staff were nice and respectful but never cleaned the room at any point during the week we requested room service and no one ever came and knocked we woke up early made sure to have the do not disturb sign off the door one day even left at 5am figured maybe they only cleaned when no one was there but nope. The pool was so dirty it was unusable but that could also be the time of year. They have a motion sensor gate and it doesn’t work properly, one of the staff told me to drive real close which worked when leaving but not entering, sometimes it would take 20 minutes to get through the gate and it’s a sketchy area, lot of homeless people walking directly outside the hotel we had multiple people come up to our window begging and had one guy screaming random stuff at us. Overall wouldn’t recommend it unless it’s a last resort
- Mark (6/5): - Service is greater but environmental seems uncleanliness. Hope they will be improved in the future
- Luis (2/5): - Nada pésimo servicio pésima atención me dejaron sin habitación con mi bebé fuera por llegar tarde siendo que la habitación ya estaba pagada
- Lloyd (2/5): - it’s very dirty
- Greg (2/5): - Terrible
- David (4/5): Bad choice - Far from amazing. Carpet looked terrible, both bath towels were so old and dingy looking, I went straight to Walmart to purchase me two bath towels and wash towels. I'm also glad that we took our own bedding, over all we had a very worrisome over night stay, just on the room's looking condition. Why did we stay, you wonder... it was late and all the nicer locations were booked because of the thousands attendees at Camelback park.
- Tim (2/5): - The girl was worthless. They have motion switches on all the lights so if you get up at night all the lights come on for a pre set time. The toilet tank dripped non stop. My key quit working. When i went to get a new key all the doors were locked (3pm). She just motioned me to go through gate and walk around building so she could help me through a window.
- William (2/5): not a viable sleepover - This location should not be offered on a No refund basis. If a client wishes to occupy a room after check-in, fine. We found it unacceptable upon seeing and smelling the room and being informed that no amenities were available and it went into lock-down at 6 PM. Hotels.com will lose its credibility if it continues to list this and any other properties without guaranteeing refund.
- thomas (4/5): - Room was full of roaches! and only half the lights worked. Gate to get in had no access, so you had to wait for front desk to open it. Always waited a long time both entering and leaving. Gave employees poor review because only one was horrible. the rest were right on
- Brandon (4/5): - Very disappointed with my stay. This is MUCH more like a Motel than the 12 pool hotel it’s described as. Staff was kind and welcoming but that’s the only good thing I have to say. Room 114 had bugs coming out of holes in the bathroom, stains all over the bedding, lights with wiring cut. Oh yeah and there’s only 1 pool lol
- Charles (8/5): - Convenient and good price.
- Rutger (2/5): Unreliable - We kwamen iets later aan dan verwacht en toen had het hotel onze kamers al aan andere personen gegeven, zonder enige vorm van communicatie.
- steven (4/5): - I have to say, every human including the manager, was lovely. They purchased the hotel recently and are running the business and updating at the same time. Based on my interactions with the employees, I would definitely stay there again once their transition is complete.
